To me cleanness level, bed linen, water pressure in the shower are most important characteristics and this place truly impressed me. Ok, maybe it’s not new but it actually works as positive future because you can see how are the owners take care of this property with care and love and you certainly can feel the corresponding ambiance to the village itself. You can feel the peace and quiet while in there. Only few people in swimming pool so you won’t be short of sun beds etc like you would in a hotel. Kitchen is small but totally enough to cater for a family. Every detail is clean and freshly painted. The apartment maintains pleasant temperature even during the warm hours. Nice view from the balcony and available car park. The residence is only 5-6 mins drive from a biggish town which makes things even better. The owners are very humble and caring - a very rare thing these days. Thank you!

Some would say the water from the tap is salty. But don’t you worry - water is IKOS hotel next door is salty as well. So it has nothing to do with this property. It is an island and it is salty everywhere.

The location was good and only 20 minutes from stunning beaches. Beds were comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helped us call a taxi, cleaned our bathroom sink when we accidentally clogged it, and brought us new towels when we asked. The place was walking distance from a few restaurants in town but we had better food when we drove 10 minutes to Cala D'Or which was much more lively. The AC was weak and took a long time to cool the unit. The running water is salty all throughout so when I brushed my teeth, I used bottled water. Our bathroom shower and tub were a bit small and so water kept splashing out of the tub and wetting the floor when we showered

Great location if you like to be away from the more built up areas of the island. It is situated in a nice residential area. You need to be prepared for a bit of walking to reach any shops or restaurants but it's a very pretty walk into Portopetro. Some might prefer to hire a car. Nice pool which was never busy.

It was necessary to buy bottled water, even for tea/coffee and cooking because it tasted very bad out of the tap in that area. This isn't a criticism of the hotel of course, but useful to know in advance if you're staying there.

Great place for a family or friends - fully equipped kitchen, nice living room and balcony to enjoy breakfasts or dinners before or after exploring Mallorca. Receptionist was lovely and helpful with any recommendations. Recommend !

Excellent place, very friendly staff, beautiful views, not super modern - but very clean and pool was also super nice and clean.

The only dowside was that pool closed at 19:30, everything else was superb!

Great location and overall a good vibe. The place was what I expected, nice views, clean rooms and good pool. The staff were super helpful too, giving tips for local area (they do close at 3pm tho so can early in the day). The rooms were good, could do with more hanging options, there is room for a ‘coat’ rake in the entrance and hooks on backs of doors. Simple but it will stop having items all over the apartment. We are a family of four so used the lounge as the 2nd bedroom.

The view was amazing and location too if you have a car. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The beds were comfy however the sofa bed was very hard to sleep on, especially the lower part. Water is salty, even in the shower but it seems like an issue of that part of the Island.

Location is a bit out of center and road to city center isn't pedestrian but vehicular traffic.

Clean and airy apartment, the staff was very friendly and helped with any questions you had to ask about places to go to etc. The view from the apartment was amazing to wake up too. A great place to stay for a quite relaxing get away. Very easy to check in. Great value for money !

The kitchen and bathroom need updating. The location of the apartment is a bit of distance from the bus stops and the town centre. I recommend renting a car as the bus stops were a good 20 min walk and they come every 40 to 60 mins so if you miss one you have to wait a while for the next bus. Taxis are infrequent and pricey so recommend a bus if u don’t have a car. It would have been good if the bus stops were closer.

The pool was great. Staff were super friendly with lots of brilliant recommendations about beaches and nearby places to eat. really took the time to talk to us and give us lots of advice. Room was great value - with a little kitchen - fantastic.

The driveway is on a corner and so a little hard to get into - keep an eye out on google maps and drive slowly when you get near! The water is very salty (for non-locals) and so bring a bottle of water with you esp if not coming by car as shops are a little walk away.
