The breakfast was great. All staff were superb the entertainment was good and the cocktails amazing!! I loved the pool area.

I didn’t like climbing over the bath to get a shower. Also the shower door leaked so floor got flooded. I also felt the decor a bit dated. Pictures and Lobby chairs.

The room was a great size with a great size wardrobe and balcony. The safe was also a great size which could fit a laptop which is great for those needing to keep in contact with work. The TV in the room had several English channels so I was able to keep up to date with the news from home. The first floor solarium was a great substitution as I was unable to get down to the pool due to the steps Breakfast was great plenty of choice.

To get to the pool or garden you had to go down steps which was not good for anyone with mobility issues.I only have two negatives one was the pool and the second was my balcony did not get any sun at all.

Every staff member except that one mentioned above.Receptionists day and night were fantastic, very plain to see they loved their job.Always happy, smiling and extremely helpful. Housekeeping staff/bar staff and maintenance a credit to the hotel.Amazing each and everyone of them. The best breakfasts Loved the clienleness of the hotel, all the different areas you could chill in if sun was too much Comfy beds. Towls changed every day Great aircon Garden area fantastic Fabulous location Beach bar and beach amazing. The Marina was spectacular and a nice little walk from the Rocamarina.

We went half board and while there was so much choice for dinner ,on the few evenings we eat in the hotel, the food was luke warm which we didn't like and opted to go to the many beautiful restaurants in the area There was one receptionist on duty on the Saturday evening the 10th of August, a young girl and we did not like her attitude.Very unhelpful when we asked to book a taxi.She couldn't contact one which was perfectly fine with us, not her fault but her reply was "im not going to keep trying for the night".She certainly could do with been upskilled on customer care. Did not like that shampoos/conditioners weren't provided.Strange for an amazing hotel. Did not like the cocktails.Tried a couple of different ones over the week and everyone of them tasted the same.

Great location close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Entertainment was good in the evening and drinks prices reasonable. lady on reception gave me daughter a room next door to myself and husband which we appreciated very much

The way you had to bring your room card for breakfast each morning or go back for it. People had best tables reserved each morning so far away ones at the back were only available. Bit old fashioned way of running the breakfast plus the hotel was quite old fashioned. It was more suited to over 60s which I already knew about and suited us as we are within that age group. Entertainment started 9.30 and finished at 11 then the room cleared very quickly.

The staff were all Friendly and helpful. The room was clean and serviced daily. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel was peaceful, but there were bars and restaurants within walking distance. The beach was close by. The beach club was really lovely.

There was a charge to replace the swimming towels if you wanted them changed before 7 days. Offer and yes was not served to tables for breakfast and charged after evening meal. Gluten free bread had to be requested rather than out as a choice, The hotel was dated in areas.

Loved the location, the staff and the food (breakfast and dinner). It’s very close to the beach. The staff will always provide you with all the information and share tips that are always helpful! There are a couple of beaches nearby where snorkelling is amazing! The beach close to the hotel is perfect for all age groups. The beach Cala Egos (10 min away) is attracts a more adult crowd and is even better for snorkelling! The dinner spread for a price so affordable is simply phenomenal!

They did not have a dental kit, which was quite unfortunate as I only realised that I didn’t have a toothpaste late at night! The water from the tap is undrinkable and they only give you ONE complimentary bottle (not even sure if we could buy bottles from the hotel). Had to go and buy water everytime! The air conditioning was not on! So it was quite uncomfortable to sleep at night. I understand that in Mallorca they switch on the ac late in summer but it was quite hot and atleast a stand fan could have been provided. Conclusion- these were very very small hiccups which I mention for other travellers. I would certainly stay here again without batting an eye 😊

Location is great for the nearby shops and beach across the road. Standard room a good size with fridge which is great addition and beach towels provided for use too. Plenty of sunbeds and space to set up in garden with some shady areas. Hotel was clean throughout and rooms serviced daily. Breakfast buffet very good with lots of options.

Room was at the back of hotel with view of busy road which was a bit noisy during the day. Unable to have a late checkout as no rooms available.

Adult only. Great location. Excellent choice of food at breakfast. Great having the stunning Egos bar that we could use for a chill out.

Only a minor niggle but felt that the sun beds were a bit crammed around the main hotel pool hence why we like going to the Egos pool, although that was an extra charge, was well worth it

It was a good location, directly on the beach, the food was good, the music was good too, the people were nice.

The cleaning in the room could be better, there was no shampoo and conditioner, the beach towels were not changed during the 7 days we spent there. The wifi was very poor and the pool should have been warmer, for september it was really cold.

The room was very comfortable and staff was always very considerate, overall it was a great experiente in which the good beats the bad by a lot. The good was very good, especially the vegetarian option. The adults only part was great, always so quiet without screaming Kids

The stress with havibg a assigned table for a certain hour was a little unecessary if you ask me, sometimes getting there on time the table was still occupied, we could only sit outside because we chose it once. I understand the concept but I didn't love that part. In the shower, the water temperature was hard to regulate, as it was getting too Hot or too cold by a little movement. Also it's a little far from centre cala d'or by foot
