Facilities are great and we had a great time there! We liked the staff, the food, the pool, the room, everything.

The only “problem” that we had is that the gym was unavailable, and we were not notified about that when we booked the hotel. We use the gym everyday and it was one of the important points to us. When we got there and asked where the gym was, they told us it was closed for 2 weeks. So it was not a good surprise…

Lovely clean hotel with excellent breakfast offerings! Sea view was really good.

Wardrobe doors are too close to the bed making it awkward to use.

Amazing location and simple to park, rare to have a beach so close and even sunset! Friendly staff as we like in Spain, breakfast is also amazing with flexible hours thank you!

Some neighbor can be noisy, arguing loudly or drunk late at night but quite ok in the end. Same thing in all hotels.. thanks!

The layout of the hotel is really nice with two swimming pools. One more child friendly and the other more for big kids and adults. The hotel is located a very short walk down to the beach which is amazing and we walked down a couple of times to swim in the sea. I felt like it was experiencing the family side to Ibiza and how stunning the island is.

The rooms are basic. Very effective but a couple of other bits like a kettle would be nice. Travelling with a baby we were making up formula bottles which the bar provided hot water but outside of bar times this was not possible. Luckily we had bought some ready made formula with us for the night time feed.

We were with our 9 year old daughter so the Swimming pool was always going to be the main attraction. It did not disappoint as it had a deep and shallow end separate from other kids pools. The daily entertainment and pool games, the layout of beds close to pool for adults and the bar was all really good. Staff were great, rooms were perfect (tv didn’t work but we didn’t want to use anyway) the breakfast buffet was brilliant. Had everything you would need.

Parking is not provided and as the area is so busy can be hard to get parking for car if you have one. Tv didn’t work in room. We loved our stay so no real issues with the place and would recommend to anyone.

The Animacion team were great (Thais, Alex, Reuben, Fatima, Julianna and Brunella). They kept us energised and motivated all week. Thanks! Luis the manager, the bar staff and cleaning staff were also helpful and friendly.

The food was OK but could have been a bit better. For example, butter should have been provided (margarine is horrible and unsafe), fruitjuice should have been provided.

The location was amazing, the beach is stunning. The staff were so lovely, from the bar staff, to front desk, animation team, faultless service and attitude from all. The food was insanely good. We opted to stay in multiple times as we knew the food was a safe bet.

Too be very picky, there was no kettle in the room.

Lots of activities for kids and grownups alike. The entertainment team were amazing and energetic. Proximity to beach All inclusive food and drinks options Pools were great and no scarcity of sun loungers First time in Ibiza and I would choose this venue again.

Not a lot of drinks option's for non-alcoholics Room was quite stuffed. Would have preferred not having the table as it left no space to approach the balcony once the sofa bed was down.

the food is perfect, I would like to go back again next year😊 I don't drink, I don't smoke, next time I have a room with a view of the sea, I will be very satisfied. I have a vacation to relax, and I am very satisfied. I will love to come back every year🙏Thank you 😊
