Attractive , clean , had everything we needed, quiet, near the pool, excellent location, terrace in the shade during the day, car parks very near, supermarket very near and entertainment . Beach near. Nice good quality bed linen and towels, no Mosquitoes

Lovely spacious 2 story 2 bedroom apartment, large bright bedrooms upstairs, both ensuite with big bathrooms, both with doors leading out onto a huge wraparound balcony , with table , chairs and sun loungers, overlooking the pool and gorgeous gardens . Another toilet off the main living space downstairs. Lovely bright fully fitted kitchen with back door out to back garden area. Another pation area off the living space downstairs with table and chairs . Relaxing pool area, with pool bar and restaurant , always plenty of available sunbeds . Staff in all areas were friendly and helpful. A hand written welcome card with bottle of wine from the resort manager, Alejandro, who also came to visit us personally to ensure everything was ok . Location was perfect , big supermarket 2 mins away , and a good selection of bars and restaurants 5 mins walk away . Our faves were Yates for great breakfasts/lunch, Nevada for exceptional service with extensive choice of excelent food for dinner and a little gem of a pub called Molly Malones Irish bar , with the best homecooked sunday lunch and lovely relaxed vibe in the evening for winding down . Easy access to Cala D'Or for a busier night out if required , and 3 small beaches a short walk away. Highly recommend this charming resort in Cala Egos, would definately go back

Lovely property and location

Unfortunately we were meeting friends with children and there was a problem with there accommodation (allegedly). They were moved to a different property for the first night. They were told it was a maintenance issue, however on arrival the next day the property still had people in it. Overall and excellent holiday, but knowing that we were a large group sharing two cars they made no effort. The answer to my friend was always, if you don’t like it just cancel. What a nice attitude to have towards a paying customer.

We had a two bedroom apartment. It was spacious very clean very comfortable and ample space for family of five with balcony and garden Terrace. Absolutely fantastic apartment the location is great near shops restaurants supermarket. The pool facilities, table tennis, outdoor chess was all great for the kids. The staff were all very friendly from reception staff, to cleaning, to maintenance staff. The complex is really lovely.

We had a few issues with our stay with the washing machine, dishwasher and water. However when we told reception, an engineer was sent out quickly to resolve the issue and i understand these things can’t always be helped and issues were dealt with promptly.

We had a lovely stay at ONA village, the staff were very friendly and checked on us through our holiday to ensure we were happy. The pool is lovely, great for small children and the added bonus of no fighting for sunbeds :) The apartment has everything you need, a small kitchen with oven, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine as well as the essentials. The bathroom towels they provide are lovely and big and very fluffy :) The apartments are a short walk from lots of lovely shops, restaurants and bars. great location for the beaches too.

the stay was perfect. nothing we didn't like, for a family of 4 with a small baby it met all of our requirements.

The property is in a great spot in Cala Egos—just a short walk from lots of shops, with a large supermarket right next door. It’s also set slightly away from the bars, so it’s nice and quiet at night. Even though I arrived late, the property was very accommodating and sent me clear instructions on how to get into my apartment, as the reception isn’t open 24 hours. Everything was very clean, especially the pool area, which was really well looked after. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Everything was amazing

The location is very accessible to beaches, restaurants, supermarkets and bars. The apartment itself is very spacious and clean when we check-in. There are appliances that were very useful during our stay. The air conditioning was working well. It is a good place for small groups. It was peaceful during the night, not much disturbance even though the bars are nearby. The manager dropped by to check on our 2nd day, which is a plus point. This is good value for money as well! There can be some improvements however all in all. It was a great stay!

I know that we went to Majorca to enjoy the beaches however during the night, we need some sort of entertainment. The television wasn't very useful.It is not a smart tv, hence where unable to use our netflix accts or the like. It doesn't have great channels as well. We stayed for 3 days, I understand that there is only a specific time that they clean the apartments. During our stay, they haven't got the chance to clean, specifically the bathroom especially because it is mostly used since we go to the beaches and then go home and get cleaned up. We requested for fresh towels which they have provided however did not remove the old ones.

The staff was extremely accommodating and welcoming - we knew right away we found the right place. In this extremely touristic area we felt this was a calm oasis away from the bustle and everyone took their time to help us if needed. The property is only 4 minutes away from the tib bus station, so it was easily accessible by public transport. The beautiful Cala Egos beach is also just a short walk away. Mini golf and ping pong were also great additions to the property. The apartment was very spacious and cozy, just some parts felt very. However, we still absolutely loved our stay. Thank you!

We stayed at this hotel for a bachelorette party, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make everything perfect. They didn't just accommodate us—they genuinely contributed to the celebration, even helping with the decorations! They took the time to ask if everything matched our friend's taste, ensuring it was exactly how we imagined. The hotel itself is super nice —spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and you can tell that the staff truly cares about their guests. It's rare to find a place where the team is so genuinely invested in making your stay memorable. We were there for a bachelorette but we notice there were a lot of families so its very family friendly. Its super close to the beach, you have a pool and on our case it was super close (3 MIN WALKING!!) to a nice club where we could go celebrate our friends bachelorette. If you're planning a special event or just want to treat yourself to an exceptional stay, I highly recommend this hotel. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate!

Staff were very friendly on arrival. We arrived at 10am, check in not until 4pm but were told about luggage room, swimming pool and restaurant facilities that we were able to use prior to this. On getting into our apartment, we were delighted with the facilities, absolutely spotless and a gratefully appreciated surprise and welcome card left for us! Thank you. Beds very comfortable, towels provided etc, air conditioning perfect. Main centre of Cala D'or is a lesiurely 20 minute walk away, the marina is probably half that distance. 7 euros in a taxi from the centre of Cala D'or.Only found loads of other restaurants and shops at the back the Erokski about 100 meters down the road by chance! Theae were very handy if you didn't want to walk into the marina or town again. Swimming pool not that big for swimming given shape and busy times in the pool but fine to cool off. We're hoping to visit ar another point!
