Distance to sea: The beach can be reached within 5 minutes. Public transport: The 64/65 bus stop is a 5-minute walk away, which is very convenient for visitors without a rental car. Eating: There are many restaurants nearby. No need to follow Google Maps! You can walk along the coastline and beaches and enjoy delicious seafood. Across from the hotel is a small shop where you can buy bottled water. Restaurant of hotel : Finger-licking, with a wide variety of food, from staples to desserts to fruits. Start your day off with a delicious breakfast. I recommend trying the donut. It's my favorite! Facilities: There is a very large and beautiful swimming pool. If you don't want to go to the crowded beach, sunbathing by the pool is also a good option. There are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. Room: Not strictly a sea view room, but you can see the ocean from a special angle. The balcony faces the pool. Even if you don't feel like going out, spend the day on the balcony and watch people play in the pool. Bed: Pillows and mattresses are very comfortable, the night is very quiet. I got a good rest here and let me don't want to get up. Bathroom: There are separate bath, shampoo, conditioner and hand washing. Activities: There are performances at the bar every evening until around 10 p.m. People can sit around the table and chat. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Many thanks to Miss Amaia at the front desk for her warm reception, her eyes as gorgeous as the ocean of Menorca. If I ever came to here again, I'd choose this place.

WIFI: Sometimes it's off, maybe because my room is at the end of the hall. But it reminds me to stop playing with my phone in my room and go out and enjoy the beautiful ocean.

Nice location, close to the city center of Ciutadella (4 km by car) and beach (walking distance). There is also a small supermarket across the hotel. A car is mandatory if you want to visit the island. There is no parking at the hotel, but enough parking spots in the area. Very nice breakfast with a nice terras. The hotel has 1 buffet restaurant, 1 grill & pizza/suchi place. Every evening there is a small show to entertain the guests. There are 4 restaurants at walking distance. Reservation might be needed in the high season.

People putting towels on the sun loungers while not using them. In the afternoon there was often no room at the pool due to this.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my stay. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms — there was noticeable dust on the walls, which made it difficult to breathe comfortably. Additionally, I was surprised to find that there was no kettle provided in the room, and slippers were missing from the bathroom amenities. I hope these points can be addressed to improve the overall experience for future guests.

This hotel is outstanding. We had the most amazing week. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We booked a suite with a private pool. The pool was cleaned every day, the terrace huge and well furnished. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was wonderful. The whole place is spotlessly clean and well kept. We dined in both Picco and The Grill. The food was excellent in both. Salt & Co was a lovely informal bar and snack venue. Special shout out to Ana. She made our holiday with her friendliness, warmth, and humour. We decided within 24 hours of arriving that we are booking for next year. I cannot think of a single negative. It was perfect

Big variety of food and decent quality (not superb though). Very good location in nice bay. Nice pool bar. Lots of beds and seats on the grass between buildings to relax and talk.

We had apartment facing the street. Fortunately, it was outside season, so traffic was very low, but during season it would annoy a lot, since windows are only single layered (!). Furniture was rather "tired", but still functioning. This can't be said about ventilation/air conditioning, as the there was water dropping from the vents all the time!

I recently stayed at Prinsotel la Caleta, and it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The highlight of my stay was the beautiful pool area immaculately clean, well maintained, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. It truly felt like a little oasis! The breakfast was another standout feature. There was an impressive variety of options, from fresh fruits and pastries to made-to-order eggs and delicious local specialties. The quality and presentation of the food were top-notch, and it was clear that a lot of care was put into making the breakfast experience exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. They went out of their way to ensure that every guest felt welcomed and comfortable. The hotel’s location was also perfect, close to key attractions yet offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay with fantastic amenities. I can’t wait to return!

People who go to the pool area and leave their towel from early morning to ensure the place for all day long

Very beautiful hotel structure. Exceptional buffet breakfast and dinner. Parking nearby is easy and hassle-free. For club members, there is exclusive access to a section of the terrace and complimentary bottled water in the room every evening.

The restaurant staff needs to be more polite: they made a fuss about replacing the dirty cutlery and glasses on the table. If you provide fruit in the room, you should also manage it properly to prevent it from rotting if not eaten.

The hotel complex looks great. Large pool in the middle and another for the private apartments. Three restaurants and bar service until late. Well equipped free gym and bicycle rental options. Large variety of dishes in dinner buffet. It's located right by the beach where you can find additional restaurants and bars. Proximity to Ciutadella is also a huge plus. Very helpful reception team.

On arrival our room wasn't very clean, which was quite disappointing. However over the stay it has been cleaned several times to a great standard. Bar team in general was nice but sometimes a bit difficult. We asked for a cocktail that they refused to make, but then we noticed they made it for a different guest. When questioning this we got served the same drink. Not sure what to make of this. Again we felt a bit let down.

Dinner was low quality and tasteless the first half of our stay (12-15 July), but it improved significantly afterwards.
