The location was excellent, being quiet and very close to the town centre. The villa itself was really great, with all the amenities to make a great stay. The villa itself is beautiful and has fantastic views. It was clean, well-designed and a very good size. The cleaner and the garden/pool guy did a fantastic job and were friendly and discrete. The jacuzzi was a very welcome extra.

Some good instructions on using the equipment/ generally about the villa, would be a big help. The beds are pretty hard, so a mattress topper would have helped us. However, we got around the problem and it didn't reduce the enjoyment of our stay.

The adults only pool was very comfortable and relaxing, great being able to relax and get a bed with relative ease. The room was very spacious and well equiped with fresh water replaced daily.

The restaurant was far too busy and lots of the food was cold. Got served a raw chicken kebab one night, browned on the outsie and raw inside. There wasn't a bar to relax and utilise your all inclusive drinks. The resort itself was lovely but quite remote

Pool area is great, food selection and quality is good. Very family friendly, family zone with splash park which amazing, good children’s activities, entertainment and children’s disco.

Couldn’t check-in until 2pm, but the resort was very quiet at the time of year. Would have been nice for the staff to be a bit more accommodating given we had 2 very small excited children I.e offer us a space to change after a long flight etc. They weren’t very helpful in this respect.

Swimming pool opening hours could be longer - would be nice to go for a short swim earlier in the morning or a bit later in the evening Drinkable water could be more accesible - buying plastic bottles of water every day was necessary Coffee at the breakfest was not very tasteful

Great location, short walk to the dunes, beach and faro/promanade. Nice garden and a lot of space, many pools and playing grounds for kids. Good food and wide choice of both junk food and healthier options (also good variety for vegetarians!). Differnt cousins (Asian, Mexican, Canarian), great choice of fruits and desserts Very clean and great daily cleaning.

Generaly a bit old facilities, many small thinks broken or tired (like door locks, broken tiles, materaces and baby cots really "used up". Coffee: free one from the machines is tasteless and watery. Paid one is not much better and the personel has no coffee/barista training ( we use to order the same every day getting different drinks for differnt price...) We got chain-smokers as closest neighbors and that was really bothering us- would be great if one could choose smoking-free zone especially for families with children. Nice evening shows many mainly for kids- just starting very late:(

Amazing location, just 15min walk to the dunes & beach. Loved the adult only pool & also cafe next to reception. Staff were really friendly & helpful also. Food was great quality & plenty of choice for the price.

Overall happy with the cleanliness however daily cleaners left used coffee cups & glasses uncleaned/not replaced for 4 days and there were a few pesky cockroaches found in our bathroom during the stay (assuming they got in through the drain or door!).

The food was very good. Lots of choice and a variety of themed evenings eg Mexican, Italian and Canary Islands Lovely swimming pool with pool for little children just by the main pool and an area of the pool suitable for slightly older children. Good entertainment programme including activities for all ages including adults. Children’s disco was excellent.

Room had everything you need, it was clean and in our case very close to the smaller pool.

The breakfast and dinner were good, with standout dishes being the local specialties. However, the "international" dinner could use significant improvement.

There are many pools at the property - so it's not crowded at all, even there were many guests. The territory is green and nice - even some grass was damaged, it's only to be expected with the number of children running around. It was also nice to see some artificial grass mats around pools - so it didn't get messy, but still had a green look. We were given a room upgrade upon our arrival - and I must say, our 2-bedroom suite was really charming. It even had a small play-teepee that my children appreciated a lot. It was not brand new, but overall the room condition was good. Food options were above my expectations except for juices.

I'd appreciate if at least some of juices were freshly squeezed. Being in a "tropical" country I expect to have an easy access to fresh fruits like oranges - and to their juice. Walls in our room had some need of re-painting, looked like there was a flood some time ago. Shower door and floor were not properly made. No matter what did you try the water went out just because the construction allowed it. Also it looks like the water boiler tank is too small for the room - after two persons took a hot shower, there was no hot water for some time (like half an hour or so). Given the fact the room was expected to handle 4-5 people, it was rather surprising discovery.

The whole place is lovely and not far from shops and beach The breakfast was exceptional great choice of food

Apart from the whole outside our bungalow which just made it look a bit unsafe there is nothing to not like
