Great location if you like to be away from the more built up areas of the island. It is situated in a nice residential area. You need to be prepared for a bit of walking to reach any shops or restaurants but it's a very pretty walk into Portopetro. Some might prefer to hire a car. Nice pool which was never busy.

It was necessary to buy bottled water, even for tea/coffee and cooking because it tasted very bad out of the tap in that area. This isn't a criticism of the hotel of course, but useful to know in advance if you're staying there.

Great place for a family or friends - fully equipped kitchen, nice living room and balcony to enjoy breakfasts or dinners before or after exploring Mallorca. Receptionist was lovely and helpful with any recommendations. Recommend !

Great location and overall a good vibe. The place was what I expected, nice views, clean rooms and good pool. The staff were super helpful too, giving tips for local area (they do close at 3pm tho so can early in the day). The rooms were good, could do with more hanging options, there is room for a ‘coat’ rake in the entrance and hooks on backs of doors. Simple but it will stop having items all over the apartment. We are a family of four so used the lounge as the 2nd bedroom.

Clean and airy apartment, the staff was very friendly and helped with any questions you had to ask about places to go to etc. The view from the apartment was amazing to wake up too. A great place to stay for a quite relaxing get away. Very easy to check in. Great value for money !

The kitchen and bathroom need updating. The location of the apartment is a bit of distance from the bus stops and the town centre. I recommend renting a car as the bus stops were a good 20 min walk and they come every 40 to 60 mins so if you miss one you have to wait a while for the next bus. Taxis are infrequent and pricey so recommend a bus if u don’t have a car. It would have been good if the bus stops were closer.

The pool was great. Staff were super friendly with lots of brilliant recommendations about beaches and nearby places to eat. really took the time to talk to us and give us lots of advice. Room was great value - with a little kitchen - fantastic.

The driveway is on a corner and so a little hard to get into - keep an eye out on google maps and drive slowly when you get near! The water is very salty (for non-locals) and so bring a bottle of water with you esp if not coming by car as shops are a little walk away.

It was a short but very enjoyable stay. The staff is very friendly and well spoken in French and English. A big thank you to Isabel that was really helpful and friendly. The view is wonderful and the surroundings were peaceful! My advice is to book a rental car as the taxi service in the area is hard to get.

Very nice and comfortable apartments. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Coffee is delicious. Close by to restaurants and supermarkets. Beautiful pool ans views.

Immaculately clean, really tastefully decorated. Well equipped little kitchen. Super comfy beds. Air con worked well . Lovely, friendly staff. Pool is great and little pool for children. Great, quiet location for exploring the Calas of the south. We would definitely return!

Communication prior to our arrival was excellent as this was our first time in Palma. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the view of the pool from the balcony was wonderful. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful with our queries of where’s best to go and which beach etc. The coffee from reception was top class and only €1.80.

We arrived after the reception had closed, and the hotel left us a lovely message which made checking in so simple and easy. There may be no lifts, but the view is absolutely incredible, especially from our third floor apartment. The location, while about a 10 minute walk from shops in town, made the location so quiet and peaceful. The apartment is clean and spacious and had all of the basic amenities needed. Coffee could be purchased downstairs, and the receptionist was kind enough to sell me a bottle of water when I realised tap water wasn't drinkable on the island. I have nothing to complain about! And GREAT value for money!
