The location is absolutely ideal – just a short walk to the sea, with beautiful beaches and charming local restaurants nearby. The apartment itself was clean, stylishly decorated, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor terrace was a particular highlight – perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

The apartment walls are unfortunately not sound-proof, and during our stay, we were frequently disturbed by noise from the neighbouring unit. Despite this being an adults-only accommodation – which typically attracts guests seeking a peaceful and relaxing environment – the noise level was unexpectedly high and at times intrusive. This was disappointing, especially since we had specifically chosen this place to avoid the usual disturbances that can come with family with children. If the management addresses the soundproofing, this apartment would be a perfect choice for a seaside getaway in Denia.

Lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean. Didn't like the room as too small. Were given another one within 10mins by the Lovely man Geronimo on reception. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Beds are amazing.

In the middle of nowhere. You need a car or be able to walk a long way for food and drink as there is nothing available there except for a continental breakfast which is €9.50. We spent a fortune on taxis and they were few and far between.

The pool area was great, staff was really accommodating! Beach was close by

The hotel was far from the main street and the center of Denia, rooms are smaller than expected, you have to pay extra for parking, breakfast isn’t included in the price

The hotel is small and cozy, in a quiet neighbourhood and 200m to the sea. There was a swimming pool and enough parking place outside. Out room on the 2nd floor had a spacious balcony to enjoy warm mornings.

There was a smell of sewage in the bathroom and the shower head needed to be replaced.

The hotel was perfect for purpose - used as a base for trips to golf courses around the area. The room and common areas were clean, tidy, modern but inviting. Street parking - no charges - was available either beside the hotel or in surrounding streets. There was a nice choice of restaurants within a 10 minute walk or further if using the car. The hotel was perfect for our purposes and we would definitely visit again.

The hotel was nice, clean and afordable. The rooms and bathroom spacious. Breaskfast was ok, tipical continental breakfast.

The quality of the towels we were given, specially the first 3 days. One towel had a huge hole. It got better as the week progressed.

Everyone was very attentive and helpful specially Vero. What a way to make you feel at home. The hotel was very close to the beach. And also the cleanest.

A little bit out of downtown but not too much

Just minutes walk to the beach. Very friendly staff and nice property. Had secure parking.

Wish it had a mini fridge. We didn't eat bkfst bc it didn't look so inviting.
