Breakfast was good and varied. A lovely rooftop terrace with pool and sea views. Spacious room and comfortable beds

Arrival at 4am and a very grumpy member of staff insisted on us paying in full for our stay on arrival despite our very late arrival as we had a four hour delay. The card machine wasn’t working and he kept trying again and check in took over half an hour. This could have easily been done the following day after a good nights sleep of on departure as our card details were given upon booking

The location was fantastic, 10 minutes from the airport, a few steps from the beach , a short walk to everything you could need, with two bars and pool

Additional charges were high for a sunbed at the sky bar €50 I thought is a lot after the price we also paid for 3 nights , I understand an extra charge but I think that was too much

The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable

For a 4 star hotel I would have expected to see at least a bottle of water supplied in the room,we arrived very late(3am) dehydrated .Should have it supplied as standard.Didnt see the need for tv sets in the same room!!

Loved the location, the rooftop bar and pool area was really great too. Of course it could do with some renovations, but it was a lovely spot to rest and drink some cava. The staff were really friendly. We only stayed 1 night as need to be close to the airport for an early flight. The beach across the road, plenty of restaurants and shops close.

The parking situation is awful. Had to drive around the streets for a long time to find parking. There are not black out curtains and very big windows so make sure you bring an eye mask for sleeping if you prefer a darker room. And ear plugs.. the bars get a bit noisy.

The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. The location to the two beaches was ideal, and it was very central when looking for places to eat. We only ate breakfast in the hotel, no other meal- but the breakfast was excellent! Really good food every morning to start the day off right.

The confusion with the elevators and the numbers of the floors! But we got used to it after a day or two. Maybe just explained a bit better would be helpful at the start of the trip.

Excellent location and proximity to the airport. Taxis cost around $15-20 (which is crazy considering the distance!) Gorgeous rooftop with sun all day. Lots of sun loungers and nice rooftop bar. Pool is small and pretty basic. Breakfast is actually a huge spread of various different options. Good quality. Reception staff are lovely and welcoming. Bonus that check in is open 24hrs. Rooms are pretty basic. I had minimal view but for the price it was relatively spacious.

Spec of the property and room isn’t amazing. Stains on carpets etc. One to flag is there is NO aircon in the rooms…! Or in the gym. Luckily I don’t mind the heat but it did get pretty stuffy in the room. On Friday night they had the most excruciatingly loud and awful live music which went on until around 11pm and being on the first floor meant the noise travelled horrendously and I couldn’t sleep until it had finished. Otherwise, excellent location and good value for money.

Everything was great from the amazing staff who always said hola to me when I was passing by to the perfect location near the beach and airport and close to many shops and restaurants as well as a short bus ride ( around 30 minutes) to Palma cathedral. I was celebrating my birthday and they left a bottle of wine for me as well which was so nice and thoughtful and I really appreciated it. The hotel has a little swimming pool on the roof as well for everyone to use with a bar where you can buy drinks. There is also a lobby bar with the TV where you can relax it was nice watching the game there on my first night. Nearby the hotel there are a couple places with live music if you prefer that... There is a TV room and a bike shed as well unfortunately I haven't made it there so I cannot give any details. I loved the spa area although maybe it was very small and it might get crowded with more people but you do have to save time slots so I guess that would stop that from happening. The lady in the reception ( she is also the beautician I am sure) was so helpful and so nice and will help you with everything. Next to the spa there is a free gym as well I didn't use it it seems quite big and well equipped through the glass walls. There is also a little locker room with bathroom shower and lockers to leave your stuff although I was in the hotel so there was no need. Also they had ice cream for the dessert with the dinner😋 and the staff there was so incredible and chef ( dinner ) always said hello as well. Will definitely come there again 😄

If I have to write something maybe more choices for breakfast and dinner would be nice and more space it's a very little room it was perfect when I was there but might get a bit overcrowded in the high season I think... The closest beach and water was very dirty but you just have to keep going alongside the beach for around 5 minutes it gets much better Rooms are pretty basic but there is nothing missing there and the bed was comfortable It's a nice comfortable, fairly small hotel with an amazing service and location

Location was excellent, just by the seafront. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in the hotel, both breakfast and dinner, was of good quality and good choice.

We had an internal patio view, however, our rooms faced a brick wall a meter away from our balcony. There was no parking near by.

Nice, clean 4 star hotel very near to the promenade.

They could do with a vegetarian main meal option in the evening. The food was very much meat or fish based. Also, clearer labelling of food. The roof top pool could be better promoted as I didn't realise there was one! I thought the €15 spa pool was it. A few of the machines in the gym were out of action, so they could do with some more attention to maintenance
