Very kind and helpful staff! A lot of different delicious meals, great location, very close to a beautiful beach and city center. Swimming pool well maintained with a supervision of a lifeguard. The room was cleaned very neatly. We felt warmly taken care of and we will for sure recommend this hotel to everybody. Gracias por tan buen momento y por enseñarnos español ♡

Room was a little smaller than we expected Could have done with a bit more breakfast variety Both of these were minor issues!

The breakfast was excellent. We received first class service. The location is at the heart of the town, near the beach and well situated. Also it’s very close to shops, restaurants and bars.

Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Very nice atmosphere and staff were very efficient and friendly! Provided a complimentary bottle of cava to our room for my girlfriend’s birthday which was lovely.

We asked for a double bed and received two single beds pushed together which wasn’t ideal.

Great hotel location, 1 minute walk to the sea, clean and typical hotel breakfast. The room with a sea view was great, a bit small, but just right for a short stay. The service at the reception was very nice, we were leaving at night and the gentleman offered us coffee and breakfast in the middle of the night which was very nice. I recommend!!!

Maybe just 2 things I’d change: •missed some ketchup or mustard during breakfast, would be nice to add •also it would be nice to play some music in pool area, it was horribly quite there

The deluxe suite was amazing, has a hot tub in the room and lots of space to move around. Staff were very friendly and the hotel is in an excellent location.

The bed was 2 single beds pushed together instead of a double. The choice of food and drinks on the all inclusive menu was poor, we stopped eating in the restaurant as there was very little selection and the food that was available wasn't enjoyable.

Hotel was nice, very clean. Breakfast was very good and tasty. All staff was kind and helpful. Hotel is near the playa son moll, port and centre. Location is perfect - close to everything, but in quiet side street.

The staff were amazing, specially Fran and Guama(the waiter). The food was fresh and good. The rooms were clean but too small.

The rooms to be a bit bigger and the pool. Needs more umbrellas.

Amazing location and the room are comfortable and clean. The view from the balcony was amazing and the city is really nice. We enjoyed our stay there.

There is still place for some renovation and to do a room better for stay.
