The hotel is clean,big, spacious corridors, sitting areas, family friendly, enough space for everyone to spread out in the resort. Activities for all. A young man called Guillemot(hope correctly spelt) was exceptional at making us especially my 12 year old son feel very welcome. He spoke to my son about activities that were available. He did this everyday and answered questions. Guillemot has brilliant knowledge of customer service. Thankyou! All other stuff were friendly and helpful. Also patient. The reception staff, restaurant and cleaners were great

No tea and coffee Facilities in the room Coming from England we did miss our cuppas For me the beds and pillows could have been more comfortable No tea and coffee option at dinner time in the restaurant. If you wanted a hot drink you had to go and buy one from the bar

A fantastic location and the entertainment staff couldn't do more, very enthusiastic and fun. Food was lovely, a great variety and healthy and not too busy in the restaurants. Didn't have to reserve sunbeds at stupid o'clock, all nice and peaceful. Public spaces were large and comfortable.

The air conditioning in such a large room was pretty poor, we had an engineer out but they confirmed it was working is it should and said "it's old". For the money we paid, I was disappointed in that, also drinks selection, few/poor snacks available as well as having to bring my own cup back to get a new drink?! Never heard of that before. As it's grass around the pool it's pretty messy, they don't enforce no food around the pool so it's pretty dirty. Water didn't feel clean in the pool, sunbeds not "re-set" each night as we've experienced at other Sol Meliá properties

This hotel is just excellent; I was happy with almost everything! Everything was perfect. Location- it is just at a beautiful sandy beach. Delicious food at restaurant, every day the change menu. Pools are big and clean. We could always find a free sunbed; there is no additional fee at the beach. Amazing entertainment both for adults and kids. God quality of wine and other alcoholic drinks. Rooms were ok, beds comfortable, there was cleaning every day. Generally, place is very safe, children can freely play, swim, there are lifeguards and stuff is very friendly. 80% of guests were nice Spanish families, some British and some Germans. Beautiful view at evening with sunset. Just a paradise!

AC in my room was not functioning well. Generally, the standard of the hotel was looking better at the photos at Booking. But still we had wonderful vacation, and I would definitely come back! Bear in mind that there is really nothing around the hotel. If you want to have a walk or check shops ect you need to take a taxi to Estepona or Marbella.

The room was huge, newly renovated, nice. We got a room with a huge balcony with the partly seaview. Great shower, comfortable bed and pillows, fridge in the room. Big area of the hotel, calm around, near beach

The restaurant was dissapointing. Especially dinner (which costs 25€/person without drinks): meat was overcooked and unable to bite and even to cut with a knife, the fish steaks were absolutery dry, churros were very greasy, etc. Expensive car parking, very cold water in the pools

Every sunset felt like a masterpiece right outside our window. The hotel’s pools were pristine and well-maintained, with thoughtful design separating the children's area from the quiet section. It was the perfect balance, allowing families to have fun while those seeking peace could fully relax. Parking was conveniently close and reasonably priced, making our stay hassle-free from start to finish. If there was one downside, it was that our holiday had to come to an end—we wished we could stay forever! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and stunning natural beauty. We can't wait to return!

The Suite space, the balcony and the staff. Especially Lucia and Isabel, they have been always helpful and welcoming.

Although we paid for all inclusive, there are still non-included drinks! The restaurant staff have done their best, but still couldn’t afford to serve the rush dinner/breakfast time as expected. There is always a long queue at the Salada pool bar and the service is very slow.

The ambience is great, especially if you have children, and the entertainment staff are truly amazing. The location was amazing and has its own beach. Love the fact that there are vending machines😂🤌🏽

I feel like considering it’s already as expensive as it is, parking should he included, I was charged 50€ for 3 days which is absolutely ridiculous! The food in the buffet isnt great either and drinks aren’t included not even water. However this is usually the case for most buffets anyway.

the pool and green lawns, the entertainers, activities and shows, the food. If you prefer swimming in the sea you can also spend the day at the beach which is beside the hotel’s pool and also part of the hotel. great hotel for kids too, loads of activities and entertainment for them.

the rooms could be updated a bit in the older block by the side of the pool. The rooms at the other newer block were more modern and looked better kept. The air conditioning also did not work well in all the rooms, and we had to exchange one of the rooms because of this issue. the staff at reception were very helpful and sorted this matter out for us.

Big hotel with a modern interior. Great views of the beach from the upper floors. Rooms were spacious and clean. Great kids club and kids pool area. Good access to the beach. Nice big pool area. Great value for money during the Easter holidays. The staff were very friendly.

The food served at lunch on site was poor. We ate there once but not again. The beach outside the hotel was very unkempt. The hotel could make a little effort to tidy the beach of rotting seaweed and driftwood to make it more appealing even if just outside the hotel's part of the beach.
