The hotel is in Cala Egos close to a few restaurants and bars, shops and a supermarket. The local beach is also a few minutes walk. We checked in quickly and the staff were friendly. We were upgraded to stay at Bluesea Martha's. The room was modern with a fully equipped kitchen including fridge, kettle, toaster, hob and microwave. We stayed all inclusive so only used the kettle and fridge. The all inclusive drinks were local spirits as was expected but there was a good selection and the ones we tried were good. We were there at the start of the season and there were no queues. There were 2 adults and 1 child on the trip and there was no problem getting 3 drinks at a time and we took them to the room on a night. All the food was tasty, hot and well prepared. My niece is a very fussy eater and I have never seen her eat as much as the 5 days we were away. Always meat, fish, chips or other potato and 2 items freshly grilled with lots of salad and a selection of desserts and fruit. They were all replaced quickly when they ran out too. Only had snacks one day and they had salad, fruit, hotdogs with buns, chips and fish fingers, again this was replaced when empty. There are some bad reviews but I didn't find any issues with the hotel, food or drinks. The indoor pool is small but good for the beginning of the season when it is too cold for the outdoor pool. We did go in the small kiddy pool on the hottest day of our trip. We all enjoyed our trip. We are looking to book again already.

On check-in we were not told the times for food. We arrived around 1700 and planned to go for food at 1900. The times for the all inclusive food on the room cards are incorrect for the evening meal (they say 1900 but it is 1930) so on the first night there were quite a few people waiting at the wrong time. Not a big deal, but would have been better to tell guests on check-in to avoid confusion.

Amazing place to relax and enjoy Cala Dor’, near to the small town and the different Cala to enjoy swimming, is great place to stay, the food is good and the staff in the pool-bar is very nice, the staff in front desk is very kindness and very professional, they are help you in everything you need, in my case when I arrived Alice was the personal how help me , she is very professional and friendly, everything you asked her, you was available to find a answer, my check out was very early in the morning, so the night before leaving, Alicia and Assily were contacted my taxi super fast, to be ready for me the next morning, and you know what, 5.30am when I leave, the taxi was waiting for me to go to airport, thank you Alicia for everything you did in my stay in Bluesea Bolero, I’ll go again the next year to Bluesea Bolero 🩵

Nice place staff were help full

When we got there we were put in a studio accommodation,not what I paid for.I had to go back to reception to sort it out.was at 1am in the morning. We all tired. They did change me to my a upgrade.But if I didn't complain would they have left us .The had no rooms left of what I ordered. The hidden government change add to your bill when you arrive. I did look for a manager 3 times next day ,ever time she not around I asked for her to call me but she never contacted me at all. I was disapionted over that.The staff were very nice and helpful. The accommodation was nice.pools were lovely.

Nice place, clean, receptionist was nice. Good food in the buffet. Location close to shops, restaurants and beaches. Plenty of swimming pools. Parking available for free on the street or for a fee in the hotel. All in all, happy with our stay here.

The rooms are in need of a little improvement, it seems it's been some time since they were last updated. The mattresses in the room we stayed need replacing urgently, as they are not confortable to sleep, especially the mobile bed.

Good athmosphere and facilities like the swimmimg pool and bar. Cala Egos was near to us, shops and restaurants bars were in a very good distance.

In the Kitchen we wanted to cut bread and we couldn't use the knife because it was rusty unfortunately. Its not completely relevant, but the bus service wasn't quite clear which way is going to. We couldn't decide. We wanted to go to Cala D'or center but we ended up towards Campo.

The entertainment was great every night, suits all audiences. The pool was lovely. The comfy pool beds were fab, €20 for the day. Great to use on last day if you have a late flight & check out is 11am. Can't fault this place at all, and would recommend it to others. I would defo go back.

We had no aircon it was broke, but all was good because they went and bought one for our room.

The food was amazing.

The shower wasn’t great but the room and facilities all very clean so that balanced it out. I did not like the guests that put their towels on sunbeds, then were not there for most of the day. Maybe the hotel could monitor this for other guests

We got moved to Marthas due to a noisy generator and broken air con but when we got to Martha’s it was lovely. There were friendly cats all around the hotel, classes in the day and entertainment at night. The apartments were very spacious and we had our own little garden.

We were in es bolero for one night but got moved to Martha’s as there was a loud generator outside our bedroom window and the air con was broken. The water was also not edible - very salty.

You get what you pay for.

There were a couple of ants, but it did not bother me too much. Ac devices were worn out, one did not work at all. Staff got it working, but it was still unreliable.

Apartments slightly dated, pull out bed very uncomfortable (had to put a mattress on top of another). The booking company and blue sea brochure stated a free safe and hairdryer, but we had to hire both
