We liked that it offers a parking garage and even though you have a 15-20 minutes drive to Seville there’re plenty of bars and restaurants around and the price offsets the drive. The bedroom is comfortable.

The living room was cramped with a table for the TV and a coffee table. The apartment is starting to show signs of wear and tear that need to be addressed.

Room very clean, staff quick and efficient at check-in. Pool area very nice. Sadly some chewing gum melted into artificial grass which stuck on our towel (still we can't remove it)

In the apartment our hairdryer did not work (apartments 219) and both apartments we had, the aircon only worked in living room and you could not change temperature or fan speed. So we had to leave the bedroom door open so room was cool when we slept . The hotel was amazing, just wish there had been a hotel bar. We however will definitely stay again. Thank you

Great, clean, and cheap apartment in a quite location on the outskirts of Sevilla. All the amenities needed in a 15 minute walk radius. We've only stayed for 1 night but certainly a place we consider to go back when travelling through Spain.

Not really anything to be mentioned.

The apartment had a washer for clothes! this helped a lot but to dry we could only hang clothes inside (no terrace). the kitchenette had pots and pans to cook, apartment was as pictured. all good. garage is covered in basement or there is a lot of space for street parking as well. we had the covered garage option.

it was a big building and it was a bit far from city center. car was needed to drive to public transport. the building was so big that one could get lost inside looking for the apartment! minor issue but gives an idea of size of the complex.

The apartment was comfortable and the bed was good. Some complementary coffee would be nice. The wi-fi would require login if not used for a few minutes and would not remember password without re-entering each time. Location was good for our purpose.

Good price for what you get. Only 5 minutes by car to Sevilla city center. Silent and quiet. Quick check in and Check out. Good to spend a few nights. Good beds and pillows. Good and nice bathrooms

Need some investment to update some old and used stuff. ( cabinets and elevators, Doors).

I liked the area of Bormujos

The apartment was adequate but seriously needs things fixing and updating. I've stayed there over the last 8yrs and it's getting kind of run down. Don't take this as a negative because I will carry on staying there. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is also good

Very few utensils in kitchen. Need some repais and instalations updates.

Very kind and polite staff. if you have a rental car there is enough parking space.Mercadona and Lidl are nearby. There is no coffee machine in the room, but for one euro you can buy coffee from the machine at the reception.

The mattress was not comfortable for me. This is a personal opinion.

There is a front desk and we are able to talk to the real person. There is washing machine very useful.

If the hotel overview tells the clients how to get to the hotel by the fast bus M163 from the bus terminal, we would feel much easier. First time to find the bus is very confusing, after we found it , we feel much more relax to stay outside of Seville. The kitchen is very basic, missing a lot of things like wine opener, cutting knife, coffee machine.
