Room was spacious and clean. Sea view was outstanding. Sunrise was an added bonus. Staff on the desk were very helpful. Short taxi ride or 20 minute sea-view walk to the town. Although you can’t pre book taxis and avoid market day as taxis are not easily available. Evening entertainment was good. Thank you.

The vegetarian food options were hit and miss. Food wasn’t always labelled correctly and staff were unsure if meat was included when asked. Men having to wear long trousers to dinner is outdated. Smart shorts can equally look smart. There were double standards in play when women could go to dinner in shorts - some in jeans shorts.

The hotel is not the newest. But it’s well kept The breakfast is also great value for money. The pool is deep!!!! That’s a wow factor because it’s so rare. The rooms are cleaned daily. Nice towels. The beach towels are given out and you can change them 3 times per week The food is 8/10 in the beach bar. There are electric vehicle chargers. 10€ per charge In June there weren’t much parking spots but we managed to park on top near the hotel. But beware it’s rocky Own entrance to the sea, but no beach as it’s a rocky area here

The place is wonderful! The staff is super friendly and attentive—get ready to receive excellent service, plenty of smiles, and warm greetings throughout your stay! They are wonderful people with an unmatched sense of hospitality. The food is diverse and delicious, featuring plenty of local dishes, fish, and seafood. Every night offers a variety of different options. You can rent bicycles directly from the hotel to explore the area. The town is about a 25-minute walk away, and you can stroll along the seaside—it’s a beautiful route. Every night, there’s a lovely show or performance to enjoy.

Parking should be improved. Very steep and quite difficult to park. Breakfast is almost the same every day. If you stay for a long time, it can feel a bit repetitive, but on the other hand, if you don’t go overboard trying everything in the first few days, you can easily sample new things throughout your stay. For dinner, they should at least offer complimentary water.

We were welcomed with a refreshing drink, and as soon as you arrive at the hotel, you’re already treated to a stunning view of the beach. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and were delighted to receive an upgrade to a beachfront room. All I can say is that on our next visit, booking a sea view room will definitely be worth it — it’s absolutely beautiful, and you might even have the chance to enjoy the sunrise right from your balcony. We were truly happy with the upgrade. The food was very good, both at breakfast and dinner. The staff was always kind, attentive, and helpful. It’s the kind of hotel where you can relax, enjoy the beach, take walks — there’s a lot to do and enjoy. We didn’t choose the all-inclusive option, but it seemed very nice. We also explored the surrounding area; there’s a lovely stretch where you can walk along the seafront. The spa was also very pleasant — the sauna with an ocean view is absolutely spectacular.

So much to like about this lovely hotel in a spectacular location. The rooms were spacious and comfortable plus spotlessly clean. Everywhere smelt fresh and pleasantly fragranced. We didn’t have a sea view room but a spacious balcony with equally pleasant views over the hotel front gardens and the countryside. Breakfast was excellent both in choice and quality. We had dinner on one evening and this was buffet service and lots of choice again. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful and we would be very happy to return again.

I would have given it 10/10 for staff but unfortunately the evening barman was quite unpleasant. Shame as all the other staff were lovely.

Everything…..holiday was awesome. Great room, comfortable bed. Staff were fabulous the food and drink were amazing and the access to the sea and the reef was an added bonus. The evening entertainment was great every night especially the Jazz band and the Pianist. The location and the views were stunning and eating out on the terrace sometimes overlooking the sea was the icing on the cake. Thank you.

Only one thing would have improved it and that would be a freshwater swimming pool rather than salt water.

This was our third time in Cala Ratjada, but the first time in this hotel. My partner and I brought his mom for her birthday, and I booked this hotel because of it's location right by the sea 🌊. And I can tell you all, we were absolutely stunned by it! It had certainly exceded outlr expectations on so many levels. The staff are all so nice, helpful and always happy to see you. The cleaning ladies are incredible, they do an amazing job and are always greeting you with a smile. Rooms are cleaned daily, but if you dont want them to enter your room you can always put the sign on the door saying 'no'. The buffet breakfast and dinner have a huge variety of foods, fresh bread, freshly cooked eggs, omlettes and pancakes. Dinners have different theme everyday which is lovely. There are many lounge beds outside, and the hotel wasn't very busy (we did travel in October). There is also a lovely small restaurant where you can have lunch until 5 o'clock. The hotel has a bar inside, serving drinks from 6pm until 1 am with live music almost every night. There is a lovely spa with steam baths, sauna and a pool as well as a small gym, which is all included in the price. An amazing part of the hotel also, is an access to the sea!! You can relax on the sunbeds, and hop into the sea whenever you want. The hotel is located a bit out from town with restaurants and shops, about 30 minutes walk, which for us was lovely but might be a bit far for others. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel though which is very convinient. You can also hop onto a little train that goes through the city passing the hotel. We had an amazing time and will definitely try to come back to this hotel every year!

One thing that was a bit frustrating for us as a couple were two single beds pushed together instead of a double bed. I am sure though if I was to book it next time, the staff would accommodate it upon the request.

The location of this hotel is phenomenal. You literally can see the sea and mountains from the lounge area, the spa, the dining area. The food was great at both breakfast and dinner, and there was a lovely pool bar which provided a full menu from 10-6. The rooms were spacious, and kept very clean. a beautiful walk from the hotel into the nearest town which was about 25 minutes away. Staff were very friendly and yes spoke more German than English, but were more than capable of asking what you needed.

Main gripe, not good for parking, especially at week ends ( more Spanish people came for the week ends) . Some limited parking in front of hotel, but otherwise two areas which were not tarmacked and were very uneven and had pot hole s, dips and tree stumps. Also as much as spa area was lovely, it was slightly offset by certain people from Germany who thought it was their right to walk around naked .

The room, though small, was cozy and well-appointed, and the balcony overlooking the sea provided a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the breathtaking vistas. I particularly appreciated the effort put into maintaining cleanliness and comfort, despite the age of the hotel. The breakfast provided was delicious and offered a variety of options to suit different tastes, setting a positive tone for the day ahead. Additionally, I found the ambiance of the hotel to be very inviting, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. One of the highlights for us was the direct pathway along the coastal area, which allowed for leisurely strolls and opportunities to immerse myself in the beauty of the surroundings.

The three story hotel is located next to the sea and straddles the rocks between the ocean and a quiet road that runs along the front. The breakfast was very good indeed and the maintenance and housekeeping of communal areas is exceptional. Parking is shared between four choices; directly in front of the hotel, in two wooded areas opposite and adjacent and some on street parking on the road up towards the tenis club. The pool looked lovely and their were many good quality sun loungers both on the water's edge and on a grassy area attached to the Spa. A hotel and staff that take a real pride is rare and this is one of them.

Very little. I stayed in a single non sea facing room and found the bathroom a little cramped as the door opened inwards and took up a lot of space. Amazing rain shower though!
