The communal areas, the pool, and the restaurant are beautifully and tastefully furnished. The accommodation offers a stunning view of the bay. The staff is friendly, and meals were always served smoothly—especially considering that this is a huge hotel with a large number of guests. The food is delicious, though not particularly special. The drinks are of good quality and feature well-known brands.

The rooms didn’t receive as much of the tasteful design as the hotel’s communal areas. They are simple, somewhat outdated, and show signs of use. There are very few elevators. However, the view makes up for these shortcomings. There is a live music program every evening, which can be a bit noisy if you’re spending time in your room. It’s not too bad, but you can definitely hear the party. Anyone coming here should be prepared for the crowd, which mainly consists of families with young children and retired tourists. The hotel is huge and very busy, so relaxation takes on a “different dimension” here.

The hotel is beautiful, although very crowded. There is food available at all times and it’s really tasty. The location right next to Taurito beach is wonderful, and I would also like to compliment the staff working hard in the restaurants and around the hotel.

On the negative side: at check-in I always like to ask for an explanation about where everything is and what we can use, but the young blue-eyed man at the reception was not communicative at all. The only thing we got was a piece of paper and cold instructions about where our room was. He even seemed displeased with the room we were given, which made the whole experience quite unpleasant. I honestly don’t understand why they hire staff like that, since it is very important for a guest who has paid for their holiday to feel welcome.

The facilities are modern, well decorated, comfortable. The elevators and the sight are incredible. Just in front of the beach. The rooms are well-equipped. The New Year's Eve dinner was amazing, delicious and diverse food, the environment they created for everyone (decoration, music, attention, etc.) was very special!

The water in the heated swimming pool and children area was too cold. Also, sometimes the waiting time at the restaurant was long and we had to wait in line.

The refurbishment has added 2 lifts which helps a lot when busy. Some of the staff were there during my last 4 visits and looked after us well

Restricted restaurant, queues for food and drinks. Reduced menu choices especially vegetarian. Main pool freezing in winter and outside seats for entertainment uncomfortable and cold in the evening and empty most nights

Been coming here for many years reception and staff are all really helpful. The refurbishment is ok

We need the piano bar back and the layout of bar area means that sometimes Queues and shuts for guests at 11 pm unless your in a suite and no entertainment after 10.30 pm

the food. this just me been a head chef. breakfast it would be lukewarm and meh lunch and dinner it same issue but it's just due to the hot plate

Some of staff members don't speak a word of English what makes communication and asking questions difficult.

The Hotel was amazing, staff was nice, FOOD always something different and sometimes really exceptional. I would surely come back next time.

Only issue we had was beds were very squeaky when you moved. (They were very comfortable though).
