Extremely comfortable bed! Lovely hotel. Perfectly clean. Nice staff.

We assumed that the pool and roof terrace would be available as had been indicated both on the booking.com website and also separately on the hotels own website. Neither were available and this was extremely disappointing to us as we chose the hotel intending to enjoy a swim. The staff seemed to think that we should understand that the pool and terrace should not be expected until Summer however when these facilities are advertised they should be available, otherwise this is false advertising.

The rooms were of a good size with plenty of wardrobe space and additional storage. All rooms had a safe to secure important items. The ensuite bathrooms were very sacious and well fitted. Breakfast were great with a wide range of food and drinks. the breakfast room was large with one wall being all windows allowing a great amount of light. The location of the hotel was great as it was close enough to walk to the main shopping streets and restuarants. It was also just a short drive to all of the main tourist locations.

The only negative for us was that there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms. When we asked about this, we were provided only with a kettle. Tihis could have been much better.

We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and there was very big choice. Swimming pool on the rooftop was open (beginning of October), but was a bit cold, we only got in once. Nevertheless the rooftop is a nice place to chill in the sun with a book after sightseeing. Restaurant was also all fine. I was a bit sceptic after reading some comments about it, but we tried it one evening and it was really all good! If you don't feel like going back to the center or exploring restaurants within walking distance, it is a good option. Room was spacious enough and had everything you might need for few days stay. Bathroom was also all fine. Distance to the city center is a bit, you cannot easily and fast go back to the hotel, but there's a bus stop around the corner of the office with bus going to the center every 15-20 mins and that's what we used. The only problem is that times indicated on google maps were not very accurate and bus was arriving eg. 5 mins earlier. So take that into account if planning to use a bus :)

We especially would like to highlight the excellent client service of the hotel. We had bad experience with the restaurant (probably, because of a bad shift; I have no other guess, why one day the restaurant was exceptional; and the next day it was the worst experience one ever can imagine!). But the management of the hotel solved the issue in the best possible way, for which we are thankful. And this is the reason I feel the hotel does care about its clients.

I hope they will improve the offer in the restaurant to make it consistently good and correspondent to 4* hotel.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Good parking facilities, although very tight for manoeuvring. The beds were very comfortable. Because of the weather we didn't get to use the roof top pool, but the area looked quite nice and had plenty of loungers.

The bar and restaurant area were both together and very small, so if you wanted to sit and relax with your drink you had to go out into the lobby/ reception area for a comfortable chair or sofa. I would have thought a 4* hotel would have had a more suitable bar area. To access the shower you had to step over into the bath and no matter how you tried to adjust the shower head you were almost stand on the drain to use the shower.

This is a pleasant hotel a little off centre in Granada , a frequent bus service to the city centre , no 4 , goes from just around the corner . Trams run to Granada Rail Station from close by in Avenida de America . The staff were all efficient and friendly , we dined in the Lobby bar restaurant on 2 evenings and that was pleasant , drinks prices are not excessive ! Breakfast was a very good buffet choice in a larger restaurant .

Coffee and tea making facilities in the room would be good for a hotel of this standard otherwise no complaints .

The location turn out to be OK. It seemed a little far, but we realized that it was a ok walking distance from the center. The breakfast was up to the expectations for a 4 start hotel. We had one time dinner at the bar and it surprised us positively. The pool area in the roof is pretty nice (despite a little small), with nice views to the city and sunset. We have enjoyed our stay and the staff were always friendly.

The closing time of the pool... at this time of the year (June) would be a must if would be extended up to 21h.

Very large and very comfortable beds. Very quiet hotel, couldn’t hear any traffic .Good bathroom facilities and plenty of wardrobe space . Nice decor on the lobby and other areas . Roof top pool . We had a beautiful meal in the restaurant at lunchtime the day we arrived , it was actually superb .

There was lots of choice at breakfast but being gluten free I couldn’t eat much of it , they did bring me gluten free bread but my husband said the breakfast was very average . So that’s the only area that could be improved upon .

Room was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

Location was a little too far to walk to center city. I booked two rooms was quoted a price and it was supposed to be for two couples. Upon arrival I was told that I had two rooms and then was asked to hand over passports. The check in person put my wife in one room and myself in the other ? When we gave them the other couples passport, I was told I only booked for singles. I would have to pay more? When I did the online booking, I booked a room for two and a second for two. I never have this is so when booking through Hilton

Everything was very good. Location, service, food and accommodation. Great hotel in a good central location.

Some noise if overlooking the road but still had a good nights sleep. Was not happy that one client was permitted into the breakfast room wearing a hoodie with highly offensive slogans. Following a complaint to reception, I was told it would be looked into, but not heard anything.
