Very well-equiped, spacious, apartment with everything you might need for a short stay. Very convenient location for car-based visitors to Seville, being close to the motorway network. Ample free parking in front of the apartment block. Handy bus stop only 5 min walk away with regular service into central Sevilla (Plaza de Armas). Several supermarkets within 5 mins by car (15-20min walk).

I had a great stay at this apartment. Everything was clean, tidy, and well organized. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. The bed is cozy, and the bathroom is spotless and fully equipped. The kitchen has everything you need perfect for cooking at home. There’s also a washing machine and an iron, which makes it a great option even for a longer stay. I had a small issue with the air conditioning in the first apartment, but the host quickly gave me a new one within 30 minutes, and everything was perfect after that. The garage costs 6 EUR per day, but it’s cooler than parking outside, which really helps during hot days. The only downside is that the internet connection is a bit weak. If you need a strong connection, it’s worth finding an extra solution. Overall, I highly recommend this place. I would definitely stay here again.

Very well maintained complex and nice apartment with all facilities needed. Private underground parking lot, but you also park in front of the building - it is safe and free. Good value for the money.

It's not located close to the city center and main sightseeing. You can drive to the metrostation and then ride on the train to Sevilla. There are some bus lines to Sevilla bus station, but don't rely on them.. They just don't come regularly and don't respect Its time schedule. Some slight stuff is missing - like kitchen auxiliary stuff, sugar, kitchen tissue rolls, etc. I really didn't understand why the property should take a deposit of 100 euro, which is released in a few days after checking out. It's not so suitable for the guests at all.

Free parking place in front of the hotel. The furniture is relatively new. The kitchen appliances are diverse. The 100 Euro deposit comes back in one day.

Not negative just some proposals. The Links for deposit, payment and registration give me an unsafe feeling. Maybe you can give the information and website in the booking page. We can visit the official website and register with a code. About garbage must be removed by yourself before check in, please inform the customer better. It is written on the info paper, but many people perhaps don't read it. The registration doesn't work well on a computer, on Mobil phone works.

The was comfy bed, spacious living room and well-equipped kitechen. The location was really close to the bus stops and quite near to metro station. But in the night I had to take a taxi from city center. If you have a car, there are plently of parking spots next to the building which were free. There was a shopping mall 10 minutes by foot from the apartament. 15 minutes to Lidl and a little futher - Mercadona. Great location, perefect place to chill after long sightseeing during the day in city center. :)

There was a little dusty under the beds.

Clean and spacious apartment with free parking right outside the building. The kitchen is well equipped, there is a washer/drier and even a drying rack. Air conditioning was much appreciated since outside the weather was pretty hot. Convenient location, it is a 20 mins walk to the metro station - or a 3 mins drive. Metro has a big parking lot and we had no trouble finding a spot (but it is low season now). We recommend

Spacious apartment with actual separate rooms for the living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Clean. Kitchen has all what you’d need to stay for a few days, even a washing machine but we didn’t use it. Location was good but only if you have a car or don’t mind taking the bus. To get into the centre we drove to the nearest train station and parked for free there, then took the train into the city. This was recommended by the staff.

Actually nothing specifically, maybe for the cafeteria to be open as it wasn’t our whole stay there but then we also didn’t ask about it specifically. And a swimming pool would have made this so good.

The rooms are spacious, clean and bright. They are also located in a small industrial neighborhood so it is very quiet at night. There are also plenty of parking spaces in front of the apartments.

The distance to the nearest metro station is about 20 minutes on foot. It was not a problem for us, because we were with a car and we transferred from the Blas infante metro station, where parking is free, and then we went to the center with the Metro.

Check-in instructions were provided via email and were clear, easy to understand.

We went as far as collecting the room keys from a lock box, however when we entered the room "shock horror"! The bed was not made, looking like someone had just woken up. In the bathroom, all towels were on the floor. In the Kitchen the rubbish bin was full. Terrible experience. It felt like we had entered someone else's room. We reported issue to staff who promptly gave us another room, but in a terrible position in the back of the property facing a wall next to the highway. Not pleasant considering the original room was in front of the building with area views.

The apartment was great value for money. Modern, well equipped and very comfortable overall. Parking easy and free. Plenty of shops close by. Communication via Booking goes smoothly.

The staff wasn't super friendly. The sofa bed was not made the night we arrived, although they were informed we would be 3 people. The fixed grab bar in the toilet was mounted on the wrong side, making it so that the door will hit it every time your open or close it. The advice you get to park your car at the metro station and catch that to reach the city center might not always be the soundest. The parking is too small and the cars will be crammed all over the place out of the standard parking spots, making it nearly impossible to navigate the lot or find a spot. Especially if you are with multiple people, you should consider driving all the way to an underground parking lot in the city itself. The price difference won't be that big but the experience will be much better.
