Nice room, good pools (Although not enough sunbeds/parasols). Service in the bar always friendly. Good fresh bread almost always available. Being on the ground floor, we had our own garden, which was very welcome.

Very limited selection of food in the restaurant. No variation, often cold. Food removed well in advance of the restaurant closing (30 mins) Waiting staff were unresponsive at best. Tables not re-set when cleared. Very loud music in the daytime as the animation team practiced their dance routines ad nauseum. Very limited access to drinking water. The nicer of the 2 bars available was not in the all-inclusive offer, nor was the onsite pizza restaurant. Snack food/late breakfast was especially poor.(fish fingers or burgers for breakfast??) I did raise my concerns about the restaurant with the manager, but was dismissed with a shrug and told to take it to the hotel manager. ( I did, nothing happened)

Lovely food every day very pleasant staff...rooms cleaned every day. Very easy going. Loved that you could have a snack twice a day as sometimes our teens were too tired to get up for breakfast.

Our air conditioning wasn't working in the lounge area on the 1st day...I was told they would have someone to come fix it but we were given a fan instead nobody fixed it over the space of our week stay...out teens were so hot at night in that space sleeping...it should have been be fixed... its very incompetent.

Friendly staff, good location.. v.near to beach....near to a nice parade of shops and restaurants although most not open early April....Contrary to many reviews I actually thought the food was generally good for what you pay, considering they have to cater for many different nationalities and tastes 😃

Maybe a few more vegetarian options could be available....Some big Hen/Stag groups towards the end of our stay made it feel quite rowdy at times and disrupted the family vibe...But overall great experience and great stay.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was obvious that they loved kids. Pool was relaxing to be around, kids club was fun and the nightly entertainment was also good. We enjoyed the buffet food, you're in Spain, the food is fresh and they had a great variety. Clean facilities overall. Parking on the street was easy, lots of nearby beaches. Also a quick laundromat in town to wash clothes, and a big grocery store.

The air conditioning wasn't great, noisy and it didn't really cool down the room. Outdated kitchenette and bathrooms. The all inclusive bar drink options weren't the best quality. The regular pay drinks were significantly better.

The room was comfy and clean. There was a good selection of food at the buffet and most of it was good quality. Evening entertainment was cheesy but fun.

we were in a ground floor 1 bedroom apartment which was supposed to have a terrace but this consisted of a table and chairs plonked onto a patch of earth outside the door with no privacy. upper floors had lovely balconies with loungers!

The resort was great, food was good location Etc. All the pool areas were kept clean and nice to mostly able to get sunbeds at a decent time.

The room aircon was slightly dated we couldn’t control the system but just about cold enough. Couple of times our bed sheets that had been changed had make up stains but this was quickly addressed. Activities for the young ones not good.

The desk staff were lovely and funny. Nice to walk in to check in and have a laugh and joke. Best was to start our holiday. My little one loved the molly club crew they were great !!

Our air conditioning wasn’t that strong so didn’t get that cold feeling when you walked in from being out for the day. Our cleaning lady also came in after one knock and didn’t give us a chance to open the door for her. Would of been fine however my partner wasn’t ready for someone to walk in

The staff was very friendly, helpful, house keeping was daily, food was tasty.

Drinks was expensive, cocktails was expensive and not nice,, towels not replaced when dirty ones was taken. Lift wasnt working properly.

we had a ground floor garden room facing the pool which was handy as it had its own sun loungers in the garden. The hotel is walking distance to many shops and restaurants which is handy.

The hotel is tired and really needs modernization. Our doors on our room needed to be fixed on the first day, second day the ac in bedroom stopped working. Plug sockets were broken and one of the days the electric didn’t work in the block which was very annoying. Also the room keys stopped working and the machine at reception broke

We were all surprised by the hotel services. Everyone was very kind, the place had a great atmosphere with music and family programs, the food was exceptionally good and we had so many choices for every meal. the diversity was awesome. It was a great surprise because the reviews were who knows why pretty bad. But don’t let it influence you, go for it. The price is unbelievable for an experience like this. Also great location in a picturesque neighbourhood.
