Perfect little hotel in a brilliant location! Right next to all the bars/restaurants etc but far enough away from any noise on the streets. We had a front facing room and didn’t hear anything. The hotel was also within about a 5/10 minute walk to Cala Gran and Cala Petita beaches, both of which were stunning! Room was spotless and cleaned every day. Pool was lovely and clean, we never struggled to get a sun lounger. Shower also good and very powerful!

Our room was a little smaller than expected (only really room to walk around the bed) but still plenty of room to store luggage etc and fine for us as we were only in the room to sleep and change!

Fantastic hotel and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I was really made to feel welcome and the staff was always willing to go above and beyond. Great location I was always able to park my car on the street just behind the hotel for free. Breakfast was excellent and offers both continental and hot food, as well as freshly made pancakes by request. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Room was spacious with a big, comfortable bed and breakfast was really really good. Location was super convenient, close to popular bar and restaurants. I recommend to book a room with pool view.

There were no refrigerators or drinks in the rooms. One day they didn't clean our room, the other day we didn't like the cleaning, it was poorly done. There are not enough sunbeds around the pool, some people had to sit on the restaurant chairs. We waited a bit too long to check out, because reception staff was also in charge of the restaurant.

The hotel is rather small with not a lot of rooms. Only two levels and walking distance 5 mins from two beaches. The design is fairly modern and not outdated at all. The bed was ver comfy the shower super strong. Big plus for that. Also incredibly friendly staff. 5 stars here.

There’s not fridge in the room. Which I should have checked before but I also consider standard in a hot country. Big downer. Also the first two nights and on the arrival day my room wasn’t cleaned properly. Heaps of hair and sand on the floor. Sure the sand is mine but again, summer sun beach kinda hotel should take extra care here. One time they even didn’t clean the toilet. Big nono. Last nights stay everything was spotless though.

Breakfast is the same everyday, after day 5 we kind of got bored. Pillows can be more comfortable, mattress is good though. I was disappointed to see there is NO mini bar in the room so we had to ask at the reception all the time to keep our food in their fridge, but got even more disappointed when on our last day I saw on TV that you can pay to get mini bar in your room- wish we were told that! Cleaning of the room is very basic- yes you can have it cleaned everyday but if you ask me cleaning is not just changing towels.

Public parking is near the hotel, which always had at least some free space, so parking was stress-free compared to other towns in Mallorca. Across the street from the parking, there is also a bus station. The location of the hotel is great when it comes to the beaches too, a short, pleasant walk. The staff was very kind and helpful from the beginning. Our terrace overlooked the pool, and it was very quiet at night. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety, and we liked the option to eat by the pool. All in all, we liked this hotel very much, and Cala d'Or was only one of our stops on the trip, but for the next time, we would definitely choose Cala d'Or again, and probably for the length of the whole trip, and in particular INNER Hotel Rupit. We stayed only three nights here, and it felt too short!

The staff is so kind and helpful. They solved every problem we had with passion and elegance. The breakfast was amazing. You can find a range of good, fresh, and tasty food. Its location is remarkable. You can easily visit nearby restaurants, beaches, and stores in a 5-minute walk. We love the hotel in every way. Thank you again.

Time to time, in the middle of the night, some kind of machine was working and creating a bit of noise.

All the staff from the reception to the cleaner were friendly and so helpful, the room was clean, comfortable beds and a excellent view with the hotel close to the centre of town and a short walk to the beach. Drinks were very reasonable. Plenty of sunbeds round the pool. Brilliant stay

Breakfast was good, but the hot food was not as hot putting lid over the hot food would have kept it warm

Hotel is beautiful, it smells lovely! The staff go above and beyond for their guests, very helpful. Only downfall is the breakfast isn’t too great. Location is perfect. Quite a drive from PMI so expect to pay a lot for taxi to and from airport. Lovely beaches within 5 mins walk of the hotel would definitely stay again
