Apartment was big, spacious and clean.Price was very low maybe as its January. The pool is a decent size although too cold to use in January. Cleaners were in most days. Tv control is 10 euro deposit and extra key is 5 euro deposit. You get the money back when returning these. There was cooking rings that we didnt use. The apartment had 2 beds and one sofa bed. This was very comfortable to sleep on. Good sized wardrobe in bedroom. Living area had sofabed, table and 4 chairs and fridge freezer. Very quiet and relaxed here. Reception staff were very helpful. I had an issue with my transfer and she phoned and emailed for me. Please ensure when booking a transfer you add the correct address and when getting the transfer reconfirm that you are going to correlejo. Unfortunately for us we were taken to the very south of the island on a 2 hr trip to a hotel with a similar name and had to pay 187 euro to get a taxi to the correct location. This was booked correctly but the driver looked at our booking and put us on the wrong bus. Location is perfect. Use the front exit and take a left and it's a 2 minute walk to a shopping centre. The supermarket there is a lot cheaper than the ones on the main street, Hyperdino. There is a tower here and the views are beautiful from the top. Try to experience this both day and night. It's around 100 steps up. There is a nice windmill and statue closeby to this area too.There is an area nearby that has a basketball pitch, football pitch, outdoor gym, climbing wall and skate park. The location for this is across from playa park zensation hotel. Really good to keep children entertained. Use the back gate, walk up to burgerking and you are on the main strip within minutes. If you take a right and walk for 15 to 20 mins you will come to music square. This is a lovely area filed with bars and restaurants and there is live music at night from 8pm. Any right turn off the main street takes you to the beach.

You can hear when the people upstairs are running the shower and flushing the toilet. Not a major issue but definitely loud. We only used the restaurant once and were served a very pink burger. Apartment is not modern but we knew this from the pictures, but this was not an issue.

location, pool, large private balcony, spacious rooms, easy walk into town and beach, value for money compared to other properties. Would definitely stay here again.

No plugs that fitted in kitchen sink or bathroom basin, reception said on two occasions that there was a shortage of plugs on the island so must have wasted a lot of water when washing. No courtesy room to have a shower and change on last day as we had a late flight. No pool towels available to hire.Rated property 9/10 would have given 10/10 if had plugs and courtesy room.

Good location, great pool area and large rooms. Clean site and easy to come and go, maid service was frequent and friendly. Helpful when we wanted to extend our stay.

Its great that they say if towels are left unattended they will be removed but didnt see this being followed through. Lots of towels down and beds left empty for long periods. Not a huge problem as I managed to sort a bed but maybe if busier would prove to be more difficult. They do also have a large sundeck overlooking the pool but just a typical British bug bear of mine - reserving sunbeds !

Location was fab. Staff were really helpful and patient while i tried to practice my spanish. The pool was gorgeous and clean and prices at the pool bar were reasonable. We had a lovely view from our balcony. We could see Lobos and Lanzarote in the distance. Beds were comfy. Loved the separate dining kitchen.

I Guess i always hope the safe Will be free but it's not a huge issue. It would have been good to have the beds made Up as a double but we pushed them together and It was fine.

No blankets ! Asked at reception one evening about 18:00 after my husband told me he was very cold and the receptionist snapped my head off!! She said I should have asked in the morning and I explained to her that he only told me now!she did give me one reluctantly!lighting at night is very bad on the complex I used the torch on my phone walking back to apartment and had to use it to get the key in the lock even with the light on over the door!

The rooms were large and nicely decorated. The location was perfect for reaching all areas of carralejovo. Staff were all so nice

There were insufficient sunbeds and so never got one in the ,9 days we were there. Sat outside our apartment instead which was OK but a bed would have been nice.

Exceeded our expectations in terms of size of apartment and the separate rooms. Everything you needed if you wanted to eat in. In a great location, short walk into centre and longer if you wanted to experience the beautiful dunes. We enjoyed it so much we changed our flights and booked for longer! Staff really lovely and helpful.

Clean and tidy, staff friendly, lot of door slamming and chair pushing late at night, pool bar closed at 5pm so that was a bit naff, 5min walk to main strip where you have all the pubs, restaurants design and the usual naff shops, 15 min walk into harbour and music square area, will be going bk, villa next time.

A double bed would have been better. Facilities were sparse, no kettle (had to use a pan) toaster was something from the 50's. Had to purchase two decent size cups for tea/coffee. Other items missing, tv remote / iron etc could be hired from reception.
