Good location - a few minutes' walk to the beach, shops and restaurants, and a bus stop nearby to get to the sand dunes (only 10 minutes on the bus). Good selection of food for breakfast and dinner. You sign up for a time slot for dinner, which helps to keep the numbers under control. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The two bedroom apartment was a rare treasure, with two pre-teen/teen kids.

The WiFi in the room hardly worked - we had to go to the lobby to get a connection. It's a minor complaint, but the bathroom could have been designed better - it is large enough, but the toilet is positioned right in front of the shower, so you can't sit comfortably! A lot of water comes out of the shower as there is no door, and the sink is shallow and flat, so water doesn't drain properly.

We are return guests to this hotel. We were pleased this time to get a free upgrade to Half Board Plus (drinks with evening meal) and were given a room in the area we requested. The rooms are a great size which really adds to the comfort and provides the space for a seating area. Balconies are also spacious. The food is great - particularly the salad selection. We also like the location of the hotel at the end of the strip and close to the bus stop. As we were on a longish trip we used the washing machine and dryer which is a very useful facility. We noticed small changes, i.e. coffee, water in reception and water for all in the dining room at dinner, and a la carte offering. The hotel appears to be seeking to improve their facilities where they can.

A small niggle is that the extractor fans for the kitchen were noisy at times - one had a distinct annoying squeak. Regular maintenance would help? In the longer term, as non-smokers we would appreciate it if the hotel could consider having non-smoking blocks so that annoyance from smoke on the balconies may be reduced.

swimming pool, it was March and it said it was heated to 19.5 degrees, which was very cold and sadly I didn't use it, neither was anyone else, wish i had read reviews properly as this seems as warm as it gets, we were near the smaller pool. also gym was an extra charge and was closed over the weekend. Liked the hotel, but not being able to comfortably use the pool would likely stop me from booking again

It was the second time we have stayed here. It is not without reason that we came back. The hotel has everything for the perfect family holiday. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and everywhere in the complex is cleaned exceptionally well. There is a lot of entertainment for the children, the buffet is tasty and varied, and the location is good. The service and customer friendliness are unprecedented. The catering staff in particular work very hard and deserve recognition because they still manage to do the tough and hard work with a smile.

Breakfast options were not that diversified as the ones for dinner; No toilet amenities, just a soap and some shower gel/shampoo in the shower cabin

One paticular bar staff member was quite rude low sized with mustache, he needs to calm down a bit, i remember one nite when hotel manager was there he changed and then was lovely. Hotel may need to be updated i know that can be difficult. Also i would change breakfast time to 7am maybe 7.30, 8am is to late

We basically loved everything in there: the staff, who was extremely helpful in some troublesome situations (thanks!), the food, which was totally various and tasty, so many kinds of seafood and fish! loved that! plus the Spanish local touch here and there, the localization of it and how clean it was. We were happy with our choice of the room as well. :)

If there is no space in parking lot, we used the street, which was actually fine with us. We were in the low season but it may get crowded in the high season (as basically everywhere).

This is my 8th time of staying, so I obviously like the hotel. Breakfast choices are plentiful. The rooms are a good size with good facilities, the hotels also ina good location. Also Ali did a great job of looking after me and my son.

The rooms need a bit of TLC paint peeling in the bathroom. Dinner choices were very limited, so we are out almost every night. The bali beds were not used so were taking up valuable space The hotel has changed very crowded around the pool area, umbrellas and sunbeds need replacing as most umbrellas were broken. I'm not sure I'll be back which is shame as I used to love this hotel.

Firstly, very international: you get to see people from all over Europe and the staff are multi-lingual; speak French, English, Spanish, Italien, German. And they are ever smiling, always happy to help. The room is quite spacious, I must say. The room was promptly cleaned every day without fail, be it you hang the "please clean" sign at morning, noon, or evening. Really liked the quality of service. They provide multitude options of food and are delicious too. They have two very nice pools, and in the mail pool, there are always activities organized: play in the pool, yoga, fitness sessions, etc. We felt that if someone is looking for a relaxed vacation and wishes to stay indoors, then this is one of the perfect places. There is good food. Activities. Pools. Sure, will be a good time spent. And location is very good also for who doesn't rent a car. Close to the bus stop (less than 5min walking) and walking distance to the center of Corralejos (beaches, restaurants, bars, and shoppings).

Only the water was over flowing in the bathroom. The shower area is not completely close, and the floor is a bit instable. What makes the water spread on the floor outside.
