The people were lovely, even though we didn't speak Spanish, and they didn't speak much English, we managed to sort everything between us. The daily menu was great value for money, 3 courses and a drink - even with the supplement for the steak, it still offered excellent value. Coffee is delicious.

Restaurant closes at 8pm, there are snacks available in the cafeteria. Both handrails on the stairs need reattaching, one at the top, one at the bottom.

Spacious, clean room. Plenty of hot water. 24 hour cafe downstairs. Plenty of free parking space. Absolute bargain at that price!!

Only downside is that hotel is situated on a one direction main route. You need to drive 10 mins west in able to pick up the eastbound carriageway , the next 10 mins then only brings you back level with your start point. So 20 mins drive before getting anywhere.

The reception people only know Spanish. It will be better atleast one English staff will be there

Perfect for travelling across Spain from Portugal as its right on the motorway with all the basics you need ie bed, bath, hot water etc. Don't expect the Ritz but it does what its says on the tin and for what they charge......brilliant !

Late check-in

Water pipes are broken, every time somebody flushes toilet (anywhere in hotel) there was a loud terrible noise and disgusting smell of sewage, we found hair in bed linen and shower, room smelled cigarettes, very poor sound isolation (noise from outside and tv and voices from next room), and finally in the morning we found leaking water all over the bathroom and even in the room. Btw we asked to change room and have been told that all rooms the same…
