Very clean, rooms were spacious, plenty of fresh towels every day, lots of pools to choose from, plenty of sun beds, lots of fun activities throughout the day & night, kids club was excellent and the staff entertaining were so good with the kids. Beautiful hotel & grounds, well maintained. The staff were so nice & helpful. Would highly recommend.

The €20 deposit per towel was a bit steep and you only get 1 change for the week.

All meals were good overall a lot to chose from.The Paella making was superb. The bedroom was very large and spacious and the living room was also spacious so it was roomy for the family to meet up in.

I know its a foreign country,but when you are relaxing in it would have been nice to hear more English T V. A little bit of everything goes a long way.Anyway enjoyed listening/watching the Olympics in watever language.

The need to present tokens at the bars in order to get a drink - the wrist band should be enough.

The location was good - a comfortable 15min walk to the high street shopping. The boat trip to Lobos island was an enjoyable trip. The foam party in the pool was fun. One of the outdoor pools was heated.

The main restaurant evening meal buffet was very busy at times. It would have been better if there were more indoor bars / indoor seating in the evening.

Really great hotel, it looks like botanic garden. Close to the beach, good food. We were in adults only area, there is one heated and one massage pool. We had a small breakfast buffet in our part of the hotel. They have top quality bathroom products (shampoo, conditioner, shover gel, body cream...). Rooms are big with balcony and beautiful garden view.

WiFi is extremely slow! But stuff are extremely nice, so we are giving them 10 :)

We were adults only and it was incredible. From the rooms to the lovely calm and peaceful atmosphere by the pool and the eating area for breaky. Breakfast and dinner was really tasty and I loved that we could have cava with every meal! Fresh water in the fridge daily. Super comfy beds.

The lunch food and snacks were a bit of a let down in adults only and when we ventured to another restaurant it was also not great. Cocktails really not great with the all inclusive.

Very nice stay. Travelled with my daughter and slept on the sofa bed so as to give her the bedroom, and it was fine and actually fairly comfortable :) Room very clean and cleaned daily, pool areas also cleaned daily and spotlessly clean, restaurants were very good for all meals, we didn’t eat at the hotel every day as wanted to be out enjoying the area but when we did there always something to choose. Close enough to main town area to be able to walk easily, passing very nice bars and restaurants on the way.

Not a huge fan of the plastic cups for poolside but completely understand the need.

standard all inclusive food, 7.5/10, food was hot and a good choice every day

Pizza bases were way too thick, consider using a thinner base.

Excellent location, excellent food offering, comfortable beds.

Entertainment was pretty poor, also didn't like that most nights people were dotted around the main area vaping, the sickly smell was awful, one couple were doing it adjacent to a family with small children, a complaint was made to a staff member but overlooked. This happened every night of our stay. Lastly, some of the pool bar staff were very unfriendly, bordering rude on a couple of occasions. Shame because the rest of the staff were brilliant particularly the guys on reception, first class!
