At first glance, the hotel didn't live up to my expecations, primarily because it's older than it had looked in the pictures.. However, the outstanding service from staff and the possibility to change rooms to one with pool view (chose this if possible) made completely up for it. The room and facilities are in great condition and perfectly clean - it just looks 'less' because it's of older date. But honestly no issue! The breakfast buffet is in the sister hotel on the other side of the road which is no problem at all, and it is one of the biggest buffets I've ever seen - I couldn't think of one thing I wanted that they didn't have. The location is unbeatable; 1 min walk from the beach and with a varity of stores, supermarkets, cafés, bars etc. around. Also two bus stops right outside the front door, incl. the one for the airport.

It seems a bit dated, so my first impression wasn't great, but once I looked through that, there's literally nothing to put a finger on.

This hotel was lovely. We only stayed 2 nights but perfect for what we needed it for. It’s very close to the beach, less than 5 minutes walking! There is plenty of transport available in the area. The bus from the airport drops you right outside the hotel! The bus stops into the city are less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel also. The bed was very comfortable. Our view from our balcony was lovely too. After we checked out we had the option to store our luggage with reception for a few hours, and if we wanted we could have a shower too when we got back to collect them. Staff were very friendly and helpful! We really enjoyed breakfast too, there were a lot of options to choose from. We didn’t get around to using the pool as the beach was so close by. There is a small supermarket beside the hotel too for snacks and drinks!

The fridge and AC in the room were quite noisy. The fridge would turn off an on throughout the night which was kind of annoying. The AC was still quite loud even on the low/quiet setting.

This hotel has amazing location, not far from airport, beach or shops. The hotel reception is open 24h, there are airconditions in the main areas. The receptionist recommended degrees 20-23 on the AC in the rooms- it has worked great, the rooms and pool outside (from 10:00-18:00) got cleaned every day. We stayed in 5th floor 7 days. The bathroom and shower was great and the room had a nice balcony, a comfortable bed, and it was clean. There was good space, and the fridge worked well. We were very happy with the room, although the hotel itself could use some upgrades. The beach has sunbeds for rent, 9€ per person, and the beach was cleaned every morning. The reception also has parasolls for free rent you can use to the beach.

The rooms are poorly soundproofed, especially the bathroom as you can hear noise from the street in the morning, and even hear your neighbor talking/using the bathroom. Several of the sunbeds were broken, but they were replaced during our stay. There were also showers and toilets by the pool area – the outdoor shower had slightly cold water. The shower inside was switching between cold and warm sometimes.

Very noicy from busses, trucks, some construction workers...even with earplugs and especially early in the morning.

Excellent location! Really close to beach and sea. Also to shops, reataurants and airport (up to 10 min by bus). Excellent brekfast (served in next hotel from the same network) with plenty of dishes and very tasty. The room had basic comfort facilities (comfortable bed, air conditioning, small fridge, bathroom).

The room is somewhat old and some facilities need renovation. Cockroahes!!! And very big! One was in our room, the other was on a floor. There is a safe in the room, but it is avaliable for additional pay.

The location was amazing so close to the beach with a lovely balcony with sea and pool view, lots of nice restaurants and shops nearby, the room and bathroom were lovely and good air conditioning!

It was generally clean but not spotless, overall was happy with everything though except the range and price of drinks at the bar but this wasn’t an issue due to the wide range of options outside the hotel.

Walking into room that was already occupied by other guests when we first checked in. Paying extra for safe deposit box in room. Pool area closed very early at 6pm

The hotel is in a very convenient place, meters away from the beach. Once you turn on the corner you end up at paradise street, cafes pubs and restaurants on your left and the seaside on the right. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful, amazing service always greeting you with a smile. And let's not forget the pool, perfect place to chill in the afternoon. Definitely recommend

Mike on reception was amazing. He was so polite helpfull and friendly and his English was excellent. We arrived very early morning very sleep deprived due to a cancelled flight & booked easily online whilst at the airport in a panic. The Miraflores is less than a ten minute journey from the airport & practically on the beach front surrounded by restaurants & shops. Although unable to use our room yet Mike was very hospitable in allowing us to us the baggage room, restaurant, and all facilities. We desperately needed to charge phones which he helped with. He also was kept contact with the cleaners to allow us into our room as early as possible. He organised our taxis, explained everything we needed to know & made us feel very welcome despite our situation. The buffet was really good & the beds comfatable and the rooms very clean. Surprisingly quiet too given its location. We all slept well. Thank you so much Miraflores. Especially Mike !!!!

The hotel is dated and the outside environment needs revamping. However given the nature of our visit this did not hamper our stay !!
