Amazing!!! Would recommend this to anyone! Fab location with quick transfer time from airport, great location to go to beach and Palma. Hotel was so clean and beds were so comfy. Great toiletries and water/kettle in room. Swimming pool area was lovely and breakfast was amazing, so much choice.

Cleaners started quite early in the morning around 7am so this was quite noisy and woke us up.

Very friendly hotel staff, so whatever you need - they will help and advise to you. Advise, or change your money :) Really liked the location, its quite (you don't hear the Airplanes from your room), no laud crowd of Germans / football fans, etc... 10/10 Beautiful view near the Hotel with a long walking road along side near the beach shore... also amazing view on the Mediterranean Sea... Advantage is that its close to the airport and close to the different buss stops, around 5 minutes of walk way to the buss stops.. Very good breakfast, wide variety of choices... . Clean rooms, new towels, bed is done every time. Ventilation system worked as it suppose to.. not so cold and not hot... Also, I had a birthday and Hotel bring me a piece of Cake to my room, that was a huge surprise for me. So huge thanks for such attention.....

I didn't liked only one thing - I expected to see a beautiful view on the SEA from my room and when I made a reservation... after an option appeared: would you like to upgrade your room, SEA view for example ? - I mean seriously ? For 8 days - its a huge money and I need to pay some extra for a SEA view also ? So I got a room on the first floor and with on back side of the Hotel, its not so bad but still.... its like business is making another business.... money, money, money

Early November visit so was off season. Hotel not too crowded. Reserved a room with full front sea view and that is what we were given. Room opened to a nice balcony with 2 chairs and a table and with a perfect sea view. Room was nicer and larger than other hotels we stayed at in Spain. Breakfast was was very nice and had a lot of choices. Not sure how anyone could be unhappy with the breakfasts there. Definitely would stay there again. Used buses to get to Palma, was about 25 minute ride on the #31bus and worked well. Airport was about a 5 min taxi ride away cost about 10 euro.Thank you AluaSoul for a great stay!

Internet was spotty, would not stay connected. Noticed several guests inquiring about the same thing at front desk.

The staff were very attentive and polite - they made us feel welcome during our stay. The room was a great size and was cleaned each day to a good standard. The pool area was very nice and gives you a great view by the sea. Every night the hotel organised very good entertainment options. Food and drink offered at the hotel was of good quality / variety and prices were very reasonable.

The gym equipment is quite limited but decent enough if you want to work out. The location is very ideal being close to the airport, but it's a long walk to Palma / Arenal which seem to be livelier locations. People seem to reserve sunbeds using towels so you have to put towels down at about 9am to secure a good spot!

The room was perfect, very comfortable, a wonderful balcony with a Bali bed looking out to sea what's not to like! It was cleaned daily with fresh towels and bedding changed on request. The mini bar was initially stocked and all free. Use of The Favorite Lounge throughout the day to enjoy soft drinks, beer, coffee, sandwiches and desserts was a real bonus. It was definitely worth booking one of these rooms with the added benefits. The staff were very polite and also on hand to deal with any queries. The rooftop pool and beds for exclusive use of My Favorite customers was an added bonus and never busy. This was the perfect place to unwind.

2 milks in the room for tea and coffee is never enough, had to constantly ask for more. People putting towels on sunbeds and disappearing for hours should not be allowed!!

Fabulous location close to the airport, near public bus stops, walking distance to beautiful beaches, calm surroundings, walkways and bicycle routes conveniently close, supermarket not too far away, minibar (fridge) in the room, gym has beautiful views and is very well equipped for its size, beautiful views over the ocean (for ocean facing rooms), all staff are exceptionally well trained and friendly (reception, service and cleaning staff), breakfast (buffet style) is absolutely wonderful!

No full sound proofing of rooms which means you can often times partially hear your neighbours through the walls as well as the movements/discussions of others in the hallways through the front door.

We spent 3 nights at the hotel at the end of January, off season. Our vacation was based around touring the island in a rental car. Hotel Alua had good access to the airport and the highway. It served us well on our trips. You could hear the airport a bit, but it wasn't a problem. The hotel is very nice and well maintained. Separately, I have to rate the breakfast, which was amazing. A large selection of dishes, great taste and great service. The hotel added an excellent impression to our entire holiday in Mallorca. We will definitely use it in the future.

The double bed was made of two beds and they were separating when sleeping, room slippers, the fan in the bathroom did not work

Beautiful and clean place. All cosmetics, towels and hairdryer is provided and good quality. A little fridge and a kettle and tea and coffee selection was lovely to have in the room. Very nice staff. Great breakfast and dinner, lots of options. Amazing pool and space to chill. Very modern and spacious. Great location. You have the opportunity to rent a bike there as well, very convenient. Definitely would come back!

The airport is close by, so you can hear all airplanes. You can kind of get used to it, but if you're a lite sleeper it can be an issue. It would be amazing if there would be some onetime use earplugs in the room.

This hotel is really nicely decorated, and I enjoyed the 2 weeks I spent here. I got the breakfast included in my reservation and paid for dinner access throughout my trip when I checked in. The only things that was additional was room service and drinks. They also have a handy app to keep you informed and to make reservations which was pretty well made! The rooms were nice. Really comfortable beds, good lighting, strong internet, and nice bathroom. but the balcony was my favorite place. It was spacious and overlooked the water with a breathtaking view. You are close to your neighbors but still have a sense of privacy. The food was really good both at the buffet for breakfast and dinner, and bar/room service. Be prepared to wait a bit for room service but it was also really good. The dinner buffet menu changes daily so it has a great variety that I didn't get sick of even after two weeks. Breakfast is good too but mostly similar things everyday. I went most days even though I'm not an early riser. After dinner, some nights they have entertainment in front of the bar area so it is great to grab a drink or 2 while watching them sing and dance for awhile. Very centrally located to the malecon so you can get to alot of places such as restaurants, great views, etc just a couple steps away. People are also familiar with the hotel so excursions and tours will either pick you up at or nearby the hotel no problem. I really enjoyed my time here and I would definitely come back if I come to Mallorca again!

Long time for room service and you can't just order sodas with room service. you have to order from the pre-existing packages that comes with chips too, so, if you want 6 sodas delivered to your room. get ready for it to come with so many bags of chips. but they are good chips!

A nice location in a more quiet part of Can Pastilla at the beginning of the large and busy Platja de Palma. Perfect cleanness, good breakfast buffet. An excellent, many kms long coastal promenade suitable for walking, jogging, cycling, skating. Bikes can be rented in the hotel or anywhere in the proximity.

An abundant evening buffet of standard meals, all in the same "mediterranean-like" savour, but no tasty meet, fish or seafood dishes. Somebody might be disturbed by a strong noise caused by aircraft starting continuously from the nearby airport.
