Lovely, attractive modern hotel. Stylish rooms, very clean with soundproof rooms. Great, friendly staff. Good breakfast. Lovely modern pool. Never a shortage of sunbeds. Good, quiet Airton. Safe in all rooms. Rooms cleaned every day. Really very happy with my time staying there. Only about 8 mins stroll to 3 of the beaches which are nice with crystal clear water. Very close to the centre with countless restaurants and bars. Would definitely return !!!

Not much to fault. Showers jumped from hot to cold repeatedly which was fun!! But not a big problem.

Central location, terrace of room 309, air conditioning not noisy

Ihalf board was refused even if on booking-it was included. The manager clarified it was only in low season but the offer I booked on booking was breakfast and half board at 17 euro to be paid at the hotel. Misleading information on booking that has not been rectified even if I mentioned it to the manager and staff twice. We ended up paying around 60 euro for dinner for 2 people even in the restaurants with 10% discount through the hotel

It had a real sort of welcoming, relaxed family run vibe. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and they all looked happy as a team together from the cleaners to the managers. The layout and location of the hotel are great with everything at your fingertips nearby if you want it or not if you you just wanna chill. The breakfast selection and the breakfast room / verander are lovely and careful thought about quality of food and items offered right down to brand name cereal and condiments. I will definitely be going back here and will recomend staying here to anybody.

That I had to leave to come home.

I like the staff, they are friendly and always read to make your stay very comfortable, the team are great,I have bad back and my room had a bathtub and I ask if is possible to change for a room without a bathtub and they gave another room straight away, this is my fourth time in a roll in the last years in Hotel d'or

I just didn't like because this time, there was no hot water, I understand is a hot weather but sometimes I need hot water and mixing the water to be more comfortable.

The hotel is centrally located close to the town and beach. The hotel had great amenities such as the pool, gym and bar. Staff were super resourceful.

Unfortunately our room was very small and was unable to fit our luggages. Although we understand it was out of staff’s control, we found a large bug in our room. Staff acted immediately to assess the situation.

I did not take breakfast at the hotel. The location was excellent - the restaurants, cafes and shops of Cala D’Or are within a three to four minute walk. The harbour with numerous restaurants and access to boat hire, jet ski hire etc is a six minute walk away.

As a single person, I was happy with all aspects of my stay at the hotel; location, my room, spacious terrace, staff and added bonus of a pool.

The place reminded me of American resort hotels, with different apartment buildings and a common yard with a pool. The staff was friendly and their happy hour is definitely a plus. The breakfast here is next level for Mallorca. Great variety of food and deserts and definitely is worth paying for. The room was spacious, with a balcony view to the main street.

The hotel is further from the port or from the lively bar area. We don't mind walking so for us it was okay but in case you're the middle of the action kind of person, maybe it's not for you.

We only stayed one night before going to other accommodation with other family and friends. We liked the proximity to town centre and not to far from the beach. I had a terrace with sun loungers for private use which was a bonus. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

We had two rooms, one room had a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities, the other did not and the TV did work.

The pool steps need mending and there was green gunge in the tiles by the steps The tuna salad I ordered and paid for the girl poured loads off balsamic vinegar on it . And I would have thought that was an option . This I was not happy as I don’t like it . She asked “ why didn’t you eat this “ I told her but she didn’t offer a solution to resolve this

I selected Hotel d'Or being the cheapest available close to the Marina where I was working. The hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Very good value for money we felt, clean rooms and the breakfast was excellent.

They had only just opened up from the winter season and whilst everything looked clean we did see a rat on the shelf behind the bar on the last night of our stay which was off putting.
