The first thing to note is the very pleasant smell in the rooms, from the bed linen, in the bathroom. This can be called the smell of cleanliness. And an excellent breakfast, really very good. Very friendly and polite staff, many thanks to them. Good air conditioning. Our room had excellent soundproofing, a refrigerator with a mini bar inside. Excellent mattresses, very nice bed and pillows. Incredibly soft and comfortable furniture in the room. A great solution to make a curtain rod for a suitcase and things by the window. Large bathroom with a bathtub. Lots of space for things. There is a restaurant on the roof, a terrace with a view of the city and the Alhambra. There is a pool on the roof.

Unfortunately the pool was narrow and long, with a maximum depth of 1.4 meters. Having a pool is a plus, but in practice with 25 vacationers it is not so much fun.

Great selection of hot and cold breakfast. Delicious dinner when we ate in the hotel. All areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean. Room very comfortable and well fitted out. 20 min walk to old town, or buses and taxis readily available. All staff very friendly and helpful.

Disappointed that photos of hotel showed a lovely roof terrace with pool and sun loungers, and picturesque views - but sadly this was closed due to work being carried out. We had been looking forward to relaxing there after site seeing! However, everything else was great and we hope to return in the future.

We reached the hotel a little later than planned, and I also had tickets to see the Alhambra. The check-in staff was very accommodating and quickly called a taxi for us and said he could complete the formalities once we were back. They were all friendly throughout our stay. The breakfast had a good spread. The bathroom was huge and very clean. The parking space was just opposite the road and was safe. Location is easy access to bus and cab.

Because they added an extra bed in the room, there was hardly any space in the room for us to walk. But not a major inconvenience since we spend only 2 nights.

We assumed that the pool and roof terrace would be available as had been indicated both on the booking.com website and also separately on the hotels own website. Neither were available and this was extremely disappointing to us as we chose the hotel intending to enjoy a swim. The staff seemed to think that we should understand that the pool and terrace should not be expected until Summer however when these facilities are advertised they should be available, otherwise this is false advertising.

The hotel was very calm and clean. They have small fitness room (mostly for cardio) but still a nice plus. The staff is friendly and everything went smoothly during our stay. They also have a nice breakfast buffet that was 14€/per person. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want calm hotel semi-near the centre.

There was ongoing renovation that was not mentioned during booking. Also I kind of choose the hotel because it has rooftop pool, but I was disappointed to find out that it is only open during summer season, so beginning from middle of June.

The rooms were of a good size with plenty of wardrobe space and additional storage. All rooms had a safe to secure important items. The ensuite bathrooms were very sacious and well fitted. Breakfast were great with a wide range of food and drinks. the breakfast room was large with one wall being all windows allowing a great amount of light. The location of the hotel was great as it was close enough to walk to the main shopping streets and restuarants. It was also just a short drive to all of the main tourist locations.

The only negative for us was that there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms. When we asked about this, we were provided only with a kettle. Tihis could have been much better.

We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and there was very big choice. Swimming pool on the rooftop was open (beginning of October), but was a bit cold, we only got in once. Nevertheless the rooftop is a nice place to chill in the sun with a book after sightseeing. Restaurant was also all fine. I was a bit sceptic after reading some comments about it, but we tried it one evening and it was really all good! If you don't feel like going back to the center or exploring restaurants within walking distance, it is a good option. Room was spacious enough and had everything you might need for few days stay. Bathroom was also all fine. Distance to the city center is a bit, you cannot easily and fast go back to the hotel, but there's a bus stop around the corner of the office with bus going to the center every 15-20 mins and that's what we used. The only problem is that times indicated on google maps were not very accurate and bus was arriving eg. 5 mins earlier. So take that into account if planning to use a bus :)

This is just an excellent city break hotel. Great staff, very willing to help in any way they could (restaurant recommendations, taxis, general friendliness). Nice pool area, it was a bit like an oven so any shade was welcome. NIce breakfast, not a huge choice but everything was good quality and very tasty.

The underground parking was very, very tight. Difficult to get in or out of the spaces and we did not have a particularly large car.

We especially would like to highlight the excellent client service of the hotel. We had bad experience with the restaurant (probably, because of a bad shift; I have no other guess, why one day the restaurant was exceptional; and the next day it was the worst experience one ever can imagine!). But the management of the hotel solved the issue in the best possible way, for which we are thankful. And this is the reason I feel the hotel does care about its clients.

I hope they will improve the offer in the restaurant to make it consistently good and correspondent to 4* hotel.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Good parking facilities, although very tight for manoeuvring. The beds were very comfortable. Because of the weather we didn't get to use the roof top pool, but the area looked quite nice and had plenty of loungers.

The bar and restaurant area were both together and very small, so if you wanted to sit and relax with your drink you had to go out into the lobby/ reception area for a comfortable chair or sofa. I would have thought a 4* hotel would have had a more suitable bar area. To access the shower you had to step over into the bath and no matter how you tried to adjust the shower head you were almost stand on the drain to use the shower.
