Amazing value for money, good food for a buffet, very friendly and helpful staff, especially at the front desk. Great location, close to main strip and some nice local beaches and 7 minute taxi ride to dunes and stunning beaches, white sand and clear sea. Bus station just down the road. Very clean premises.

I can't really knock anything for the price, yes it could have better amenities etc but for the star rating and cost it's ideal and I would recommend.

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The cleanliness was outstanding – everything was spotless and well-maintained. The food was delicious with a great variety to choose from, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and made me feel truly welcome. I had such a wonderful time that I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends. Looking forward to coming back!

Clean comfortable apartments-big bed and sofa bed, nice shower Pool area was large and clean with plenty of sun beds Food and drinks were good, plenty of variety, we enjoyed the different themed nights We didn't watch any entertainment so can't comment on that Short walk to beach and a bit longer into town if you down mind walking about 20 mins Football court great for the kids- they spent hours there All staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was a bother to them Great place for the price paid- we would definitely return here

Breakfast and dinner could maybe open half an hour earlier, we felt it was a little too late It said the apartments had washing machines but ours didn't- paid 4 euro a few times to wash in communal washing room as hadn't taken many clothes thinking there was washing machine in the apartment

Rooms were very clean, beds are so comfortable, staff were lovely and the food is fantastic. Always got a sunbed by the pool as well. The coffee is so good and their sangria

We were there just before the August school holidays, last 2 or 3 days the schools broke up n the hotel got sooo much busier, with it being more busy there was drinks spilt n rubbish that wasn’t cleaned up round the pool

The staff were fantastic so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us during our stay! They called us to make sure we were sorted for dinner on New Year’s Eve and didn’t require a booking in the restaurant. The rooms were clean and tidy. They were very comfortable and had a nice balcony. Food at the hotel was really good and there was great choice for breakfast lunch and dinner! Pools were really nice and they weren’t too deep either. Reception staff were supper helpful also we met a lovely girl on check in and Alex on reception too.

We had a small issue during our stay whereby neighbours decided to have a party at midnight one night and played loud music, kids crying and shouting etc. However, we found security and they sorted it and were very helpful. The party was stopped and broken up. We spoke to Alex in reception next day and he took a note and was very apologetic. Again the staff are really amazing at the hotel, every member we met was super friendly and helpful.

Hotel nicely laid around pools. Amazing staff at reception, restaurant and lounge, at the bar.

Plastic furniture need a DEEP cleaning all over the hotel( sun beds frames, chairs by the pool, chairs in the balkonines, massive sun beds under roof - frames dirty even has birds poo around) Brown floor tiles around the pool under sun beds NEED proper moping every morning, as a lots of dirty marks around .

Arena Beach does exactly what it says on the tin. You hear a lot of negativity when it comes to all-inclusive package deals, but I can honestly say it was better than I expected. Food was better than I thought it would be, all though food did get boring after day 4. Cleanliness was good. Kids' pools and main pool were good, varied, and clean. Kids' entertainment could have been a bit better, but okay. Location 15 mins walk from main drag, but I preferred the pubs closer by to Arena Beach. The pubs sold better beer. (Craft/Belgian/International) Staff and Reception are extremely helpful. It was our first ever AC holiday together, and after this experience, I wouldn't write off another one in the future. Bravo

Everything was absolutely perfect – from the accommodation, the food, and the staff to the evening activities, there was always something entertaining going on. Every detail was spot on, and the atmosphere was amazing. I truly recommend this place to everyone!

I liked the hotel vibe and facilities. Rooms vere newly renovated and were comfortably equipped Bed and pillows were comfy. Strong WiFi throughout the property. Amazing views from the balcony , great aircon. All personnel are well trained and attending, which made our stay extremely enjoyable. Keep up the good work 👏 🤗✨️✨️✨️🫶

It would be nice to have hair conditioner in the bathroom.

Staff were excellent and friendly, and the food was very good which I am normally rather disappointed when previously booked all inclusive

It’s a wee bit out the way and the entertainment venue needs to be a bit better, it can be quite cold and only 2 gas patio heaters is not really enough in a glass built venue
