Great location, right on the beach and a short walk to supermarket. The room was spacious, clean & modern - it was cleaned very well every day. Lots of spots to sit in the sun around the pool and on the beach!

The food quality was okay, but expected more for the price, was also quite noisy in the outside area with the dishes clearing area right in the middle. Drinks were also average but as an all inclusive hotel this is not surprising. Would have appreciated a full length mirror in the room, could only use the bathroom.

Great location, quiet and clean rooms. Perfect for a relaxing holiday spent enjoying the pool or beach. Would recommend going All Inclusive which is competitively priced and keeps costs down. The food and drink options in the Main Buffet / Restaurant are really varied.

One thing to be mindful of is that the resort is approx 50 mins from the airport. One way taxi costs around 80 Euros.

The room was nice and the cleaning staff were very good. The hotel breakfast was very good and served for long hours (full until 11am then continental until midday). There were two bars which were both nice with good cocktails. The location was good for Cala Egos beach (between the two hotel buildings) and town centre. It is not too loud or busy compared to Cala D'Or area, however that area is also walkable (1.5 miles away) if you want to go there. There are two swimming pools which were clean and nice, and three areas for sunbathing. A Tui rep is on site meaning you can book excursions easily.

We initially booked this property on the premise that Booking.com states it has a 'fitness centre.' This is definitely stretching the truth, there is an outdoors sports court which has limited equipment (some spinning bikes, some of which don't work properly, some mats, a bar for pull ups etc, but zero free weights equipment or machines, outdoors so VERY hot for exercising). This is more critical of Booking.com than Alua Soul as it doesn't make it clear it isn't a proper gym. I had to pay for a gym across the road. The activities staff tried hard but think there could be a better range of classes etc for a large hotel like this. Also the door lock for our room broke at one stage (battery ran out) which took quite a bit of sorting out, but to be fair it did get sorted.

My favourite club was great- ordered best breakfast ever on an all inclusive holiday. Rest of buffet food also nice, no problem finding something to eat. Cocktails nice. View from room lovely. Beach cove nice, sea clear. Staff friendly.

We loved our stay here, the hotel was exactly like the photos, pools and beach were amazing, everything was clean and comfortable and the staff were all amazing and so friendly! Really good value for money and the food was good, especially the breakfast. The beach at the hotel was gorgeous. Will definitely stay again!

Only negatives were the massage at the spa wasn't great and definitely not worth 75euro. The wifi was good when connected to it but we had to go down to the desk and they had to connect for us, couldn't do it ourselves which was annoying.

Food & beverage selection was great, very high quality for all inclusive standard. The beach is wonderful & the best part by far was the staff! Jose, Moises & Marian! Jose & Moises on the bar kept us entertained and put up with attempts at speaking Spanish. Marian on events was incredible, organised a football tournament for us and was always a great host. Very good at football as well!

Only thing that was a tiny tiny downside, the main pool was closed on the hottest day we were there. I think it’s just bad luck as I imagine it was closed for good reason.

Wonderful stay at central location in Cala d'Or. Semi private beach, fantastic breakfast and meal selections - there was plenty to choose from. Our room had a partial sea view and was above the evening entertainment area - some nights we joined in the nightly entertainment and for the nights that we were a bit more exhausted we could enjoy the music from our room (only till 22:20pm max ;) We took the local bus from the airport which was a breeze to use and stops right by the hotel.

Nothing was bad. Perhaps to note is to remember mosquito spray for the evenings. And while the bus to the hotel was fantastic, the bus ride back to airport became stressful as the scheduled bus arrived completely full so we couldn't get on. So besides that surprise - the taxi stand was also right there and the situation was easily rectified.

The location is great, though it’s quite complicated to get there from the airport if you are not taking the shuttle service. Once you get there, you have all you need in the neighborhood (supermarkets, restaurants, cosmetics shops…) The buffet is great, they change the menu almost everyday especially the dinner, the food tastes great and the quality is good The entertainment offers are great, you have a private beach with less people, you have a swimming pool, which is daily cleaned, you have good bars and you can also enjoy the sauna and spa

The soundproof is quite bad in the room, you can clearly hear what you neighbors are saying Most hotel staffs don’t speak and understand English, the communication could be difficult but they are friendly and nice. If it’s cold outside during the dinner time you might have to be there when dinner starts otherwise you have to wait for a long time to get a table inside and they don’t have blankets or something to keep you warm in the outside area of the buffet restaurant

Property was super, sea super! The water is not much hot, but it’s quite amazing !!! The dining was also super enjoyable, with everyday various delicious types of fruits, meat, fish and mussels, prawns vegetables, nuts! Cava is served for breakfast! You can even meet avocados and salmon and much types of different tasty seafood! Rooms were super clean and super nice! With incredible view! The staff was also super friendly! The CrossFit gym is very good with everything necessary for hardworking training!) Massage was nice!

Animation team is too loud! And when you choose the hotel adults only, I think you prefer very calm rest! But it’s quite impossible to sleep near pool due to the games, which were conducted by animation team and loud music with animation team! And if you are person who like to get up at 7am and sleep at 9-10 pm it’s quite impossible: animation songs until 11 pm, and it’s too loud(

Location was good, it’s a little bit of a walk from the main beaches but it was a nice walk. The property was super clean and there were great facilities. Comfortable rooms and beautiful scenic views. The pool was awesome as well and so was the buffet breakfast and dinner.

For such a short stay I couldn’t get into one of the three nicer restaurants on the other side that I had one complimentary feed at which was unfortunate. The shower water also was a little off… I don’t know if it’s just Spain water but it was salty. The elevators were quite slow too but it wasn’t much of an issue.
