Locations 5 mins from beach,peaceful, plenty of sunbeds ,food good variety, staff amazing,

So thay had dedicated smoking area but people were allowed to vape anywhere and I don't want to be around that.need to change this to no vaping under bar canopy.no kettle in rooms no shampoo

Very big hotel area, big reception and lobby. Large swimming pool with different deepness parts for any needs. All area's very clean. Good food at dinner buffet. Very nice small town with it's charm to walk around.

Very small studio rooms - old furniture. About 15-20 minute walk to sandy Platja de Muro beach, kid got tired by the time we walked to sea, which is not a problem to fit and young people at all.

We spent 8 days at the hotel and it has been a great exeperince. All the staff, from the front desk to the cleaning staff have been amazing, kind and always available. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Son Baulo and 15 minutes with transports to the wonderful Paya de Muro. We really appreiated the variety of entertaimnemnt, during theday with lot of activities proposed and the night events. My son was a huge fan on the kids dance and there is a show every evening. The pool is big and there is space for everybody in the parc with lot of lunges, impossible to not find a place to chill and relax. The food was also good, even if more german oriented, we was able to always find something good to eat, expecially the meat and fish freshly cooked at lunch and dinner. We had an amazing holidays! thank you to all the staff!

The rooms, even if confortables and silents really needs to be renewed, most of all the bathroom. Anyway this didn't impact our stay, but for a 4 stars hotel an improvement is necessary

The staff were friendly, helpful and always smiling and polite. The hotel was spotless the cleaning teams were tireless. The bar staff are brilliant, really hard working. Lovely pool area and very close to a beautiful beach. Entertainment every evening and a team of people organising things to do all day for everyone.

Extremely friendly staff. We were there with a small kid, and for sure I would recommend the hotel to all families, because there is lots of kids in the hotel. You also have a good animation for kids in the evening. Very good food!

The bathroom in the room is maybe not the newest, and also there could be a bit more space in the room. A bit cold water in a swimming pool, so we prefer to go to the beach and go in the sea (but maybe this was also maybe better in any case.)

Everything was great. We had a half board and we loved the food every single day. Variety of the plates is just incredible. We even couldn’t try everything. 😆 Very nice and helpful personal. We had a man receptionist who really helped me with my allergies to change the room. Unfortunately I don’t remember his name. Saved me from bad timing during vacations. Rooms are very big in classic style. We had them always clean. The territory are huge so you always have space near the pool and if you want - far from other guests. Pool is always clean. We saw they have every evening program for guests and entertainment for kids which is super nice. Also pool activities, which not bother you at all if you stay a bit away, on the grass, like we did. We felt very inclusive with our small dog in this hotel. She finally had a good time and haven’t been locked in the room most of the time which was a HUUUUGE PLUS. We all had a wonderful time which was incredible. We could have her near taking suntan (clearly staying more separate from other guests to not bother them and looking after her not making dirty grass) and also we was allowed to have her at the terrace during the breakfast and dinner which made all of us extremely happy since our dog is a part of our family. We definitely will be back again! For those single couples who worried going to the hotel with many kids I can say that we had no problem at all.

Been several times as staff are so friendly and welcoming each time we’ve visited. Great animation team and restaurant staff. The best thing is the beautiful outdoor gardens and huge pool with plenty of loungers for all

Need more smoking points in the gardens. Felt rushed out of the bar every night and the staff have started to turn air con off at 11pm to make people leave before they close at 12:30am. Al inclusive drinks are offered to 12pm, but there fees like resistance to serve you even at 11:30pm. Another annoyance is they switch off the water machine and soft drinks machine so not even water isn’t possible after closing even though this area is self serve. The rooms and hallways are also very tired and in desperate need of an overhaul

Hotel located on the end of the town, quiet place. 10 minutes to the local beach ⛱️, 10 minutes walk to the Lidl. If you would like to go to the town it is about 25-30 minutes walk, but difficult in the summer day ;). Hotel clean, staff friendly, pool big with a lot of space. Pool bar good, food breakfast and dinner with big selection of food. Food tasty, always fresh. Show every night in the pool area. I wouldn't say it is an amazing hotel, but I can fully recommend it. We spent family holidays there this August.

It is on the edge of a forest, it has great facilities and large grounds to have space. Large pool area and air conditioning in the hotel. Staff were excellent and helpful, a very nice place to stay. It’s a relaxed place.

Honestly I can’t fault it.

This hotel left a very good impression. Large beautiful well maintained grounds. Surprised by the huge number of sun beds. Tasty and varied food. One of the few hotels I would like to come back to again.
