It was okay for sleeping, but otherwise nothing to do around the hotel, only industrial zone. Staff was nice, room was clean and big enough for a family of 3.

Breakfast was in general ok for that kind of stay, but eggs were probably off, smelled really bad. So breakfast could improve. Also bed and pillows were uncomfortable, too big, any of them. Would recomend to stay if you are only passing, not for longer stays, if you expect a bit more.

Do something with your communication with clients! Right after making booking I recieved message from you . Without "hello", without "appologize" just stating "there will be no bacon and no scrambled eggs at the breakfast". And some more paragraphs about what will be or not be. Firstly, you should say that before I make booking , secondly you can say something like "hi" when you start your message, at third you should say "sorry" if you are telling me this. This all was missing. That was very unfriendly. More funny was that scrambled eggs were there when we arrived, so you made me feel sad wrongly ! The hotel is perfect. Just the messages you send should be a bit more personal. Not like this. Thanks!

It was very child friendly and staff took care to organise our room so that the children would have somewhere to sleep safely. Staff were communicative and sent relevant information before we arrived. They hadn’t been informed of the children’s ages - which surprised me as I gave this info during booking but it hadn’t been passed onto them but they contacted to ask so that they could get the room ready. The breakfast was fantastic!

Everything was excellent.

Very clean, and as a disabled guest, we were given a room next to all the amenities, which was very much appreciated, thankyou. The breakfast was exceptional, as there were quite a few choices, and everything was fresh. The staff were very helpful, as my son had an accident taking the trays back, (all the pots fell off unfortunately) once he'd got over the embarrassment we sent him back to help the staff member clearing it away, but she declined. So on that point, we wish to thank her. "Thankyou!" We ordered room service, which was a local pizza service. It was quick, hot and very tasty, and good value...a good service!

We liked everything!

Near to port , excellent for visiting Vitoria Gasteiz. The receptionist was very helpful With the directions to park our campervan. There was free all day parking at the Stadium 8min drive away.

We thought the breakfast was very poor. Bread and rolls were very hard. The fruit juice was tasteless, I think it was made with Powder. It's a shame as other times we have it was ok.

Room and bathroom very clean and modern. Bedding was very good. Breakfast was included in the rate. Free parking and plenty of it. Very quiet. Ideal for our overnight stop en route to Bilbao.

Breakfast was quite poor really there was a reasonable choice but unfortunately although there were two toasters neither worked. When that was pointed out to the member of staff he just shrugged.

I found the breakfast very good the room was excellent very warm at all times extra large rooms the only problem not the hotel fault there is no evening meal the restaurant across the road is ok for beer and drinks but i did not like the food however it is always a personal preference I am very fussy

Location in the area, convenient for my business purposes. Spacious room and large parking. Friendly staff. Good WiFi signal. Restaurant nearby.

The breakfast could be more various and the breakfast room looks to be not large enough, when a group of bus tourists is settled in.

Easy to find location, easy parking and ideal for the next day trip to Bilbao ferry. Been here many times and the people, service and facilities are always good. Recommended

This was in an excellent location for us, as it was a one night stay on our way home to the UK. Breakfast was good, room great, across the road was a good restaurant, well frequented by locals, easy parking on site. Whats not to like.

The lift was a bit jarring. But worked great.
