The hotel was surprisingly good for the price. The room had everything we needed (comfy bed, shower).

The breakfast was pretty poor - the selection was small, and the only tasty things were the pastries. The hard-boiled eggs were the worst-tasting ones I've ever had. The location also wasn't very convenient, unless you plan on travelling with a car. We chose to walk to the city center, and it takes about 20-30 minutes next to a quite busy street. One nitpick is that it would be nice if there was a mini fridge in the room to store some extra food/snacks. But we managed without it just fine.

Having had an excellent experience here 6 years ago, we had the same again. Reception staff are great. Facilities great. Excellent room with good soundproofing and blackout blinds, great lighting, large well-positioned TV, good shower cubicle and well lit bathroom.Very comfortable bed and clean throughout. Street parking that feels safe but with the brilliant option of paid underground parking for 7€ (up 1€ from 6 years ago, which feels very fair). An easy, safe 15 minute walk to Nevada Shopping and the same for the Hospital San Cecilio. The hotel bar/restaurant had good options but there are also two good bar/restaurants next door. Carrefour and other places are just a 5 minute walk. The option to pay more for free cancellation until the night before arrival was a good choice for me.

There was an unpleasant smell in our room on arrival. We didn't mention it to reception but just chose to open our window to air it whilst we immediately went out for a few hours.

What a great place! The hotel is basic but extremely clean and quiet. There was a little terrace outside to enjoy the sunshine in winter, we understand the pool is only open in the summer. The room was a good size, the bathroom was fine and all clean and tidy. The bed was comfy and we slept well. Like many Ibis hotels, this one has a motorway nearby, but the soundproofing works and noise was not an issue. It is a little far away from the main centre of town, the Alhambra and that area. You can catch a bus (Staff were very helpful to explain where and how often the buses ran) but we used Taxis. From the hotel to the centre it is about 12 euros. You can walk back as it is all downhill. The breakfast offered good variety of choices and was fine - don't look for bacon and eggs because it's a 'continental style' breakfast. We had an evening meal there which was very good - our compliments to Nieves, the cook!! The staff were very polite and helpful. I can't remember all the names but the Head of Reception was lovely with us, as were Alejandro and Sonia. What a great team from Reception, Kitchen to Cleaning at Ibis Granada, congratulations!

We had to open the window at night as the room did get a little hot. But when we opened the window, we slept very well and there was no noise in the streets.

The hotel is nice, although it is located very far away from the city, so you need a car to get to the beautiful city center. Breakfast is nice, not a fancy one, but this was expected and the food quality is good. We stayes at the 0 floor, no views from the window which is a bit frustrating, but again, this is not impacting my overall rating. The pool is clean and nice. The room was small, but still included twin bed and a bed for our son.

We made a booking with breakfast but they told us immediately upon check-in that there would be very reduced breakfast because the kitchen was renovated. They did offer the parking free of charge as compensation but we already had found a free parking.the breakfast was dry bread and coffee basically. The pool area was attempted to be decorated but wasn't very beautiful nor comfortable.

As always ibis is synonymous of great service at a great price. The hotel is close to the main highway so very easy to find. Rooms are quiet and comfortable. It has a private garage for cars with lot of space and a restaurant for lunch dinner including also a bar. It is not close to the city centre but if you got a car you can ask for a taxi to get there and come back. The total price basically will be the same of parking your car in the city, so highly recommended. Great staff who was very welcoming and gave us a lot of precious suggestion to enjoy our stay!

Welcoming staff and very informative and helpful. Breakfast provided a good choice and the evening meals were freshly prepared, well presented and excellent value for money. The room was clean and facilites well maintained. Having a roof top pool was a total bonus after sightseeing during the day. Well situated for getting into Granada and whilst you can use the local bus it was easier to go by taxi. Making use of the secure underground car parking was a sensible option as the streeets round by the hotel are exceedingly busy and parking definately a problem for locals.

Nothing all good

Room was spacious and comfortable and it was great having a swimming pool at the hotel. There was a lovely terrace on the ground floor that was ideal for reading and relaxation. The staff were great at helping us when we needed a taxi or advice on how to get about.

To be honest not a lot regarding the hotel itself. It met all our needs. But the only thing was that while the hotel was close to big shops it was a bit far out of town so choices of where to eat and drink were limited.

We were in the hotel elevator at the moment the power went out in all of Spain! The staff reacted immediately and rescued us in a few minutes. Everyone was very kind and helpful. They managed to organize everything despite the fact that there was no electricity. So we spent the first day of our stay without electricity, but we didn't feel it. All warm recommendations for this hotel and staff!

Great value for money and the kids loved the small pool after a day’s site seeing. Staff were helpful and the rooms were clean. Lots of useful shops located nearby and despite being close to a motorway the hotel was quiet.

The bus into Granada is about a 15 minute walk away and you need cash to buy a ticket but it does drops you right in the centre of the city.
