The staff and facilities are of a high standard. The staff are friendly and attentive. Special mention to Tarek one of the bar men,he made me a beautiful smoked herb infused G+T that was excellent.🤣

Not a criticism but the first room we got had a bad smell,this was put down to an issue with the air-conditioning but we were moved once we brought this to the attention of reception,and they very kindly upgraded us to a room with pool view which was lovely. There was no hesitation in doing this and it shows the level of customer care that is available at this hotel.

Beautiful place to stay, friendly staff, from reception, to waiting staff, cleaning staff 😁 lovely room, cleaned every day , with fresh towels if needed, beautiful pool area, lots of different areas to chill out , food was really good, never had a problem finding something delicious to eat, loved it ❤️

I think it's personal choice but the entertainment wasn't anything special, don't get me wrong they all did their best just wasn't for us.

Room was clean and exactly like in photos. Food was also good though some lunch meals repeated in dinner but we always found something tasty and new on the buffet. You can ask for pool towels and have water and tea supplies in the room.

That it does not allow pets. I would happily go back there but if I could be with my dog that would be excellent

Central location just off the main strip of shops, bars and restaurants. Close to the beach as well. Good size rooms. Cleaned daily. All inclusive food was good, always found something for all of us to enjoy. Breakfast offers full English also pastries, yogurts and fruit, toast, and other bread. Lunch salads, fish, burgers, meat, pasta and pizza. The same at dinner along with other options such as vegetables, stews, steak and the bbq evening is really nice. Chocolate fountain was a hit with the kids, ice cream and plenty of cakes to choose from each evening. Fantastic staff throughout the hotel. Entertainment team were really good, daily games and a variety of activities for adults and children, if you didn’t want to join in there was no pressure. Good fun to watch. They work really hard and are an asset to hotel.

No facility to obtain water after the bar closes. Make sure your water bottle is filled each night or buy more at a local shop.

Food was excellent, staff were cheerful and made me feel welcome. Accommodation was spacious, modern and clean. Pool was beautiful

The best all inclusive we’ve been on! From the second we checked in with the lovely reception staff to when we checked out everything was spot on. Staff so friendly, food and drinks very good for an all inclusive, room clean, beds very comfortable, air conditioning great, location great. They also had a green program where you are rewarded everyday you don’t have your rooms made up. On 5 of the 7 days we made our own beds and were rewarded with a double day bed around the pool and a bottle of Prosecco, brilliant!

If I was being very picky the music around the pool was poor at times, but I just stuck my AirPods in!

The value of the property is amazing for what you get, we extended our stay and experienced another hotel nearby which was slightly cheaper but horrendous which resulted in us returning to Labranda but at the sister hotel. Plenty of loungers no one needed to reserve/fight for them, room was immaculate had all the facilities we needed, all of the staff members are so friendly, good variety for the all inclusive food (partner enjoyed the BBQ night but sadly was only available one night during our stay). Location is perfect at the top end of the main street next to a Burger King and shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Spoke to a lot of guests during our stay who were also friendly and welcoming, no bad crowds staying. Entertainers are friendly and are able to read the room for people who just want to relax and those who want to get involved.

Double bed which unfortunately was 2 single beds put together which didn't stay together, not the most comfortable. Despite the food being nice it can become quite repetitive with the same options, but can't complain for the price, it was an added extra for our budget and we had meals out on some nights (which we would normally) Cocktails in the all inclusive package I wouldn't recommend, these could definitely be improved even if it means charging slightly more for the package. The only beer on draught was Amstel, again could go for a better option. Pool was too cold to enjoy. Evening entertainment could be better, maybe consider bingo, quiz nights etc to make it more fun for guests
