The breakfast consists of fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal, cheese and cold cured meats, fresh bread rolls and cooked eggs if desired. It is buffet style and was tasty and well presented. Our room and ensuite were spacious with good storage options. There is no sitting area in the room but a communal lounge with an honesty system bar is available. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. We enjoyed the pool and garden which has lots of seating options. The owners were not there for the majority of our 4 day stay but Manu was very helpful and looked after us well. Street parking directly outside property. Easy bus commute to the city centre with the bus stop a 5 minute walk away.

When we were planning to visit Seville on the national holiday and with the car, it was a challenge. Staying in Casa Arena was a perfect solution. It is located in a nice and quiet Seville suburb with a convenient access to public transportation. We parked on the street in front of the hotel. It was a short walk to the bus stop and the bus took us directly to the city. Our host Ruud was friendly and gave us helpful tips for our first visit to beautiful Seville on a such busy day. Our room was very clean and comfortable with a good size bathroom attached. We could use a large shared dining and sitting area and have coffee or tea there. Breakfast had a good selection. Big and small doggie house guardians were very friendly. It was a pleasure to stay in this B&B and our only regret is that we didn't plan for a longer stay!

Stayed here for a night and enjoyed it very much. Communication with the host was good, parking was not a problem, we really did like location of this property and in common area snacks/bar was available where you can buy things whenever you want, which we found very convenient. Only small minus is that in rooms you can hear whats happening outside in the hallway and all the walking/talking, but otherwise very recommended place where to stay! :)

Beautiful place in a lovely neighborhood, a short walk to the bus into Seville centre. Free parking was a necessity and we were able to park right outside the property. The hosts were so friendly and helpful and gave us lots of information on our arrival of the places to visit in Seville and the best time of day to visit. He gave us a map which was very helpful. Breakfast was lovely and although we didn't have time to use the pool we definitely would have if we had longer to stay.

Concept of casa is really nice. Rooms were clean and staff was really nice and helpful (especially Ruud). Breakfast was amazing. There are also parking spots in front of casa.

It was a bit cold in room and bathroom (we were there during January) and it takes some time for hot water to come. Sound Isolation of the room is not the best because you can hear everything from hallway.

We very much enjoyed the host and lovely house. The beds were very comfortable And being able to open the windows onto the lovely garden in the morning was especially lovely. We did not have breakfast but enjoyed a delicious cup of coffee by the pool. The garden was especially inviting and we were able to do our yoga by the pool. Their dog was an additional treat to the house !

Wonderful place with a great host. Really felt at home and comfortable around the property. The room wasn't huge but really nice and the bed was super comfortable. Bathroom was extra spacious. The pool is great and the garden relaxing.

Everything was great, the only reason I didn't give it a 10 is because I couldn't sleep in as much as I wanted to, because I could hear cars driving by in the morning.

Excellent facility and very comfortable room. Host was very helpful and provided great guidance and advice on getting around the city. Room was clean and very well apportioned. Breakfast was well presented and served in the beautiful patio next to the pool.

Amazing house, great design and decor. The host is super kind and welcoming, we felt really good, like at home. The room is great, confort bed/pillow and went dark to sleep (wich both are important to me) and big bathroom. The breakfast was super tasty, best eggs I ever eat. Hope to come again someday. Recomend 100%

The welcoming was delightful! Ruud was always available and helpful when needed, when we arrived he gave some tips and best way to visit Sevilla and made sure we were doing the most while feeling comfortable and enjoying the facility. The breakfast was delicious. The place is really clean.
