Swimming pool and surrounds were top notch. Breakfast was the best spread we have ever seen and we have seen a lot. Access to a very clean and attractive beach was easy. Room was fine with a great sea etc view. Would stay there again.

Lack of hotel faciliites information eg did not know there was a lounge, library or spa facilities until discovered days later. Need a book detailing the info. like you normally get in a hotel. We thought the towels were cheap in fact the pool towels were better. Despite the superior breakfast the one evening dinner we had was not very good and no flexibility on how many courses ie 30 euros for 3 courses whether you want them or not.

The breakfast was delicious! And even the food at the bar by the pool was great. Location was superb and so close to all other restaurants and bars so lots to choose from. Nearby two stunning beaches. The staff were also the loveliest. Room was neat and clean, and overall hotel was very aesthetically pleasing with lots of useful facilities.

Room was just a bit smaller than pictures advertised (didn’t bother us in the end tbh). Also paid for sea view and got only a small partial view closer to the edge of balcony as trees were in the way - just wish this was stated in description so expectation is set appropriately.

The location and staff. The only hotel on this cove which makes it really easily accessible to the sea, not as busy as Cala Gran and close to the town for shopping, lunch and evening meals. The breakfast is wonderful with lots of choice. The activities arranged by Viven are great, especially her yoga and Pilates classes right next to the beach and we went to close town nearby and learnt a little more about Mallorca. Gym has been upgraded too since last year which was a nice surprise. We’ve been coming here for years and already booked to come back next year too.

Not much to improve on. Smart TVs with Netflix would be a great addition.

Lovely breakfast each morning in bright airy restaurant. Pool was good and pool bar served drinks and very reasonable food choices. Pool towels available - changed at poolside on alternate days. Very convenient access to Cala d’Or village (shops & restaurants), the Cala Petita Beach and short walk to Marina with a number of lovely restaurants and bars to choose from. Tours available to be booked by reception - we did a pleasant bus tour (half-day) to the Drach Caves.

Bed pillows in room not the most comfortable. Glasses for fruit juice at breakfast very small! Could probably manage the poolside lounge chair reservations a bit better - people reserving very early with towels on chairs and then leaving them unused for most of the day.

Fab hotel. Great location. Stunning views. Right on the beach. Great food at lunch by pool.

Would have appreciated a welcome drink- even if it was mocktail or cold water. Coming from hour drive in 36c heat. Also would appreciate a changing room for 10/20 minutes in afternoon before flying home- not shower in bikini & everyone watching & wet bikini in the case as a result. Little bit of hogging sunbeds for 3/4 hours & not using them for half the morning but hogging the beds from early morning.

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel, which is steps away from the stunning Cala Petita. Breakfast was delicious (eggs made to order, several sides, fresh fruit and yogurt, variety of pastries, etc). The pool area was very relaxing (lots of day beds and loungers). In addition, I was able to attend Pilates and Yoga each morning. Hotel parking lot is very convenient if street parking is not available.

Bed could have been more comfortable. However, our room was very spacious and sparkling clean.

It is really excellent hotel in general, in good location, with parking nearby, very close to a beach and restaurants. Hotel is very clean and well maintained, rooms spacious and logically organized. Excellent, really outstanding breakfast, with option for freshly made egg dishes and eating on a terrace. Staff is efficient and polite, no problems at all. WiFi working well.

The bathroom could have a bit more light, I'm also not big fan of split/open bathroom (toilet and shower are closed, but sink is kind of in the room), but it is design choice I guess. They also charge you 2€ per night for kettle, which I thought was weird for a hotel with 4 stars rating.

well i expected more quality food, more home made & bio focus food - i prefer secured wifi, it was not - not much has changed since i was there 3 years ago - the waiters at the beach bar could be more customer friendly, they was not service minded and a funny set up with waiters collecting orders for drinks only, food only - i was there on a training camp and was late 1 day for breakfast because of training but didn't bother collecting a plate for me although was 2mins late after closing buffet....

Hotel has very good location. It is clean and has a great breakfeast The yoga and pilates classes are everyday and teacher Vivian is so professional. She is very friendly and doing great job. I wish she could offer yoga retreat Hotel is close to cala petite beach and this is a clean nice water.

In future, It would be great if Hotel provide portable sun schrim. Because beach does not have enough umbrella and under sun it is too hot

Great hotel in an excellent location. Literally took us minutes to walk to the centre of Cala Dor and seconds to the beach…the hotel gate leads onto the beach. Hotel is extremely clean, we didn’t see anything that needed fixing or anything out of place. Our Seaview room was an excellent size, massive bathroom and lovely big balcony with a view of the beach/sea. Breakfast was a huge hit! Had everything we loved. Didn’t open until 7:45am but that didn’t bother us. Overall, an excellent stay. Would 100% return.

Pillows/mattress was a little uncomfortable but nothing to shout about, we soon got used to it.
