We really enjoyed our stay. It's one of the most family-friendly hotels we've stayed in, our son loved the pool, table tennis, giant table football, video games and huge teddies. I was concerned it would be too far out of the city centre but it only took 30-45 minutes to get to all of the main sites by metro, and it was nice to come back to the quiet of the neighbourhood in the evenings.

For a hotel aimed at families, it's not great that the pool has no shallow end. Breakfast is really good but for other meals there are better, and much cheaper, options in the neighbourhood. The hotel is close to the airport but it's not a quick journey by public transport.

The place looks very nice. There is always someone at the reception and the stuff is very helpful. The room was nice and big enough with big TV and place to sit and work. There is a restaurant inside the hotel. There is also a small pool. The hotel was mostly occupied by families with kids. The shampoo and soup are from the brand RITUALS, which is a nice touch.

The pool and the sun beds are not enough for the size of the hotel. It was practically impossible to use it. The only time we managed to find one available sun bed, the mosquitos eat me alive and there was no space in the pool. The room is air conditioned, but there is no way to regulate the climate. It's either ON or OFF. The dishes we tried at the restaurant were not particularly good.

The hotel was amazing, very quirky and welcoming. Ps4 for the kids to play on and the massive football table plus an interactive games table and ping pong. Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had alot of choice and all very fresh. The restaurant staff didn't speak much English at all which made things a bit difficult ordering food and our meal ended up wrong but it wasn't the end of the world! Overall the hotel is fab and we would definatly go back again! About an 8 min walk to the train station Taxis always outside the hotel It cost us 24 euro from the airport to the hotel.

Our stay at the hotel was pleasant and comfortable. The environment was beautiful and clean.

I believe the behavior at the reception could be improved. During check-in, after presenting our passports and residence card, I paid the amount of about 400 euros in cash. While I was looking in my bag for only 20 cents, the receptionist unexpectedly put his hand into my bag. Even if it was intended as assistance, such behavior is not acceptable in any culture. I kindly suggest that greater attention be given to ensuring respectful and appropriate conduct at the reception.

1 night stay, to be close to the airport - which this location was. Breakfast was fantastic! The facilities were clean and well maintained. Rooms was spacious enough, and bathroom had a tub and a separate shower. Has a bar and restaurant on site (did not use either), and the reception area was very welcoming. Staff was great! Highly recommend staying here short or long term. Not much going on in the neighborhood, as far as I could tell. It's a 10 minute walk to the nearest subway/metro station. On the plus side: there were always taxis waiting right outside the entrance.

Old facilities and smelly bathroom. Swimming pool is quite deep (1,7m), so it’s not ideal for small kids.

I stayed only for a night and the impression was very nice to be honest.

The menu is very expensive in comparisson with the nearby caffeterias or restaurants. But I think they don't care about that :) The hotel does not have a good night show as promotioned. In fact it was recorded music played by a person instead of spending money in a night performance. This could be improved by contracting real night shows. I didn't like the sink faucet because the sink was too big, and the faucet, besides looking grotesque, was short and uncomfortable. I preferred to wash my hands in the bathtub.

We chose the Novotel because it was close to the airport and we had an early flight. The area is not that nice but I was pleased to see that it was only a block from a department store and some restaurants. Also right next to the ramp to the freeway to the airport. Room was not large but the bathroom was surprisingly big.

The lobby is a noisy confusing mess. The check in desk is just a table in the middle of the restaurant entrance and the staff always seemed to be milling around somewhere else. Internet was not a secure connection, was weak and slow and kept dropping which is not acceptable for a large hotel chain and a property that seems to be recently renovated.

This hotel is perfect for families, providing a lot of entertainment / games for the kids. Breakfast is great with a good variety of options. It’s a bit further away from the centre but only 10 mins from the airport which was good for us as we had such an early flight there and back. On arrival our flight landed at 8 and by 8.30 we were at Novotel Cornellà. Although we had not technically checked in the staff very kindly offered us breakfast (also because we were going to miss breakfast on the last day). Staff are excellent!! Thank you

The swimming pool and the buffet was a must for the family we really enjoyed it...thank you to all the staff friendly and professional... thank you also to the cleaner nice and mindfull. Thank you also for the effort you are putting to keep the family togetherness 😊

The checking is a bit too late in the day. I wasn't expecting this despite the fact that i had done a on-line check-in before reaching the hotel this was surprising...
