Room was ground floor, in front of swimming pool. Spacious, big bathroom. Bed was comfortable, and ac in room. We had breakfast included in our booking, but when reached there we converted into all inclusive one. Was 28eur more per person for adding lunch and dinner (buffet). Variety of food was nice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staffs were very helpful.

Accessibility by foot is a bit not ok as it is a distance from the town centre, but the hotel does provide shuttle to and from during the day. We took taxi mostly to and from maspalomas centre.

My stay was quite enjoyable. The food was very tasty, with a good variety and well-prepared dishes. The beer was always cold and the wine selection was nice. The pool area is spacious, with plenty of comfortable seating. The room itself was large and well-organized, with a very comfortable bed. The staff were always polite and helpful, which made the experience even better.

The aspects that could be enhanced are minor. Due to the presence of cockroaches, having insect spray as a standard item in all rooms would be a good addition. The cocktails were disappointing, as they were overly sweet, pre-made, and contained very little alcohol. At breakfast, it would be helpful to have a sandwich press and the buffet could benefit from a wider selection of seafood, especially shrimp and octopus, for exemple. The adults-only area is only accessible to guests staying in that section, which is a bit limiting, as it could be a great space for all adult guests to enjoy. Lastly, the animation team consisted of just one person, and the entertainment was almost nonexistent, lacking energy and engagement.

We visited this island for the first time and chose this hotel. I must say that we were very satisfied with all the services in general with the hotel. We stayed in the adult only part. There was peace and privacy and you really felt like in paradise. If you wanted some music, you went to the 1st part where there was fun and good music. As for the food, it was incredible, we had breakfast every day and you really have an incredible choice of everything you can think of. That they could improve the lunch a little. Otherwise, I really have to rate this vacation in this hotel as excellent. Thank you

I stayed at the hotel for the second time which is always a good sign. The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. If you want some peace and quiet - book yourself a room in the adult only area. The hotel facilities are great - from the pools to the gym - it has all you need to spend some nice days. Staff are really super friendly and helpful. They actually make the difference for me.

The place is catering to an all inclusive crowd and the quality of the food and drinks is a bit so and so. In particular the wine is disappointing and the quality of the food leaves room for improvement. My recommendation would be to cut down on the selection and variety and focus more on the quality of the food.

Excellent breakfast and buffet dinner every day with broad selection of dishes. Nice gym and pool area. Clean and comfortable room and silent location.

You really need a car to get around (e.g. to get to the center or to the beaches)

We loved the food and drink, they were great. And the pool was lovely and always kept clean. Staff were always friendly and happy to help. Hotel itself is absolutely stunning, so modern and always kept beautifully neat and tidy, cannot fault the place. Reception were great, and always on hand to help us with a big taxi (as we were a large group)

We weren't offered any upgrade to a drinks package when we arrived, we found this out from another guest. Also no drinking water is provided in the rooms, we had to purchase this from a vending machine every day, but one of those was broken the entire time. There is a mini market 5 minute walk away, and there is also water at the bar, so make sure you take a bottle to fill :-) You could also do with purchasing maybe another high chair as a couple of times we had to wait for one to become free. The park would benefit massively with a gate around it as it's right next to the pool. The room was lovely, but they aren't huge, as there were 3 of us in it, but i think it's perfect for 2 people.

First of all the staff, especially at the reception, are really super helpful and friendly. I was moved to a quieter room since I was traveling by myself and didn't want to be around families with kids. The pool and overall setting is nice. The gym is completely new and offers everything you need for a decent workout which is really a big plus. Breakfast was decent.

The quality of the food is decent - but there is room for improvement. The hotel has a lot of all-inclusive guests who probably value quantity of quality. Still, there's good choices for people who are on a healthy diet. My recommendation / preference would be to focus on a small offering but of higher quality.

Location good if you didn’t mind walking to other locations , which we didn’t so all good. Shuttle bus ran to Maspalomas until early afternoon.

No kettle in room and coffee maker not a suitable alternative. Fridge did not appear to be working , but realised late in the day there was a hidden switch to adjust fridge temperature- not easy to find. Charged £10 on site for a leather sun bed which seemed a bit much for a paying guest.

The complex is really nice. There is a large restaurant for eating and you can also sit outside. We went for the breakfast and dinner option as it is a little out of the way. There is a free shuttle bus from the hotel that can take you to Meloneras and Playa del Ingles but it finishes in the afternoon. Taxi from Meloneras to our hotel was about 7 euros. You can walk from the hotel to Meloneras and takes about 45 minutes. Hotel itself is very nice - we had a nice room - Junior Suite. Was nice to have a little terrace area at the front of your room as well. Bed very comfy and the bathroom was a nice size. Good free toiliteries as well............Nice shower!! We would say that breakfast was better than the dinner. Breakfast was LOVELY. Dinner.....being a buffet could be a bit random sometimes but that's a buffet!! It also got VERY busy at times. The catering staff do an amazing job.....BIG shout out to them and the Chef's....they take a lot if pride in what they do and sometimes have to deal with 'difficult' guests. The breaksfast/dinner can be a bit of a 'bun fight' but they really do a terrific job.

Everything was OK and we would recommend a stay. Great if you have kids and just want a bit of R&R at the hotel. We think a lot of the guests were all inclusive which isn;t really 'our thing' but if you like all inclusive.....it cant be beat.

Everything. The food was excellent. Stylish lobby. Water in the pool warm & super clean. Rooms clean, modern & spacious. Everything is modern and new. Super friendly & helpful staff. Shuttle bus to Maspalomas available if you have no car. Quiet location.It’s a relatively small hotel with great chill vibe.

The only downside was the artificial grass around the poll area and in front of the apartments, makes it look a bit cheap. No attractions for kids except tiny playground.
