The hotel is located in a wonderful place, close to both the city center and the Conference center on a peaceful side street (I recommend the hotel for people going there for a conference, who don't plan to spend much time in their room). The staff was amazing and helpful; the hotel was clean and beautiful. The room was tiny, with a window directly on the street, but I liked it, considering the price.

I had a terrible wifi signal in my room; I couldn't connect at all. However, I suppose it could work much better in other rooms.

Very good hotel in an excellent location to explore Granada. Room was clean and comfortable with an en-suite bathroom and TV. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If/when I go back to Granada I would certainly stay here again as it was good value for money.

The bedroom was slightly on the small side but nothing major.

The hotel was right in the centre close to bars, shops and a really convenient (paid) underground parking down the road. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was warm, clean and the room was the perfect size. Beds were very cosy, warm, fresh and comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. All around an amazing stay and we will certainly be back to stay here for every trip to Granada.

Maybe a better view in the windows, but it was not a big deal. Granada is small and better to go outside than looking throught the window.

It's not really soundproof, so it gets quite noisy from the street at night

Sanae from the Hotel was really nice, tried to help me with everything and gave me tips about the city. I give her a 10/10. Great service.

My second room stank so bad like toilet that I had to sleep with the balcony door completely open to let some fresh air in. It was loud and you hear the doors from the neighbors banging. This made my stay very uncomfortable and I didn’t enjoy it.
