Great location, right on the beach and a short walk to supermarket. The room was spacious, clean & modern - it was cleaned very well every day. Lots of spots to sit in the sun around the pool and on the beach!

The food quality was okay, but expected more for the price, was also quite noisy in the outside area with the dishes clearing area right in the middle. Drinks were also average but as an all inclusive hotel this is not surprising. Would have appreciated a full length mirror in the room, could only use the bathroom.

Great location, quiet and clean rooms. Perfect for a relaxing holiday spent enjoying the pool or beach. Would recommend going All Inclusive which is competitively priced and keeps costs down. The food and drink options in the Main Buffet / Restaurant are really varied.

One thing to be mindful of is that the resort is approx 50 mins from the airport. One way taxi costs around 80 Euros.

The room was nice and the cleaning staff were very good. The hotel breakfast was very good and served for long hours (full until 11am then continental until midday). There were two bars which were both nice with good cocktails. The location was good for Cala Egos beach (between the two hotel buildings) and town centre. It is not too loud or busy compared to Cala D'Or area, however that area is also walkable (1.5 miles away) if you want to go there. There are two swimming pools which were clean and nice, and three areas for sunbathing. A Tui rep is on site meaning you can book excursions easily.

We initially booked this property on the premise that Booking.com states it has a 'fitness centre.' This is definitely stretching the truth, there is an outdoors sports court which has limited equipment (some spinning bikes, some of which don't work properly, some mats, a bar for pull ups etc, but zero free weights equipment or machines, outdoors so VERY hot for exercising). This is more critical of Booking.com than Alua Soul as it doesn't make it clear it isn't a proper gym. I had to pay for a gym across the road. The activities staff tried hard but think there could be a better range of classes etc for a large hotel like this. Also the door lock for our room broke at one stage (battery ran out) which took quite a bit of sorting out, but to be fair it did get sorted.

Our stay at this hotel in Mallorca was simply amazing. First of all, the food was absolutely delicious — we had all-inclusive, and every meal was a treat! We booked a standard room, but they surprised us with a room with a stunning sea view, which made our stay even more special. Special thanks to the deputy manager, Maru Curutchet, who made my best friend’s birthday surprise so perfect. The room was beautifully decorated, and she even made a cake exactly how I asked, including the color. It was so thoughtful and sweet! Also, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The beach was just a few steps away, and our room was always perfectly clean. It was the kind of stay where you truly feel cared for. We’ll definitely be back!

The breakfast/dinner were gorgeous, divers and tasty. Good coffee, fresh fruits and very tasty food. The room was nice, the beach and see were amazing, a little lagoon with smarald water . The staff was friendly, polite and helpful. Very good entertainment with dancers and singers every evening.

Beach and sunbeds administration. It was a man with a Staff T shirt that was the boss of the beach that could clean more often and earlier in the morning the sand from broken branches or dirt, not during the day disturbing the tourists. Instead, he was using the rake between the tourists feet. The program of using sunbeds was 9am-6pm and from 5pm the boss began to collect the sunbeds and then to tie them with chains so, if you would like to relax and admire the sunset or to read later laying on the sunbed, no way, only on your towel.

My favourite club was great- ordered best breakfast ever on an all inclusive holiday. Rest of buffet food also nice, no problem finding something to eat. Cocktails nice. View from room lovely. Beach cove nice, sea clear. Staff friendly.

The room was big (we got one of the suites so it was supposed to be bigger for the price you pay anyway) The Location was good, close to major beaches in the area and had its on beach in front of the hotel

We paid for half board but it doesn't include drinks (like sodas) and although they have 5 restaurants we could only eat in the main one which was pretty disappointing. So we paid for that and did not even eat in the hotel in the end. Something that by the way should have been mentioned when we booked. It said half board (breakfast and dinner) however only when we got there they let us know the dinner was only for one of the restaurants (very different experience from what I have had from different Hyatt Hotels in the past, whenever i go to hotels that have multiple restaurants i want to have variety thats why im paying extra, otherwise i would just not get the meal package, and not to mention it was not even clear anywhere which i think its absurd)

Our stay at Hotel Alua Soul was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning decor—every detail of the interior and ambiance was stylish, elegant, and created a truly relaxing atmosphere. The food was simply outstanding. Every meal was a delight, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious dishes that exceeded our expectations. Dining at the hotel quickly became one of the highlights of our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. We want to give special thanks to Mrs. Ania, who stood out with her warmth, professionalism, and kindness. She made us feel truly cared for and added a personal touch to our experience that we’ll never forget. The hotel was also impeccably clean—our room and all the common areas were spotless. The swimming pool was absolutely beautiful, a perfect place to unwind, and we especially appreciated the excellent availability of sunbeds. There was never any stress about finding a good spot to relax. Another detail that really made a difference was the music playing around the pool and in the hotel lobby. It was perfectly chosen—relaxing, not too loud, but with a great energy that matched the vibe of the place. It added a subtle but important touch to the overall atmosphere. Aluś Soul is a perfect choice for anyone looking to unwind in style and comfort. We left feeling refreshed and already thinking about when we can come back. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay here, the hotel was exactly like the photos, pools and beach were amazing, everything was clean and comfortable and the staff were all amazing and so friendly! Really good value for money and the food was good, especially the breakfast. The beach at the hotel was gorgeous. Will definitely stay again!

Only negatives were the massage at the spa wasn't great and definitely not worth 75euro. The wifi was good when connected to it but we had to go down to the desk and they had to connect for us, couldn't do it ourselves which was annoying.

Food & beverage selection was great, very high quality for all inclusive standard. The beach is wonderful & the best part by far was the staff! Jose, Moises & Marian! Jose & Moises on the bar kept us entertained and put up with attempts at speaking Spanish. Marian on events was incredible, organised a football tournament for us and was always a great host. Very good at football as well!

Only thing that was a tiny tiny downside, the main pool was closed on the hottest day we were there. I think it’s just bad luck as I imagine it was closed for good reason.
