I like the small and friendly feel of this resort.The pool was nice with long opening hours. Air conditioning that works upstairs and downstairs. The location is in central between Playa del Ingles and Faro de Maspalomas but does require a bit of walking in both cases, which I didn't mind. Reception is open 24 hours and entry is past reception. Friendly staff that always say hola.

There are no English speaking channels on the TV, or I couldn't find any. Wifi from the room was weak and intermittent and you need to be in reception or the restaurant. There is street parking but sometimes a little walk is required.

- Friendly staff - Cosy apartment, ground floor living room / kitchenette, first floor bedroom and bathroom - Old facilities, but all what we needed was there, including fridge, electric hob and air conditioner - Nice little balcony - Nice pool - Food variety for breakfast / dinner (half-board) - Resort just beside tennis club, very short walk to get to the tennis club directly from the resort - Grocery shops in proximity of the resort - Less than 30min drive to Gran Canaria Airport

- Food temperature / quality not always great - Neither water nor soft-drinks included in the half-board option...not great - Bathroom OK, but a little awkward shower platform, not great quality - Some cockroaches running around the resort, but I suppose it's due to the mild/hot climate on the Islands - Long walks to get to the town centre and to Mas Palomas / Play del Ingés beaches, better moving around by either car or other means of transportation (buses?)

Everything was fantastic, except one point, about which I'll write on next chapter. The resort is very good, staff is very kind and professional.

Local Spaniards came at the weekend and brought big, high quality speakers with them and free, despite the fact that this is a resort, turned on loud music, once after complaints from the administration they turned it off closer to 3 in the morning.

1- Peaceful, relaxing ,calm resort. 2- Delicious & generous buffet breakfast & Dinner. 3- Spotless clean , spacious ( two floors ) bungalows & toilets. ..4-Attentive ,cooperative staff ( especially the young manager " Marthe " & receptionist " Sarah )".

1- Wifi is very bad in rooms ( but OK elsewhere in the hotel )- The manager promised she would fix this problem soon.. 2- A bit far from Yumbo center ( 20 min. walk )- but a bus stop is just on the hotel door (for only1.40 euro ). 3- All house keeper team speak only Spanish.

Pool and the lifeguard from 9 to 18 every day (safe for children). Nice and friendly staff. Reception 24/7. Clean. New menu at the buffee every day. Comfortable bed. Bus stop just in front of the property. In the winter it was quite warm there (compared to Playa del Ingles and Maspalomas beachfront - it was super windy at the same time). Supermarket just over the corner.

It might need some renovation and utilities, especially kitchen. But we didn’t use it too often, so it was Ok. There were tiny ants in the bathroom and also in other rooms. Hairdryer didn’t work. WiFi might work better.

Well situated, bus stops along the road, into Playa de Ingleses or Faro for the beach, restaurants and bars. (8 minutes) Great staff, regular housekeeping service. Optional buffet dinner every night or restaurant menu. Live entertainment several nights a week. Supermarket 5 minutes walk.. Pool, sun beds and umbrellas, Each townhouse has its own balcony and patio, provided with 2 sun beds and a small table and 4 chairs. Comfortable beds and pillows.

The resort is bounded by quite a busy road to the front and practice tennis courts to the rear, which are open from 9am until 9pm and can be quite noisy, also live entertainment is noisy. Internet is very poor, only good in the reception area.

I loved Eo Resort we had an amazing stay, the resort is lovely. Everywhere around the resort and the bungalows was really clean. The beds were comfortable, around the pool area was lovely and pool was heated. The staff couldn't do enough for you from reception staff Tony and Maxi to the girls in bar/restaurant area they were all lovely and great craic. I seen a lot of bad reviews about this place before we left for our holiday and I can honestly say we had nothing to complain about everything was perfect

There was very little not to like about this place, everything was as advertised and more

Lovely small resort. Didn't realise the units are all 2 storeys so it was a nice bonus! They each have a patio with table and chairs and there's a small balcony upstairs. Lovely large pool with plenty of loungers (we were there in March so summer would probably be busier). Kitchen had everything you would need. Bathroom had free toiletries, plenty of towels, and great water pressure. Plenty of storage in the bedroom and great blackout blinds. The supermarket is just next door and bus stops are a couple of minutes walk. Booked a coach transfer from the airport through the hotel which worked out fine.

There were these tiny insects in the kitchen. We had to throw out food that we had left on the counter as it was crawling with them. There was insect spray provided and it wasn't an issue once we used that. They offer luggage storage but no courtesy room to shower or change.

The bungalow was nice and quiet, own sunny terrace was a big bonus. Comfy beds. Good location with a car and easy parking on the street, but there’s nothing much around the hotel so not the best option if you want walking distance to restaurants/shops etc. All in all, better than expected!

Kitchen ok for basic cooking but really small. The bungalow was slightly outdated, as expected for the price. Our neighbour smoked all the time and the smoke came in from open windows (obviously not the hotel’s fault)! The swimming pool was a bit too cold, could be warmer since its heated.

The staff were friendly, and the complex was good. Pleased with our accommodation, plenty of space for two. Beds were comfy, and most of the time, it was quiet. The accommodation had enough cooking utensils to cook a simple meal. Not any view apart from netting hiding the tennis courts, but we were OK with that.

We tried the buffet for two nights, but I have to say I wasn't impressed. There was nothing wrong with the presentation but the food which should have been hot was almost cold on both nights. We went the second night to see if there was any improvement, but there wasn't. The salad and dessert section were fine. We hadn't been to this part of Gran Canaria before, and we probably wouldn't visit this area again.
