the variety of food is very good and the desserts are very delicious. on mondays there is mexican night buffet, on tuesday nights there is seafood buffet. the pools are large. our junior suit room is also big for 3 people. from hotel to maspalomas beach you have to take the bus (bus stop is 4 min walk away from hotel) and the ride going to beach is around 5 minutes.

good for family with small children. there are many children on the pools throwing ball back and forth. if you are an adult and looking for quiet time, the hotel has an adult pool as well. the small stones on the ground hurts my feet and it is annoying.

In nutshell everything was fine, the hotel in enormous the pools are big and the food was more than good. The two restaurants are not so good, it’s not worth to go there because at the main restaurant the food is better.

The main children pool is cold, we didn’t expect that. All the baby high chairs are extra dirty, they are not cleaned properly. Our child got a virus or a food infection because of the dirty chairs and tables. The cleaning in the rooms is very poor, they never cleaned the balcony.

I had already upgraded to a junior suite but the hotel upgraded me on arrival again and room was a brilliant location on the corner by the kids club it also got the evening sun on the double terrace which was a bonus! Kids pool fantastic and cleaners were great

The fact it doesnt have a 24hr bar and everything is self service even at the bar. Both hotel bars need to be open, and when you dongo to one thats open it looks closed and they dont really want to serve you to get a proper coffee as machines are awful tbh i ended up going to the local town to have a decent breakfast and fresh coffee. Food is ok same sort of stuff but extremely busy queuing everyday for a table. Also to get milk for baby is painful (again ended up buying out) previous all inclusive like ruis we have stayed just give you bottles no issue.

Nice pool area, main pool quite cold but we were at Xmas time so can understand. Great kids zone with some water slides for different ages of kids, water heated in kids pool. Nice spacy, clean rooms comfy beds. Nice restaurant. Lovely snacks bars, was two of them with both providing different food. Nice adults only zone. Nice hotel for families or for couples.

What was very annoying so queues to restaurant, have to wait 10-15 min to get in to. Cocktails for all inclusive very poor quality. With all respect to all kitchen staff who spend Xmas at work. But Xmas dinner was disaster from organisiation site. Would avoid spending xmas there again.

We liked the hotel in general, the staff were very polite and the cleaning ladies do an excellent job. The food is also okay, everyone can find something to eat.

We did not like that you have to wait to be seated especially at dinner time, that I must say is a problem that they have to fix somehow. A hotel like that should bor allow the guests to wait for a table. Also, we noticed that the pools were not so warm and it is cold to be in the water for too long.

I had an incredible experience with stay at Maspalomas Princess Hotel during my trip to Gran Canaria . From the moment I arrived at Hotel, reception welcomed with a warm smile and a friendly greeting. It instantly made me feel welcomed. - food is always available and good types and assorted items can get you through the day without having to worry about it. - beverages are always served in restaurants and bars outside and close to the swimming pools. - there are nice guys from animation team with always having fun with them and making happy all the guests. It was heartwarming to stay with best hotel and so generous and kind.

Wi-fi doesn’t work well in the room actually but outside near to swimming pools and restaurants works well with high speed.

This staff and hotel itself was 5 star the only let down was the food mediocre at best, the drinks just ok , the buffet area was Ok although could probably do with looking at changing some of its hot food ,the deserts where very good don't bother booking the restaurants as we got up and left and went to the buffet in the main building as there was more selection and better food,all in all this is a 4 star hotel that could quite easily be a 5 start if the the food and drink standard is improved ,

Beautiful hotel, the whole area looks great. Some self service was useful (beer and soda tap at every bar). Area for adults only. Very large selection at the buffet. Arcade game room, pool, ping pong.

The rooms could do with some renovation, especially the bathroom. The ceiling was falling apart a little bit and the mirror would need to be replaced too.

Excellent swimming areas and a wonderful childrens pool. Beautifully maintained gardens. Good variety of food with themed evenings as well and very good evening entertainment for the whole family. A really lovely hotel with very friendly staff.

The resident photograher was expensive. A member of staff in the spa was quite rude.

Each member of staff was super nice to us and helpful throughout our stay. Food was consistently delicious and there was alot of variety. Pool area was very comfortable and we loved the different activities each day. The Gym was always clean and is equipped with new machines. We were even provided with snacks at 4am before our check out. Truly recommend this resort.
