Location, comfort, cleanliness, ease of checking in and out. I liked the efforts to be environmentally friendly, recycling bins, everything online etc, but there needs to be more guidance for guests on facilities on hotel and food ordering not easy on arrival. Was made to feel a little silly.

On reflection it is more of a family location rather than a couples one. A little more thought could be given to the location of rooms for couples and families.

Didn’t have breakfast myself but some others of family did and felt expensive for what they got. Pool bar served lovely meals. Reasonable prices. Drinks seemed expensive but they are generally in Cala dor centre too. All staff were lovely. Maids were so helpful. We had 2 boys 14 and 12 with us and the they loved it because they could swim in pool all play football every day. Did not encounter over strict rules and actually good to know they would be prevented from doing anything unsafe in pool. It was October near end of season so quieter time of year so lots of sunbeds to choose from. Basic self catering facilities but fridge was a good size and enough for drinks and salads and snacks. Not a mini fridge like you may get in a hotel room for minibar. A proper one and plenty cups, plates, glasses and cutlery. Apartment nice position with garden view. Ten minutes to beach at Cala gran on foot. 2 minutes into town.

I think basics like water and maybe bread, margarine and biscuits could have been provided for late arrivals. We got there around 2 am and had to bring our water on plane with us for first night as nothing open. Timetables for buses and mini trains would be good to have in room.

The hotel is spotless in a great location. The staff are fantastic and so friendly especially Anna from the entertainment she was amazing. Housekeeping were absolutely fantastic too. The hotel is so central without being right in any noise. We loved it and can't wait to visit again. Cala Egos beach is a must see . Also To Do restaurant near Cala Gran is a gem and a lovely family friendly restaurant with very reasonable prices

The only thing was that the snack bar at the pool was quite expensive for the quality of food and drink but the staff were fantastic.

I loved our stay at this hotel. Firstly, the staff were friendly at check-in and made us feel welcome. The pool was kept very clean and a perfect place to chill out. The location is great as it’s really close to the centre and there is free parking nearby. The onsite gym was also extremely modern. I would definitely go back, I recommend this hotel for young families and couples.

The room is a little bit old-fashioned and the kitchen facilities could do with being updated as it’s not really possible to cook anything there, but that’s ok as we mostly used it for the tea and coffee making facilities.

Everything, very spacious room! Great balcony. Lovely swimming pool options! Great kitchenette, we spent many nights cooking and eating on the balcony watching the sunset drinking wine. Also seems to be a very kid friendly hotel (we don’t have kids but I would definitely stay here if we did) Short walk into town, lots of free parking around the hotel. A supermarket is only a short walk away. There are always life guards on duty around the pools as well.

The only thing that was that we were given a room with a disabled bathroom, which is fine but it meant that water went everywhere when showering.

The shower temperature fluctuated to high temperatures almost scalding temperatures.

Location of hotel is perfect, 5 minute walk to a beautiful cove beach. 2 supermarkets close by. Close to harbour. Close to restaurants and bars. Lovely area to walk around. Free parking outside hotel. Beautiful pools, gorgeous food, and cocktails. Clean and comfortable rooms. Big balcony. Great mini kitchen. Fabulous gym with modern equipment. Good facilities for if you have a late flight and need a shower, etc. We loved the pink pool towels. Beautiful gardens. Friendly and helpful staff Peaceful environment

Needs a bigger vegetarian/vegan evening menu

Sa Marina was absolutely fantastic - beautifully well looked after, keeping the entire hotel spotlessly clean. The rooms were comfortable, quiet and clean and the staff were very helpful with any queries we had. Location is superb - just a few minutes walk to the main restaurant/shopping area and 10 minutes walk to the Marina which had some beautiful restaurants.

The only downside was the entertainment. We booked Sa Marina with the expectation of entertainment at least 2 nights of the week and children's disco every evening. The entertainment was only on one evening and it wasn't great to be honest, quite dull. We were hoping for more of a buzz in the evenings, so we're a little disappointed. However, it's a 5 minute walk to the nearby bars so we didn't mind too much but if we had children with us we would have been really disappointed with the lack of activities in the evening.

Apartments were really clean and good size , balcony was gorgeous . So spacious and lovely furniture to sit out on . Pool is huge with lots of sun loungers available all through the day . Really clean all around the resort and close to the centre of Cala D’or , only like a 5 min walk to loads of restaurants and bars . Breakfast had a really good choice each morning and staff were really friendly . Gym was really nice and relatively quiet most days.

Didn’t like that wasn’t any disinfectant to clean the gym equipment after use . We had a small problem with the electrics/ lights in our apartment but reception was quick to sort this for us .

Very clean resort. The food was delicious at the breakfast buffet and at the pool restaurant. Lovely drinks/ cocktails. Staff all friendly especially in the childrens club. Plenty of sun loungers and love the fact the pool doesn't open till 10 so no rush to get a sunbed. Nice big apartment with a good size balcony. Two very large pools plus two baby pools. Great location, close to loads of restaurants, shops and the beach. Would go back.
