Absolutely beautiful hotel. Pool was perfect for kids as there's a shallow/splash pool to the side. Upgraded to a sea view room and such a gorgeous view it was! Food was varied and tasty, so many options of drinks and snacks for all inclusive. Also our kids loved the play park - so much for them to do and a 2 minute walk from beach with magnificent sunset.

Nothing - everything was perfect.

We loved the location as we were on the beach all the time with kids. Also the pool area was really nice , clean and good for families. You could also bring food/snacks and drinks from the bar. We loved the evening activities and shows, also the playground for kids is amazing.

Hotel itself is a bit old and maybe need some renovation but for this price it was alright for us and we have everything that we needed for our stay..

The daytime activities were good for the kids & Jose the sports coach was really good with my boys. The retreat is really good & all the staff are amazing. Great place to stay. Food is good, plenty of options. Access to a great beach direct from the hotel

The evening entertainment should be every night. The main swimming pool should be open later, closes at 18.30. They should put some lighting & music on after the shows in the main bar instead of leaving everyone in the dark (as if they should leave??)

I could not buy water bottles

All staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great by the sea with beautiful see views if you choose a sea view room. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfy. The food and drinks were very good. The pool was clean and fun to use. Never had a problem finding a seat by the pool.

the property was beautiful always clean, but my favorite part was their staff! their staff were all so very welcoming no matter what time of the day it was! always willing to go that extra mile! kudos especially to one particular member of their team, FRANCISCA OCASIO!!! I told Francisca that we were celebrating my friends bday and she asked me when was her bday exactly. I wasn’t sure why but on the day of her birthday during breakfast she discreetly pulled me to the side and asked if we would be coming for dinner or if we were going to dine out. she then told me she was asking so that she can prepare a coke for my friend. sure enough after a long day of touring we made our way to the hotel and had dinner and once we were done she surprised my friend with an amazingly, beautiful, and delicious cake that she personally made for her! this made my friends day! thank you so much Francisca your gesture will never be forgotten!!!!

Great room set up for family, lovely coffee/bar area in the pine tree garden with sea view, food was good but a bit samey after 5 days. So close to beautiful Cala Tarida beach

Slight drain smell on some days in the rooms

Great selection of tasty food...intimate feeling and wasn't too busy even though it was booked out...Plenty iof sun beds and no morning rush to get one...Nice people

Extra charge for the locker box and absence of slippers in the room were a bit weird
