The breakfast was great. All staff were superb the entertainment was good and the cocktails amazing!! I loved the pool area.

I didn’t like climbing over the bath to get a shower. Also the shower door leaked so floor got flooded. I also felt the decor a bit dated. Pictures and Lobby chairs.

The rooms were beautiful, they were spacious and clean and had a balcony which got sun in the evening. The pool area is clean and peaceful with many sunbeds so there is no stress about getting a bed. The breakfast was exceptional, so much choice and fresh. The staff were friendly and helpful. They had other areas of the hotel with sunbeds too which made natural shade, perfect for an afternoon nap. 30 minute walk into Cala d’or which is broken up nicely by bars on the marina. Small square of shops bars and restaurants a stones throw from hotel so no need to go into town every night. Beach club opposite gave a young vibe and where we went most days

The general age group for the hotel is of an older generation. The decor inside was old and rigid which made us not want to go to the bar area or the restaurant for dinner. We went out each night as the entertainment was also dated

The location is an excellent spot in the town of Cala Egos with bars, restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk. The beach is also around the corner. And there are a couple of stops for the tram service within a couple of minutes walk also. The staff were all so helpful and friendly - I mainly dealt with reception and breakfast staff. I was a return guest so this was noted by a bottle of wine left in my room for my stay. It is adult only so there is a lovely chill vibe to the hotel and doesn't feel too busy or stressful and is peaceful at night also.

I think there could be extra seating set up for breakfast time outside as a lot of people wish to sit there and especially in shaded areas during hotter mornings. A couple of the nights, there were issues with the water - low pressure for one and with it completely gone for another - not for a long time but delayed plans as it was unexpected. I think that maybe the rates could be a little lower also to be more competitive especially with breakfast only included and not being all inclusive or anything.

Stayed B&B - breakfast was lovely with loads of choice from healthy options of fruit/ yoghurt / cereals/ seeds etc to pancakes, baked items,, fresh omelette and full English options. Also alternative milks available. All lovely 😁 Staff were friendly, hotel was clean, rooms cleaned daily. Pool area clean. Close by to restraunts and shops (less than 5 mins walk). Close to a small beach and 5 mins drive to Cala D'Or marina/ centre. Would return!

Only thing I could mention if being picky is there was no music by the pool so very quiet, but perfect if you want to completely chill!

The staff were so friendly and they even gave us a bottle of wine for my partners birthday which was a lovely surprise. They really couldn't have made us feel more welcome. The buffet breakfast and dinner was lovely, a good selection with healthy and not so healthy options.

The biggest issue was location, as the hotel is next to a very loud karake bar which plays poorly performed "music" until midnight everynight, so impossible to sleep before then, even with the balcony doors closed. There is a lack of facilities here such as a gym and multiple pools, which would have been nice. The TV in the room is terrible, the volume is limited far too low, and the sound quality is terrible, appreciate you don't go on holiday to watch TV, but it's nice to have on while getting ready.

The size of the room was convenient. The bed was really exceptional! We also loved the garden and the outdoor swimming pool. There were plenty of sun-beds, lower and upper terrace, etc. The sea (free public beach) is like a two minutes walk, it is really great. Also, there are shops, restaurants, bus-stop, taxi station in a walking distance.

There were too many rules. Like before entering the breakfast room the first time you MUST listen a full lecture of the rules that are the same everywhere (it is forbidden to take food out, etc.). You literally must listen, you are not allowed to enter until an otherwise kind person gives you this full story for minutes. This is awkward. One really problematic issue: internet, or better to say, the lack of it. In our room it was not possible to connect. I reported it, I was told they are sorry. I had to go to the lobby for sending emails. If you need internet during your stay I recommend to go somewhere else. If it is not important, this hotel is a perfect choice.

The friendly atmosphere amongst all the staff in Rocamarina throughout our stay was amazing. The breakfast buffet was delicious every morning with a great variety to choose from. The cleanliness of the hotel was of a very high standard, and our room was cleaned every day. The location was great, it was a 10 minute walk to the Marina with a great choice of restaurants and bars. Cala Dor centre was a short taxi ride or 30 min walk, and again, it had a fantastic choice of restaurants and bars.I'm looking forward to my return next year.

I won't fault anything.

Best food (breakfast and dinner) i have ever had in 4* hotel! Rooms were clean, everyone was friendly and smiling, willing to help. There is a large number of books that you can borrow and read while in hotel. My recommendation is to rent a car (it is very cheap) and drive to different location every day. Beaches in Mallorca are top star level.

WiFi connection and speed could be better, but since I needed it for basic phone usage, that does not affect the rating 10 that I gave to the hotel.

The room was a great size with a great size wardrobe and balcony. The safe was also a great size which could fit a laptop which is great for those needing to keep in contact with work. The TV in the room had several English channels so I was able to keep up to date with the news from home. The first floor solarium was a great substitution as I was unable to get down to the pool due to the steps Breakfast was great plenty of choice.

To get to the pool or garden you had to go down steps which was not good for anyone with mobility issues.I only have two negatives one was the pool and the second was my balcony did not get any sun at all.

We loved the location. The staff particularly in the breakfast room were so cheerful and efficient. The hotel has a calm, comfortable feeling.

It would be nice to have shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. The only other concern was our bedroom floor wasn't cleaned too well so we needed to wear shoes in the room, or clean our feet before getting into bed.
