Spacious and very clean hotel with comfortable beds. Excellent location with metro station across the road called Cuidad Epo which is the end of the line and makes it so easy to reach seville centre if you get off at Puerto Jerez Station.

The room temperature was a constant 24 degrees, too hot for us. Reception explained that they cannot turn it down as it is regulated by another company. We were on the 13th floor and if you wanted the very large window opening, you have to go to reception, get a special handle to unlock it then immediately return the handle. Same again when you want to close it.

This is an ideal hotel for a stopover of 1 or 2 nights. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was excellent, spacious and modern and the mini fridge was a decent size and very cold. Aircon was absolutely fine and quiet but you can't alter the settings other than on or off and low or high fan speeds. Temperature is set at 24 and I thought this was a bit high but was actually quite cool. I have put my adverse comments here as they are not issues with the hotel as such, but more just what I thought of some aspects of the hotel. There is no bar so you need to go out even just for a drink. Not that many options nearby. The restaurant is a buffet and the decor is canteen style. Again there are only limited options close to the hotel. We thought there was a food court in the adjacent shopping centre but most of them have closed down. Best advice is to eat in the city centre and just use the hotel as a bed for the night. The proximity to the Metro is fabulous and the trains are very frequent and run until late. Parking is easy but park up on the slip road in front of the hotel first and check in. They will give you the card to open the car park barrier and then you don't have to take a ticket and pay. There is no pool with the hotel and if you were there for more than 2 nights in the Seville heat then it would not be relaxing. The hotel is 4 stars but I think 3 is more realistic given the lack of amenties.

No bar in hotel

Located out of town but only 100 metres from metro station, so we were able to leave the car in the hotel car park and use the metro which was incredibly cheap (€0.47) per person each way using your credit card at the barrier. No need to purchase tickets beforehand. We visited the Cathedral, the Alcazar. Museo de Bellas Artes, Alameda Dé Hercules, Unfortunately the Plaza de Espana was closed unexpectedly. Also, do wander down the Calle Las Sierpes - lots of wonderful shops and cafés.

Nothing in particular. It was the most expensive of the 5 hotels we used during our 8 days in Spain, but nothing out of the ordinary.

Comfortable bed, top notch bathroom facilities, great view from my room on the 9th floor, fantastic breakfast food, very conveniently located right next to a shopping centre and a metro station (metro gets you to central Seville in around 15 minutes)

Lifts not very efficient: After finishing my breakfast at the restaurant, I was waiting for the lift in order to return to my room. There were a few others with me and we waited for at least 5 minutes, but the lift still did not arrive. Finally the staff worker on duty at the restaurant opened up a locked door for us so that we could access the stairs.

We liked the firm matress on our bed, that it was clean and that the metro was a minute walk from the hotel. Also, that it took us 10-15 minutes to come to city center.

Only thing we didn't like is that the beds were on wheels and that whwn we were sleeping and turning the bed was moving. And that the windows couldn't open.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, warm, and dry. The amenities were satisfactory. The proximity to the subway station was convenient. Additionally, the availability of parking spaces was a notable feature.

Our room was comfortable and clean and the staff super helpful and friendly. We had a car and did not want to drive into Seville so booked this hotel. It turned out to be a great location as the metro was just across the road and in 15 mins we were in the heart of Seville. The hotel provided underground parking 3 Euro per day. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent location near the metro station. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and satisfying. Very friendly staff made the stay even better. Great value overall!

-Could not get an extra pillow. The hotel was full -We saw a cockroach in our bathroom - very expensive. We booked when the hotel was almost full so they charged almost three times the price. We were desperate

The place is beautiful, close to the metro, close to an excellent market, and the staff are excellent.

The only drawback of the hotel is that the window does not open all the way, but only opens a little of it.There is also a cigarette smell coming from the toilet vent.
