Xavier and all the staff who hosted us were super helpful. We were not the easiest customers this time, there were always questions. We got an answer to everything and more: the host took a separate time to explain in more detail

Everything was fine. There could be an electric kettle for tea drinkers. The guide could be more positive. You should definitely write down that you can drink water - many accommodations find it necessary to emphasize this separately, because a large part of Andalucia is struggling with water problems, and drinking water has to be bought from a store.

Pleasant closed area with apartments in a quiet location. Clean and well furnished incl. kitchenette. Lidl store and bus stop (direction center) within short walking distance. Free parking available on the nearby main street (experience from the weekend and the end of March).

Unfortunately, poor sound insulation of the waste in the bathroom. You can hear every toilet flush in the bedroom (if you are in the ground floor apartment like us).

Good clean apartment with adequate cooking facilities for a few days stay. Central, but not too central where access becomes more problematic. A few minutes walk to both bus or tram public transport. Local parking is possible on street and can be free if find the right space but at 10€ \day in their underground car park. We parked free on street for our 3 days. Our apartment was on ground floor with easy access. They do have other apartments which might include stairs to reach. WiFi was good. Heating and hot water fine, but boiler (a combi) could turn itself off and need turning off and on again to reset. Not a big deal, but they are going to look into this. The apartment has outside shared space which would be nice in sunny weather, ours was rain so didn't use. Granada has lots to see and do, this can be a good location to start journey into town as its about 20min on public transport. The best bus to the Alcazaba runs about every 20 minutes, then need to transfer buses for the very narrow streets climbing up. The tram is quicker, easier, for getting into shopping mall and central city. Also very near Nuevo Estadio de Los Cármenes stadium, home stadium for Granada soccer matches. Lots of local places to eat, drink.

They weren't able to stop the much needed rain just for us :-) But, really No real downside if you accept a few minutes for public transport.

It’s located in a calmer place in the city, excellent for ones coming with car. Parking is so convenient. The host and communication were superb. If I ever go back to Granada, I will stay here again. It has bus/street car or taxi (6€) to go to the city centre near by. Bed was so comfortable. A too- request a room on the second floor, room was so quiet, no external noise.

I was very well received by the host, even before my arrival. He also gave me tips on the area. The apartment was simple, confortable and located in a calm neighborhood. It had basic amenities that allowed me to cook simple meals. However, the addition of a kettle would be nice (I boiled water in a pan, no big deal). Although these apartments are far from the city center, I could easily get there by bus/tram (the station was near, and the bus/tram had good frequency).

- Dark blue bed linen and towels and black shower curtain. I would prefer white since it's easier to confirm its cleanliness. Also, the bed linen and towels didn't smell like they were freshly washed, but they didn't smell bad either. - Wi-Fi: I only had good Wi-Fi in the kitchenette area.

The apartment was clean and well equipped. The pool was a great point for Granada city. It was very near to metro and bus station, that connects with the downtown in a few minutes.

The fridge was a little noisy and the condition air of the room next to us could be heard on our room.

Although not in the historic centre of Granada, the apartments are in a very good location easily accessible by bus and tram. Very convenient if you're travelling by car because there's an underground parking. The apartment was spacious, clean and very well equipped with everything! Pity we stayed only 2 nights. Host Javier was very welcoming and accommodating.

Bed was basic , I don't like showers over bath, due to potential slip hazard..

Location to my event. Kitchen that had the minimum for preparing meals. Nice sheets!

The charming entrance door was a bit tricky to negotiate.

Not located in the centre but in nearby suburb of Zaidin.About 10 mins by tram to main shopping area.Offers spacious comfortable accommodation in quiet ,enclosed surroundings.Very good value for money.Directly connected by tram to bus and train stations.Large supermarket close by.
