Stylish hotel for a special treat. Had a real elegant feel about it, whilst not being exclusive to the sophisticated, it had a fabulous array or all types of guest. Mongibellos pool side music vibes were perfect, poolside service great and great pool and bathing area. Wonderful offering of yoga on Saturday mornings, the class was excellent and views to the sea made it memorable. Excellent gym and equipment kept in good order, always welcome addition to a hotel. Sectret night club and entertainment on offer worth a visit too. Would love to return, especially to watch the Insta stars filming themselves 😂!

A little too many rules about what was and what was not included in the mini bar and snacks in room. Think it would have been nice to stretch the welcome pack a little more.

It was hard to leave this hotel. The decor and vibe etc was fabulous. I debated the location but it is far better than other hotels on the main strip in Santa Eulària but close enough to walk to the beach, bars and marina. There are no doubt prettier beaches in Ibiza but we enjoyed swimming in the small bay the hotel overlooks every morning which was lovely and went to the pool in the afternoons to chill and listen to the great music. Don’t miss the secret bar! We made a huge mistake going for doubles without sea view as this meant we looked over the car park so the next day we paid to change and although the room size was the same it was like being in a different hotel as the room was so much lighter. To wake up to that view every morning made the trip. The housekeeping team were brilliant. Some of the staff were extremely lovely and worked tirelessly: when Luca was on duty at the pool the pool service was much more efficient and he was so sweet and friendly; Adela in the breakfast room never stopped smiling and was always on hand to help or clear plates; Paula at reception was also nice and helped us.

I can understand the reviews about the attitude of staff as some did not quite understand about customer experience and were strangely a bit defensive, this could be improved. Also I do not understand why it is not possible to replenish the water and coffee pods in the room for free and provide milk for coffee as we had to take this from the breakfast room. There is no bin by the coffee machine so we had to use the bathroom one. The food & drinks are expensive which is to be expected so we used the pool service and bar but mixed it up with the supermarket in front of the hotel as with 2 teens the costs added up.

Mongibello is the standard to measure all hotels with. At all levels it exceeded our expectations, proving great location, facilities and most of all a fantastic team (Front of house/Housekeeping/Bar/Pool side/Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner restaurant teams/Special Events/DJ's/Singers-Musicians/Massage Treatments). We'll be back to Ibiza and definitelly to Mongibello.

One week was too short...

Loved the breakfast - amazing staff and gorgeous swimming pool with options to purchase cocktails and massages overlooking a lovely beach too, An amazing trip and will definitely return

Super everything, location, pool, staff and a very relaxed atmosphere. 15 mins walk to the Marina and 5/10 mins to main area for eating etc, 2 mins to the nearest beach. Got a real Italian Beach Club ‘60’s’ vibe which just makes you smile. Rooms are lovely and all have a sea view, breakfast has lots and lots of choice as well.

Zero to dislike!

Very comfortable and atmospheric hotel. We loved the style of the place. The rooms were comfortable and we loved the pool area. The know how to create a vibe here. There is gentle music played daily but it is pleasant and unintrusive. The pool dj’ s stop at 6 and even that music is not overly loud. Night times were quiet with most people going to the town. The restaurant and bar food was fantastic but a little more expensive than places outside. There is a small shop and cafe directly across the road for drinks, snacks or breakfast if not included in your stay. There is a 10 minute walk along the coast to Santa Elaria town or a two minute drive. Some lovely restaurants in walking distance. I recommend restaurant 17. Parking is free at a public car park adjacent to the hotel and we always found a spot. Upgrades and late check out can be negotiated for a better price at the hotel! We didn’t want to leave. We will be back!!

Just amazing, this was our 2nd visit in less than 3 months we adore the hotel and the staff. Special mentions for Marta on guest hospitality and Adela in the restaurant, they are both amazing and go above and beyond for the guests. The hotel manager is is truly charming lady who is always very visible.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming, especially those at breakfast. Locations of the hotel is fabulous: while it is in a quieter part of the town it is only a short walk into the main town and has access to a local beach down the steps from back gate. Also, very easy access to main roads to get easily around the island. Decor is very cute and themed throughout plus afternoon DJs at pool are great. Breakfast buffet is delicious and varied. Overall, really good hotel.

This year the hotel has opened up bookings to families travelling with “young adults” which was supposed to mean 14+ years old. In reality children from around 10 are admitted. This has totally changed the vibe around the pool as there are now ball games constantly and also some silly behaviour like spitting water at each other. Not really what we were expecting!

I absolutely loved the hotel it was gorgeous, the decor and memorabilia felt like a piece of 60’s Italy in Ibiza the hotel captured this perfectly. Music by the pool reflected this also, plus the live singers was lovely touch, maybe have them earlier in the afternoon when people are by the pool would be better as only small number were there to see them, maybe poster up informing guest live singer here today between 3-4pm. Hotel spotless, all staff amazing and very attentive, Christina on reception was amazing, helped us change our room to sea and pool view which made our holiday and anniversary perfect.

Recommendation, a couple of chairs to the left of entrance as you enter to sit and wait for taxi as we had to stand and wait.

Honestly, I think it is one of the best hotel I ever stayed! The room was clean and very beautiful with a nice balcony. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the breakfast is perfect (good quality and many choices). The whole design and atmosphere of the hotel is amazing, everything has been well thought, including the soundtrack! potential bias on my answer: It was off season so probably quieter

Perhaps during the peak season, it might not be as quiet, as it sounds that the walls are not super noiseproof (I could hear the room next door showering).
