The staff is amazing. Very helpful, kind and professional. The location is good. The food is great. Breakfast is beyond perfect, fresh juice, real fruits and everything you may think of.

First day the floor in the room wasn’t clean. You could still feel the dirt in your feet. We had to give a deposit of 10 euros for the remote control! On the 3rd day we were told the room will not be done by the housekeeping. The AC didn’t work properly. She takes literally 15min to make the entire room! I was at the balcony when she came in! Under the bed was full of dust and dirt!

Our 2 bed premium was well-designed. The duplex units are actually two units - a one-bed studio with balcony upstairs, and a one-bed apartment downstairs with kitchen/lounge and patio/garden, There’s a staircase just inside main door leading to upstairs unit and then a further door to downstairs unit - we just left the 2 inner doors open which meant we had access to both units and it just felt like one whole apartment with an upstairs and downstairs- it was perfect.

Bar closed at 10pm, it would have been nice to be able to get a drink after getting back from having a meal out

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which had everything you need including a fully equipped kitchen. The complex has 3 pools, a pool bar and restaurant but also a supermarket thus you can simply get a drink from the supermarket and enjoy it on the sunbed by the pool. Location is really good, close to the meloneras beach and a 10-15 min walking distance from the lighthouse and dunes. That area is full with restaurants, bars, shopping centers and more. Great value for money

There were some signs of wear and tear in the apartment especially the pans and pots, but nothing too bad.

Spacious accommodation . Everything you need. Attentive staff. Various options for eating. Reasonable kitchen for self catering, buffet meals at reasonable price - plenty of choice. Eat at pool bar - good menu at reasonable prices and nicely presented. Eat out - nearest restaurants 10 minutes walk away. Good pools and other activities. Eat or sit by the pool while overlooking the sea, facing south. Quiet.

We enjoyed the peaceful location, others may find it too quiet.

We loved and highly recommend CayBeach! Aside from the very charming and spacious Bungalows with sunbeds and terrace, there were many pools available to choose where to swim and tan (they also offer towels for the pool with a 10€ deposit which you get back when you give them back)😌 Additionally, we were surprised about the minimarket and arcade room available next to the room where we got drinks, snacks and other necessities and played a round of air hockey😍 But our favorite was the dinner buffets! With an amazing price/quality ratio, it presented such a wide variety of food options and the menu changed everyday!

The location is a little further from Maspalomas center to which you have to walk around 20min to get to the Faro de Maspalomas, but the location was still perfect for us because we were going to Expomeloneras congress hall where we only had to cross the road to get to! Also the location was not really a handicap because there is a Taxi station at around 6-8min down from the hotel to take you anywhere you need👍🏼

The swimming pools were great (although the kids one seems to be colder than other ones), the rooms are spacious and clean. The food was absolutely excellent as well. We had booked only breakfast, but you can also pay on the night to add dinner as well, which we did a few times. The prices of the supermarket within the complex are also reasonable.

The beach bar is overpriced.

The ground floor apartment, with front terrace across the swimming pool, spacious,well utilize, very clean.A good size swimming pool very clean and well maintained , plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. During the evening, nice and quiet . The beds very comfortable and the pillows nice and soft. The location is ideal , short walk to Playa Melonares and the Maspalonas Faro and promenade. Short walking distance to Mercadona for food shopping if self catering or a good stock minimarket at the Caybeach resort.

The apartment was spacious,the kitchen well equipped, very clean and the stuff very attentive. The location is close to the beach and promenade and in the same time is in a quiet area away from bussy Maspalomas. The swimming very well maintained and clean . Thank you Rita, the young lady who is organising activities on site: paddle,yoga,golf and kids activities.

The whole hotel was exceptionally clean and very calm and quiet. The gardens were beautifully landscaped and gave a boutique feel to the hotel. 3 great pools and lovely kids pool

The bathroom was a bit dated but this didn’t bother us.

The location was great. The hotel was very friendly and the pool was lovely and warm. Cocktails were really good. Beds comfortable and it was a great place to chill out.

More seating at restaurant when wet would have helped but there wasn’t really any more room so I suppose they made the best of space available.
