The room was great, we had the room with balcony and it was splendid. The air con was strong if left too long that better than none. The rooms and hotel in general were clean. The breakfast was varied- bit expensive. I'll definetly stay again as the view and access to restaurants around we're great. The downside of this hotel is there are clubs near by which mean in the evening the roads are full of drunk teenagers in summer.

I didn't like how noisy and busy it was with young people around due to the clubs. We didn't have any problems though.

nothing arround except several restaurants which worked during the day and all were closed for new year eve. even in this class of hotel no room service after nine so we stayed hungry through put the night. no taxi too...transportation from hotel - only taxi to center of Santa Maria and then 45 min drive by train to Cadiz. we lost a lot of time on transportation onstead of sight seeing Cadiz. In booking presentation should be stated that if you want to visit Cadiz better not take this hotel

When we arrived we upgraded our rooms to have the balcony this was easily done & reasonably priced. We know the hotel, have stayed here before & will stay there again

The pool was undergoing refurbishment which ment we had to upgrade the rooms so we could sit out on the balcony’s normally we would’ve just sat by the pool & kept the original rooms. However it was early in the season & we understand maintenance work has to be carried out & therefore not the hotels fault just bad timing.

The hotel was in a good location, close to a supermarket, beach and good restaurants. The hotel had a nice indoor and outdoor pool/pool bar with a great view of the harbour. Staff were very helpful.

The room and balcony were very big but the room needs an update and at night it is very noisy with people walking in thr corridor, talking, closing doors. The entrance to the hotel does not look very inviting.

Great Clean Hotel with great views and location.

Children running around without supervision until just after midnight making a lot of noise. Made a complaint to reception who sent a security guard to explain it was just young kids enjoying themselves....at 1145pm!!???? Don't expect a good night's rest until strangers kids have run themselves into the ground and they're ready to go to sleep. Crazy!!!

Overall is a good hotel. I liked the breakfast and the outside bar. It’s easy to walk to the beach and there are loads of restaurants in the surroundings

Staff were. Efficient , friendly staff and made every effort to converse in English. Rooms spacious and spacious terrace overlooking the yatch club. Easy access to marina, beach and walks. Night club just short walk away

Location at the Marina Puerto Sherry, very close to the beaches.

Rooms are too noisy: you can hear the rooms next-door more than what you expect from the modern standards. For me it was not disturbing, but I can imagine it could disturb others

The location was beautiful and very quiet.

The nearby restaurants were only open in the daytime, which was disappointing.

The room was big with a king size bed. Fabulous view from our balcony overlooking the Marina.
