The Manager at TAO Caleta Playa was extremely friendly and helpful. Location: right on the beach and shop for bottles of water just around the corner so we didn't have to carry heavy bottles too far. We didn't use the pool but it looked good. Main shopping street very close to apartments with lots of shops, restaurants and bars

The shower in the apartment was very slippery but everything else was perfect

Walk outside your door, and you are on the beach, close th the shops and a 7 minute walk to campineiro shopping centre 10 minutes walk to the harbour/ferry port.

The appartments are a little dated chipped tiles and work tops need replacing etc, only two rings to cook with but enough pots and pans to do so. Shower bases are very slippery and stairs may be an issue if you had mobility issues.

We stayed here for a week with our daughter. Location is ideal. 5 mins walk to town centre. Great view from the balcony(a bit shaded during winter months so may differ in summer months. All the staff were polite and very helpful.

Can be a bit noisy, so be aware if traveling with young children. This is due to the restaurant below playing live music til later hours some nights, however, it Didn't bother us on this occasion. The only issue we had was that the towels provided were either new or fairly new, so every time we showered the fluff was coming off. Did say to the cleaner but all she could do was change the towels and we had same issue. Covered in blue fluff post showering lol. We ended up buying our own towels which solved the issue.

The apartment was very close to the beach. Access to the apartment was easy from both directions, it was cleaned regularly, bedding and towelling replenished frequently.

The outside area was somewhat undercover and always in the shade and very close to an adjoining restaurant, whilst reasonably quiet by day with casual music, evenings were on occasions a little excessive. We were subjected to migrating customers to and from the restaurant.

Location was brilliant, 2 balconies, so Sun all day. 2 sunbeds & a table & chairs. Beds comfy, very quiet at night. Cleaned every 2nd day. Good bathroom & plenty ov hot water. Pool area never that busy as back gate takes you right on to lovely beach in seconds. Apt layout all on the flat.

Duplex apt, 4 steps down to living area. Kitchen basic. Turning staircase to get to bed/bathroom. Not so good, especially if not super fit

Location was excellent and close to shops and restaurants. I would go again but make sure nobody is sleeping on the sofabed. The pool area needs a bit of a paint but we were hardly at it. Apartments were cleaned/towels changed three times the week we were there. The complex was very clean and tidy throughtout. Love the direct access to the beach/restaurants.

The sofa bed was very very uncomfortable and unbearable to sleep on. I wouldnt even put my teenagers on it so I slept on it and it made my week a very tired one. I didnt like the screen around the pool it looked dirty with hand cream marks etc but also needed it there as there was no supervision/lifeguard for young kids. If it was replaced or cleaned better it might be more appealing.

The location and view - I'd only stay in a seaview room at this complex as its all about the view and location. Sunrise every morning & the sound of the ocean is why we keep going back.

No real complaints, accommodation basic but has everything you need.

It’s location was excellent and we had really good views of the sea, Lobos and main beach. We evn watched a cruise ship sail by. Very short walk from the town’s main bars and restaurants but still very peaceful at night. Basic apartment (we knew this when we booked) but just what we needed and it was very clean. The lady on reception (sorry, i forgot her name) was very friendly and helpful and provided some useful tips. She very quickly resolved a minor issue for us with no quibbles (even though we caused it)

Some of the furnishings were a little old and ought to be replaced (curtain poles were rusty). The first set of towels were not very absorbing but they were very clean.

we stayed as a group of 5 in room D08 which is the largest 3 bed apartment. The balcony was huge with an outside dining table and chairs, and plenty of sun loungers. Apartment was overlooking the beautiful beach and the stunning views of Lobos Island. The rooms were clean and spacious, with 2 of the rooms sharing a jack and Jill toilet which was fine. The pool was small but adequate and was warm enough once you were in. All of the shops and restaurants were within close walking distance and there is a little shop right next door. The beach was clean and well looked after and there are sun loungers available (at a cost). There is a restaurant underneath D08 which had music in the afternoon which was really nice to listen to from the balcony. We will be looking to rebook again in 2027 and would definitely stay in this room again.

Some parts of the apartment could do with a little TLC but nothing major. Drains smelt a couple of times but we just ran the showers. (drainage is an issue everywhere ive stayed in corralejo due to the age of the systems)

The three bedroom apartment was very large and spacious with a huge patio/balcony overlooking the beach and sea which was fab.

There a few little things that could be identified by property management,kitchen has most things you need but could really do with an oven for cooking,only has a hob and microwave,the main bathroom had a toilet that wasn’t properly fitted to the wall with a flusher that needed attention and it trickled water continuously,tap wasn’t fitted properly and moved around,apart from these little issues we couldn’t fault it.
