1 minute walk to Dennehy's restaurant, overlooking the Marina. They provide an excellent & varied breakfast. Had a "Full Irish" most mornings, brilliant. Staff very friendly, lovely view over the Marina. This is a beautiful location, flowers everywhere, fish swimming in the clear waters of the Marina. Close to shops & the Beach, very relaxing We paid extra extra for the "Solarium" upgrade. This was our own private space on the roof, with sun loungers, tables & chairs. Definitely worth it. The apartments have their own Pool with loungers, as well

The location of the apartment was excellent; it was near the marina, the shops and restaurants, the pharmacy and supermarket. Our Juliette balcony, at the front, looked out on people coming and going which provided a lot of interest. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful, happy to accommodate my attempts at Spanish. Nothing was too much trouble. The buildings and walkways were very pretty with well-tended plants and colorful bougainvillea. The swimming pool was big enough and the water was warm. We always managed to get seats, even if we had to move things around a bit sometimes. The weather in February was perfect - wall to wall sunshine and blue skies. 20 to 23 degrees Celsius. Cleaners came in almost every day to tidy, mop floors, change towels and empty bins.

The apartment was a bit on the dark and cool side, chilly in the mornings and evenings. The bedroom at the back had no window and the door that opened onto a very tiny balcony (just large enough for a clothes airer) was always stuck and made a horrible noise when we were pushing it open. The kitchen cupboards needed attention, with the drawers dropping when opened. Only the bottom shelf of the wall cupboards was reachable without standing on a chair. All in all, the furnishings were "tired" and needed upgrading. Having said all that, none of it was irksome enough to impact on our enjoyment of the holiday.

Puerto de Mogan is a very pretty resort. The marina and beach front areas are clean and there is lots going on.

We arrived in the evening and reception was closed. We collected our apartment keys from Billy's Bar. The apartment we were shown to disappointed us. We had requested a sea view and had payed extra for this but the apartment we had been allocated was at the back of the apartment blocks overlooking the garden. The apartment was much less smart than the pictures on Booking.Com suggested. We were disappointed. We went to see Antonio at 9am the following morning to take our passports and explained how we felt about our apartment. Antonio was extremely helpful and offered us a change of apartment the following day. The new apartment was exactly what we had expected - clean, modern, comfortable and a great sea view. So good we could see Tenerife on a clear day. Antonio is so helpful.

Very close to all the key areas in Puerto de Mogan, great apartment where they clean most days and change bedding and provide fresh towels. Also from Maria’s pool bar you can hire beach towels.

There were no cleaning items provided and it wasn’t the cleanest on check in. The apartment was dusty when we arrived so maybe hadn’t been cleaned for a few days? We also did have a cockroach in the living area as well. Also beds were not that comfortable and we did not know there were more pillows available in the wardrobe. Might be a good option to offer a check in box of washing up liquid and sponges so they can wash up.

The resort itself is gorgeous, so pretty. Everything is within walking distance of the apartments. The apartments are well equipped and spotlessly clean. There was a filter coffee machine (with filters!), toaster, kettle, hob, washing machine and drying rack. Lots and lots of storage (plenty of hangers!) and a drawer full of books. But it's the staff that shine here. We had a couple of little hiccups during our stay but nothing was too much trouble and this level of customer service was maintained by all - to the cleaning and maintenance staff too. Well done to the whole team.

No aircon in the bedroom but a fan was provided which was enough to make the room comfortable to sleep in. The pool bar/restaurant was not open during our stay.

Such an amazing location, we had some restrictions in our group and the closeness of the beach and restaurants was perfect. While being quieter at night than most resorts. Having a roof terrace was ideal, as the room with just a balcony felt a little dark. The pool is a bonus but could be tricky to get a sun bed if you didn’t arrived within an hour of opening. The staff and the cleaners are superb! I really enjoyed this holiday as a quiet relaxing break.

It wasn’t so much a dislike but it was very interesting / amusing to accidentally photo bomb multiple people every time to walk out of your door.

Great if faux location made to look old but actually quite new. Location is close to the harbour but most will be lucky if they have a glimpse of the water. Lots of bars and restaurants. Nice beach. Our appartment was close to the street on 1st floor. It had a tiny outside balcony alongside lots of other balconies overlooking a shared garden. OK multi ring cooker but easy to set off fire alarm when cooking.

The small town is very busy during the day but at least in winter is quiet by mid to late evening. Pretty dead by 10pm which a bit unexpected for a Spanish location. It is quite a long way from the airport and main town. Fast buses take 2 - 3 hours, slow buses forever. Taxis relatively expensive. It's a very pretty tourist trap location but much nicer, in our opinion than most of the other resorts in the area. Great for a shortish chill out holiday. Some people were staying a long time and clearly love the place. We thought it very nice but won't return to Gran Canaria as there are too many other places to see.

The location is fantastic. There are plenty of restaurants and very close to the beach. The community pool is nice,

The pool, the sunbeds need monitoring as people leave the towel and go off for the day! The cleaners clatter about banging furniture and crashing bottles, talking as loud they possibly can at 8am disturbing any deep sleep!

One bedroom apartment with a/c , two balconies so sun morning and evening , overlooking marina plus shared sun terrace (Deluxe apartment). Rooms was made up every day with new towels/bed linen every other day. Fabulous, walking distance to beach (150mtres) many restaurants (25mtres - 250 mtres) Supermarket (Spar) 250 mtrs . Everything was excellent. Office arranged airport transfers to from airport at very good rate.Stayed for 6 days end of May 2025.

Nothing to dislike

Great location, we loved having a roof terrace with our own sunbeds, the property was well appointed and very clean with daily housekeeping, we loved our time here and will be back! Having so many restaurants within a few minutes walk meant we were never short of somewhere to eat, there is a well stocked Spar supermarket within easy walking distance, the beach is clean and not too busy. Be aware if driving, there is a market on Fridays which takes place on all the local car parking and if you haven't moved your car it gets towed away and you have to pay to get it back. We just moved our hire car to the nearby underground car park on Thursday afternoon.

No complaints, we had everything we needed and felt we got good value for our money.
