The staff and facilities are of a high standard. The staff are friendly and attentive. Special mention to Tarek one of the bar men,he made me a beautiful smoked herb infused G+T that was excellent.🤣

Not a criticism but the first room we got had a bad smell,this was put down to an issue with the air-conditioning but we were moved once we brought this to the attention of reception,and they very kindly upgraded us to a room with pool view which was lovely. There was no hesitation in doing this and it shows the level of customer care that is available at this hotel.

Beautiful place to stay, friendly staff, from reception, to waiting staff, cleaning staff 😁 lovely room, cleaned every day , with fresh towels if needed, beautiful pool area, lots of different areas to chill out , food was really good, never had a problem finding something delicious to eat, loved it ❤️

I think it's personal choice but the entertainment wasn't anything special, don't get me wrong they all did their best just wasn't for us.

Room was clean and exactly like in photos. Food was also good though some lunch meals repeated in dinner but we always found something tasty and new on the buffet. You can ask for pool towels and have water and tea supplies in the room.

That it does not allow pets. I would happily go back there but if I could be with my dog that would be excellent

The value of the property is amazing for what you get, we extended our stay and experienced another hotel nearby which was slightly cheaper but horrendous which resulted in us returning to Labranda but at the sister hotel. Plenty of loungers no one needed to reserve/fight for them, room was immaculate had all the facilities we needed, all of the staff members are so friendly, good variety for the all inclusive food (partner enjoyed the BBQ night but sadly was only available one night during our stay). Location is perfect at the top end of the main street next to a Burger King and shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Spoke to a lot of guests during our stay who were also friendly and welcoming, no bad crowds staying. Entertainers are friendly and are able to read the room for people who just want to relax and those who want to get involved.

Double bed which unfortunately was 2 single beds put together which didn't stay together, not the most comfortable. Despite the food being nice it can become quite repetitive with the same options, but can't complain for the price, it was an added extra for our budget and we had meals out on some nights (which we would normally) Cocktails in the all inclusive package I wouldn't recommend, these could definitely be improved even if it means charging slightly more for the package. The only beer on draught was Amstel, again could go for a better option. Pool was too cold to enjoy. Evening entertainment could be better, maybe consider bingo, quiz nights etc to make it more fun for guests

If you’re a family looking for a relaxing holiday, this is the perfect place! Labranda Corralejo has succeeded in creating the perfect, relaxing atmosphere. First of all, it’s striking how happy all the staff members seem to be working here. Whether it’s the animation team, reception, bar/restaurant, or cleaning staff, you never pass a staff member without receiving a kind greeting. As a guest, you feel very welcome, seen, and heard. The hotel is exceptionally clean. The rooms, pool area, toilets, and restaurant are constantly maintained by the staff. The restaurant is amazing! Not once did we feel the need to eat elsewhere, even though we had breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the hotel for eight days straight. The food is delicious, high quality, and varied. There’s a lot of variety from day to day, so you never get tired of it. It’s always fresh, even when arriving late for breakfast, etc. They also have theme nights like BBQ and Valentine's Dinner. The animation team is fantastic, spreading good vibes all the time and organizing small activities like ping pong and darts tournaments, football and volleyball matches—so you get to move your body between meals and drinks. 😊 Everyone is welcome! The pool area is nice and relaxing, with easy access to the pool bar. The laid-back atmosphere is amazing. The reception staff is kind and helpful, always greeting you when you pass by. I’ve never said “hola” that many times in one week! 😄 Pool towels, the fitness room, and the sports field are all included for free, with no extra charge or booking requirements. The hotel room has everything you could expect of a hotel room including a small fridge and a balcony. All in all, we couldn’t be more satisfied with this place!

If you’re here mainly to drink a lot, you might be disappointed that only a few alcoholic drinks are included in the all-inclusive package (in addition to unlimited beer, wine, etc.). However, this doesn’t really matter when you’re a family with kids. The snacks at the snack bar could be more interesting. However, this isn’t an issue when the quality of the food in the restaurant is so high—you definitely won’t go hungry between meals! The beds could be more comfortable, but they’re alright. There's no ironing board in the room and the hairdryer is not that good, but these are minor details. If you’re not traveling as a family, you might prefer more privacy in the bathroom, but we didn't mind.

There’s nothing negative I can say about Labranda. We had a wonderful few days, the staff are so friendly, they really cannot do enough. The food was fabulous, there is something for everyone at every meal. There is a lovely poolside area with an animation team that provide a little fun for those that want to take part. The rooms were spacious and clean. The idea of swapping a room clean for a benefit daily is a really good one. We had a late flight on the day of check out and we were able to stay and avail of facilities, including food and bar until we left - we really appreciated that. We will definitely be back.
