A little slice of paradise just outside Seville! We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful B&B just outside Seville, and we honestly couldn’t recommend it more! The location is absolutely perfect — very close to the city and well connected, offering the ideal balance between peaceful surroundings and easy access to the vibrant city center. The owners, Ruud and Angeles, are simply amazing: incredibly kind, welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel at home with their warmth and attention to detail. There was also a lovely young woman on the team (we sadly can’t remember her name!) who gave us fantastic tips on places to visit and hidden gems in and around Seville — she was an absolute star! What truly made this place special is the feeling of being at home, something you don’t find just anywhere. The atmosphere was authentic, cozy, and full of genuine care for guests. We highly recommend this B&B to anyone visiting the area. We will definitely come back next time we’re in Seville. A heartfelt thank you to Ruud, Angeles, and the whole team! The breakfast consists of fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal, cheese and cold cured meats, fresh bread rolls and cooked eggs if desired. It is buffet style and was tasty and well presented. Our room and ensuite were spacious with good storage options. There is no sitting area in the room but a communal lounge with an honesty system bar is available. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. We enjoyed the pool and garden which has lots of seating options. The owners were not there for the majority of our 4 day stay but Manu was very helpful and looked after us well. Street parking directly outside property. Easy bus commute to the city centre with the bus stop a 5 minute walk away.

Breakfast was great, they keep the room clean for you during the stay, very friendly staff and the house is great, so was the bed, super comfortable! Also, they have rituals products which is very good when traveling, so you do not need to bring your shampoo/conditioner. Besides that Ruud is very helpful with cool tips about the region!

I would just suggest small things such as doing a maintenance of the air conditioning which was a bit dirty once turned on and the quality of the towels could've been better. The room is not soundproof, but most nights were quiet!

The hotel or actually B&B has a great family atmosphere. The owner is very friendly and communicative and will be happy to recommend restaurants in the area. The hotel is practically new, everything is clean and meticulously cleaned. The beds are very comfortable. There is a large living area on the ground floor which you can use for sitting and there is a swimming pool in the garden. For visiting Seville and the surrounding area this is an optimal choice.

The location is a bit of a problem, as the hotel is located a bit further away from the city, but if you have a car, it's really close. The advantage is that the area is quiet and gives a very safe impression. So you don't have to worry about parking your car right in front of the hotel.

When we were planning to visit Seville on the national holiday and with the car, it was a challenge. Staying in Casa Arena was a perfect solution. It is located in a nice and quiet Seville suburb with a convenient access to public transportation. We parked on the street in front of the hotel. It was a short walk to the bus stop and the bus took us directly to the city. Our host Ruud was friendly and gave us helpful tips for our first visit to beautiful Seville on a such busy day. Our room was very clean and comfortable with a good size bathroom attached. We could use a large shared dining and sitting area and have coffee or tea there. Breakfast had a good selection. Big and small doggie house guardians were very friendly. It was a pleasure to stay in this B&B and our only regret is that we didn't plan for a longer stay!

Stayed here for a night and enjoyed it very much. Communication with the host was good, parking was not a problem, we really did like location of this property and in common area snacks/bar was available where you can buy things whenever you want, which we found very convenient. Only small minus is that in rooms you can hear whats happening outside in the hallway and all the walking/talking, but otherwise very recommended place where to stay! :)

Beautiful place in a lovely neighborhood, a short walk to the bus into Seville centre. Free parking was a necessity and we were able to park right outside the property. The hosts were so friendly and helpful and gave us lots of information on our arrival of the places to visit in Seville and the best time of day to visit. He gave us a map which was very helpful. Breakfast was lovely and although we didn't have time to use the pool we definitely would have if we had longer to stay.

I love the convenience of parking outside and easy to find the place from the motorway. The area is close to all the amenities that you need. Beautiful and clean neighbourhood, and the room is super comfy.

The only thing is that I can hear everything from other rooms. I dont know if they are loud or I have a super sonic hearing. Maybe the door needs a bit more soundproofing.

Concept of casa is really nice. Rooms were clean and staff was really nice and helpful (especially Ruud). Breakfast was amazing. There are also parking spots in front of casa.

It was a bit cold in room and bathroom (we were there during January) and it takes some time for hot water to come. Sound Isolation of the room is not the best because you can hear everything from hallway.

We very much enjoyed the host and lovely house. The beds were very comfortable And being able to open the windows onto the lovely garden in the morning was especially lovely. We did not have breakfast but enjoyed a delicious cup of coffee by the pool. The garden was especially inviting and we were able to do our yoga by the pool. Their dog was an additional treat to the house !
