Great location, amazing food and such friendly and lovely staff. Great layout and bar area

The rooms all need a little bit of TLC - the shower head in our room kept falling on our head which was a bit scary when showering with a baby. The rooms all need a bit of a diy job - painting, fixtures updated and grout re filled. The fridge in our room didn’t fit in the kitchen unit and stuck out. The kettle was broken and when switched on would boil unless turned off directly. This is dangerous and a fire hazard. The life saving equipment could do with a refresh too. It would be nice to see a lifeguard walking around too.

I loved the warm welcome at Reception. My light switch was smashed and the wardrobe door broken which they fixed within an hour. The All Inclusive food was amazing. Such a variety and it changed every day.It was breakfast, snacks (mid morning) then lunch, snacks and Dinner. We loved the food. We loved that all the drinks were included. We had a spacious ground floor apartment with patio and garden near the quiet pool. There were 2 other pools which were bigger but busier. We were in block 4 which was quiet.We loved the location near lots of bars, restaurants, shops and a Friday evening Market. It was a short walk to the Marina and a 5 min drive into the main Cala D'Or centre with even more restaurants and shops. We found 2 lovely beaches less than 5 mins walk away. The entertainment on the stage each night was very good too. Everywhere very clean and tidy. We would love to come again for longer.

That you couldn't get tea or coffee at any time other than at breakfast. The machines were covered over, which was a shame as you could get wines and beer and fizzy drinks but no coffee or tea. There were no toilets in the restaurant. Aircon broken in bedroom but they couldn't fix it so sadly that was my only complaint. I don't think it has worked for a long time as it was rusted up. It was very hot in early June 30 degrees so aircon was needed. I wouldn't like to be in that room in August.

Location is great - 2 lovely beaches within 5-10 minute walk, more beaches and the Marina also within walking distance. Staff at this hotel were very helpful and friendly in particular Assili who helped us greatly to plan trips out and gave local restaurant recommendations, Marta on reception who was super friendly and helpful, and the cleaner (sorry we did not get her name) in our block (4) who was great every day! The room was a bit dated in places but everything worked and the beds were very comfortable. We chose all inclusive so didn't really use the kitchen much but it was well equipped if we had been self-catering.

The food was a bit repetitive and not always hot enough - but fairly standard all inclusive offering, and there was always something that was fine to eat. A bit disappointed that cava was not included in AI - first time I have been to a hotel in Spain that did not offer this in AI package!

The hotel is located right in the center of Cala d'Or, where you'll find a lot of restaurants. It was a great stay. The place was clean, had nice sorroundings&beautiful terrace, free acces to the gym and outdoor pools. Good value for money

Would have been nice for the indoor heated pool to be open at the end of September, when the weather is not that good to use the outdoor pools (we had 2 rainy days during our stay). We had problems with the Wifi, connecting and disconnecting all the time.

Loved the location! The staff were so lovely as well. Awesome pool facilities and the bathroom was clean and new towels were provided every day. The views from the balcony were exceptional. Beds were comfy but the double bed was just 2 single beds pushed together with seperate linen.

The rooms did not have any complimentary tea or coffee, despite having a kettle. There also wasn’t much space to cook if we wanted to. The water from the tap was undrinkable, but that’s not the property’s problem, just need to buy your own water. Our room was at the very back of the property with a fence and old gate nearby, it would’ve been awesome if we could use that gate to exit easy but it is closed off.

Extremely good value - 20/30 min walk into centre, good facilities like pools, entertainment ect. Opted for bed and breakfast, was okay nothing special by any means but definitely filled a hole! Recommend getting breakfast on of the cafes close by for only €7. Restaurant manager was extremely rude but apart from that staff were okay. Room was spacious and clean! Lost of ants so don’t leave any food around the room!

During our 3 night stay the cleaners kept on walking into our room and all times day and night without knocking! We were woke up a few times at 6am.

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at I have absolutely no complaints. The swimming pools were amazing and the apartment was incredible. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning and could not recommend it enough!

Loved everything !

Loved the apartment which was close to the pool. Entertainment on at night. Pizza at bar was great. Staff friendly and helpful. Great seating outside of room.

Was self catering and limited due to two hobs, no oven or microwave. Shower didn't have a way to stop water running off wall tiles onto floor outside of shower which meant floor got covered in water.

This is a lovely hotel and the staff are very friendly and helpful had clean towels every day

The check in process was not good they asked us to check-in on line as it would be quicker witch I did and it still took over 2 hours to check in u need some maps for customer to get to there rooms

I had an apartment with access to swimming pool from the terrance. Very happy because of that

Staff was friendly, there was 5 swimming pools all together
