Hotel was very clean the staff were very curtious and professional, the breakfast was plentiful and good choice, the check in time was earlier than we asked for toe receptionists wer all very good and helpful

Booking .com said we had a free taxi from the airport to the hotel then the night before said unto UNFORTUNATELY CIRCUMSTANCES IT COULD NOT BE DONE ,so cost us €92, then we got our beach bag stolen with phone money and personnel things in ther , so Callella never again and booking .com we have been booking hotels over 20 years with you ....so never again 😒

I loved the bar area and the pool area. Very clean. Friendly staff. Pool table and tv. Entertainment on selected evenings as it was out of season. Very clean. Almost too clean as they changed my towels every day! Lounge area was peaceful and although I didn’t use it there was also a children’s area gym and sauna.

I didn’t like the breakfast although there was plenty to choose from. There was nothing wrong with the food it just wasn’t to my taste and I would rather be sitting by the beach looking out to sea while I eat my breakfast. However for those with children it seemed to work very well.

Hotel is very clean, and has great facilities like the jacuzzi, pool, we had dinner and breakfast included and it was good and diversified.

The bald guy from the hotel bar was unprofesional.i asked for a beer and a coca-cola and he gave me the cocke in a glass from a plastic bottle, i told him that i want a normal coke in a glass bottle because i have seen before that he served it like that to other people. and he answerd me if i want one more ? i said no i just want this changed in a normal coke, so he took the coke and the beer from my hand and did not want to sell me anymore. crazy it was his lose as the rest of the days me and my friends we did not order nothing more from the bar.(we are good tippers).

We were pleasantly surprised by breakfast given the fact that it's "only" a 3* hotel. Staff on reception and in restaurant is friendly. Bed was also very comfy and everything in general was pretty nice. We were not in a middle of a season so I can't rate pool facilities. Bonus tip: there is a bus station nearby which is much closer than the train station in Calella, and it's a better way to get to Barcelona using the public transport (faster, more comfortable).

The staff went above and beyond for us. The rooms were spotless. Plenty of variety in food. Entertainment every night, pool and jacuzzi were immaculate too- even had aqua aerobics on a couple of mornings. Amazingly relaxingperfect

No tea bags, coffee or milk in room. No water at lunch or dinner unless paid for separately.

Room was roomy and well equipped for the price. Breakfast was very good. Nicely cooked and with plenty of choice. Reception staff were mostly great. We appreciated the secure parking nearby. We didn't have any evening meals at the hotel and we didn't use the pool, spa or gym.

The gym and spa were booked up so we were unable to use them.

Was a good place, with fun activities, good staff and overall in a good location.

I feel like for the price we paid i should be able to come to a hotel with doorknobs that stay on the door, as well as to a safe with a lock on it.

The hotel is in a perfect place! Everything is near, but not in the center, it wasn't noisy. The room was okay, the bed was quite comfy. The food was wonderful. The pool was clean and quite big. The jacuzzi in the roof was superb!

The hotel service is wonderful, I only can advise 1-2 small things, to make it even better. -They were very kind, when we wasn't in the hotel at lunchtime, they packed take away food, what wasn't fine. I asked if we could get a salad, or something left from the last day dinner, but they didn't want to change the "protocol". -There could have been more kind of vegetables at breakfast (there was icesalad and tomato everyday). -We were in full board meal, water could have been added normally, and only pay for the other drinks.

Staff are excellent. Catering and cleaning are lovely with super staff always on hand. Reception team are superb always friendly and ready to help.

Nothing not to like though more entertainment on some nights would be great.

Good value 3 star hotel. Premium double room was exactly as per photos. Very clean. Staff were very helpful. Wide variety of salads at dinner.

Bread at breakfast was already cut and could have been fresher. Best hot option at dinner was the meat chef was cooking fresh.
